[00:38:03]Give to the food bank. Write a sober letter to your representative.

[00:38:09]Volunteer one hour where human hands actually touch human needs.

[00:38:14]Check on the neighbor who does not open her blinds. Support a peacemaker organization.

[00:38:21]Vote. Do it without heat, without posting your righteousness for applause, without making evil big so you can feel important pushing against it. The spiritual law is multiplication, not division.

[00:38:37]Your small action under grace multiplies good more than your thousand angry scrolls divide your peace. Be informed.

[00:38:46]Yes. Be enthralled. Never hold consciousness in Christ and act from that altar. Wisdom acts. Resistance worships.

[00:39:28]It is a change of jurisdiction and judgment cannot pass through the door.

[00:39:33]Who decreed that you could secretly damn your neighbor, despise a party, sneer at a class, keep an old family ledger, and then speak the word peace and have grace run your errands.

[00:39:46]That man, that habit, that inherited bitterness.

[00:39:52]Well, let me tell you, there is no such law in God. I have been watching this for 27 years, and I can tell you where the leak is. You say your prayers. You speak Christ is the only presence. And then you sit down with friends and make a feast of contempt. Political contempt, racial bias dressed as statistics, class contempt dressed as standards, old resentments reheated with fresh spices, and a proud little spirituality that looks down its nose at the unawakened.

[00:40:29]Now then understand the mechanism.

[00:40:32]Condemnation is dualism. The minute you judge, you have created a second power.

[00:40:38]You have enthroned an enemy. You have split the world into camps and hired yourself as a soldier. Under law, soldiers must keep fighting. Under grace, there are no enemies to validate your weaponry. Judge not that ye be not judged is not a threat. It is a physics of consciousness.

[00:41:05]With what measure ye meet, it shall be measured to you again. Not as punishment from on high, but because measuring makes you live under measurement.

[00:43:33]I have seen faces change, bodies heal, houses fill with supply simply because a woman laid down her rightness and blessed the one she had been cursing under her breath for 20 years.

[00:43:47]Grace does not meet you at the end of a perfect record. It meets you at the end of your condemnation.

[00:43:57]And you will find that resist not evil stops being an idea and becomes the atmosphere in which you live. Now then, if you would live this and not just admire it, you must retrain the instrument that keeps giving jurisdiction to appearances, your own consciousness.

[00:44:27]Well, let me tell you, there is no such law. Grace is lived by discipline. And the discipline is simple and exact. One hour a day given to the kingdom. Not to get outcomes, but to be transformed. to change courts from law to grace before you ever meet the first email. Set it like this and do not negotiate with it.

[00:45:32]Let the question do its work without rush. Then close the book and sit. 5 10 15 minutes of quiet. Eyes open or shut, but no bargaining, no lists. Only Father, thou art the only presence here and rest.

[00:46:21]You will need it. Now then, the day is your practice field. Walk in watchfulness. When a claim appears, and it will appear in traffic, in the inbox, in a symptom, in a face, do not argue.

[00:46:38]Turn within and speak to the suggestion.

[00:46:41]Now then, this is not power. This is not presence. I live under grace. Father, thou art the only presence here. Get thee behind me. one or two clear statements and then silence until the charge begins to break. If it rises again, answer again. Repeat as often as the picture knocks until your breath widens and the inner heat loosens only.

[00:47:10]Then act, call, write, step away, speak the fact, but act as one who has already changed courts. Wisdom acts. Resistance worships in the evening. Five minutes to look without a whip.

[00:47:27]Where did I grant authority to an appearance? Where did I remember and rest? Give thanks where you remembered.

