The Secret to Monetizing on YouTube From Day 1

[00:00:00]99% of YouTubers don't make nearly as much money as they could because they're playing the monetization game backwards.

[00:00:07]There's one video that you only have to make once that will pay you for years.

[00:00:12]In fact, just over the past year, I've made over a million dollars from just one video that I've uploaded. And now, obviously, these results are not typical, but in order to do this, you don't need 1,000 subscribers. You don't need 4,000 hours of watch time. You don't have to wait to get accepted into the YouTube partner program. And this works for both personal channels and faceless channels. And today I'm pulling back the curtain on one of my biggest secrets for making tons of money on YouTube, which is something that I like to call the money magnet video. And it's an asset that 99% of creators have no clue even exists. And you can use AI to basically make it for you, which I'm going to show you how to do in this video. Now, if you don't know, this video is part of a five video series of the new way of doing YouTube. And in video number one in the series, I broke down what the new way is. And in video number two, I showed you the only seven niches that I recommend right now. And if you skipped either of those, pause this, go back, watch them. This video won't make as much sense unless you have that foundation because what I'm about to share with you in this video is going to tie some of the things we talked about in those first two videos together and turn it into potentially actual deposits in your bank account. Now, the thing is, most people think about YouTube as a never-ending hamster wheel where they have to constantly be posting multiple videos every single week. And they see it as something that they just have to do for the rest of their life. I see YouTube a little bit differently.

[00:01:29]And by the end of this video, you will as well. YouTube is actually an amazing evergreen machine to get views and sales and build digital assets that can pay you for years and years into the future.

[00:01:42]And as I mentioned, there is only one video that you only have to make once and upload once for the entirety of your channel, which I like to call your money magnet video. I've also called this a flywheel pillar video in the past. And what this is is a 20 minute to 60 plus minute video that delivers massive value and then seamlessly funnels your viewers into a paid solution. That paid solution could be an online course, for example, software with recurring commissions, coaching, access to an AI bot or all of the above. And I have channels monetizing with all of those. And we can also get into the new way of selling education as well. If you do want to sell, for example, online courses and whatnot, things are changing right now.

[00:02:22]And there's a way better way of doing it than most people do. And it's the way my company is doing hundreds of thousands of dollars per month. And if you have no idea what to sell, do not worry. I'm going to show you exactly what to sell in just a second. Even if you're a beginner, you're not an expert. I'm going to show you exactly what to do.

[00:02:36]And so, the thing is, most YouTube channels, they're chasing the pennies from ad revenue. And my old YouTube channels that did get millions of subscribers, that's exactly what I did.

[00:02:44]I chased ad revenue and I made relative pennies from it compared to what I do now, which makes me millions of dollars per year. I actually got that award back there for making over $10 million with this method. And now, even if your channel sells absolutely nothing, this method that I'm about to share with you will still help your channel go viral.

[00:03:02]And that's because every other video on your channel is going to link to this money magnet video and drive traffic to it. Therefore, keeping people on YouTube for an extended period of time after they watch one of your videos. Most people, they think about getting the view, and that's all they think about.

[00:03:18]They don't think about funneling people to another video. and what people are going to do their next hour after watching your video. If you keep people on the platform of YouTube, YouTube is going to give you all of the views and all of the subscribers that you could ever want because you're helping their business. And then only after that you sell something after you've built a ton of trust with people. And those people will convert like crazy, therefore making you a ton of money and you don't have to wait to get monetized. Now, the three rules of a money magnet video are number one, have something to sell. And I'll show you where to find that in just a second. Number two, solve actual problems and do not focus on entertaining people. And number three, keep in mind all of your future videos are going to funnel back to this. And you can do that by setting up what are called end screens, which will pop up at the end of all your videos and direct people to your money magnet video. Now, there's three simple steps to implement this correctly, and you can use AI for this as well. And step number one is to actually have something to sell. This can be your own course combined with an AI version of yourself, for instance.

[00:04:18]This is working incredibly good right now. If you want to sell education, this can be an AI software, either one that you own or one that you're an affiliate for. For example, one of my students, Karee, makes over $10,000 per month just promoting a couple software as an affiliate. And he gets monthly recurring commissions for life from a bunch of those. Both of my software companies, Tube Magic and Vidai, pay out monthly recurring commissions for life for everybody that you get signed up. And places to find products include Digi Store 24, my new platform called Moon, and ClickBank. And also, you can go to any AI of your choice. Google Gemini is really good for this. And use the deep research function to find affiliate options for what you're doing.

[00:04:55]Typically, you want to look for something that pays out at least $100 per sale or something that's going to make you recurring revenue for life.

[00:05:02]Step number two then is to actually generate your pillar video. Now, as you can see, I have a pillar video template right here that you can use for your money magnet video that goes over everything in order to get the maximum amount of conversions and keep people watching. but it needs to solve a problem. And the best way to make sure your channel actually solves a problem is to figure out the offer as to what you're selling. And the best way to do this is to use this template right here, which is this product will help people do what they want without what they hate. And then you fill in the blanks as to what people want is in your particular niche and what people hate in your niche is. And just to give you a preview of the overall structure of this template, we go over an introduction where we hook people with the big promise. We tell who this is for, how it's going to help them, what's covered, and we're going to go over several secrets which break down the most common objections that people likely have for doing this. In the second secret, I show the best niches to do this in because people want to see examples. And then in the third one, I break the disbelief that I couldn't actually generate videos by showing people how to do it incredibly easily.

So, as you can see, it's structured as just a screen recording that breaks a bunch of common beliefs that people have and then talks about how I can help people do this. and then it sells my program at the end of it.

[00:08:20]Now, for the purpose of this example, since you can go and watch that video on your own if you want to see it, I'll do a slightly different example. I'll show you an example of promoting a software as an affiliate for this. Let's say you wanted to be an affiliate for my software, Tube Magic. It's essentially a suite of different AI tools that I've built for myself to help me with YouTube. And so I'm going to type in here, help me make the slides for my pillar video that promotes tubemagic.com.

[00:08:48]Attached is the template to follow. And try to make this at least 20 to 30 minutes long. It can go a bit longer than that. For example, I've seen very successful pillar videos that are 2, 3 hours long because you're demonstrating doing different things as well, which you can certainly also put in your pillar video. And my main pillar video right now is an hour and 36 minutes long. So, there's nothing wrong with doing that. And then we're also going to put in the main offer for Tube Magic is that it helps people produce super viral videos without what they hate, which is having to spend hours writing scripts, doing research, and hiring freelancers. And I'll say first script it out and secondly then make the slides for this entire video that are highly engaging and they all match the same color scheme and style. We'll say ideally red to match to magic and they are modern and look really nice. And then to get the absolute best quality, I'm going to select Opus 4.7, which is the best Claude model out right now, which will be doing the backend work for this with writing the script and everything. You don't have to use that. It will use more credits, but it's going to give you the absolute best result. And I recommend that for this video because this is the most important video for your whole channel. So, it's really important that we go the extra mile as valuable as possible. And then we'll go ahead and click to generate this. And right now, Claude is analyzing the template, PDF, and then the script. And it's designing the slides. And it's also even going to tubemagic.com so it can read about the offer that we're promoting, what it's about. And it's asking a couple additional questions. Which aspect ratio would you like the slides to be? That should be 16 by9. For the visual style, I want it to be a premium style with gradient colors right there. And it's asking if it should leave some space or placeholders for your name and any host headsh shot or just keep the slides purely about the message. So, if you had a personal channel, which I recommend doing, and even if you have a faceless channel, you know, I recommend having a character who's the face of the channel.

[00:11:02]I would highly recommend choosing this option where you leave placeholders for your name and everything else. So, we're going to select that. And then you can upload a picture of your character here and then it'll put it in automatically.

[00:11:13]And you see, normally what you'd have to do if you didn't have access to Higsfield is you'd have to sit down and script out the entire pillar video from start to finish. And then you would have to design individual slides for each one. Or even if you had access to AI, you would have to individually generate every single one, making sure it's a cohesive style, making sure it all makes sense. But this Higsfield supercomput is essentially like an AI agent, which is doing this all for us. As you can see, it's scripting it all out right here, which is incredible. And it's putting all of this together, and then it'll go ahead and even generate our slides completely for us. And just like that, Higsfield has all of our slides done.

[00:11:50]These actually look really good. And so then what you'll do to record this is I recommend just getting a free screen recorder like OBS for example and just record your screen and do a voice over with your real voice. However, if you want to use AI voices, like if you have an AI character and they have a certain voice or you want it to be different than your own, you certainly can do that. But just to make this super simple, my recommendation is you just go through this, screen record it, and use your own voice. And here's kind of an example of what I would do. If it's a personal channel, you would definitely want to have a webcam on. As you can see how I have a webcam in the corner here.

[00:12:21]You don't want to be covering up anything important. So I'd probably move myself to be like right there. And then of course you're going to want to tell Higsfield what your name is and everything so it can input that right there. But then we would just simply present it just saying something along the lines of in this free training I'm going to show you exactly how to make viral YouTube videos without writing scripts, doing research, or hiring freelancers or any of the other stuff that most people hate when it comes to doing this. And what most people don't know is that you can actually generate really viral scripts in under a minute.

[00:12:50]You don't have to spend six hours writing and doing endless research and everything else. Most people don't even know this exists, but it's essentially how long people spend on YouTube after watching one of your videos. And plus, you're going to be making a ton of sales from this as well.
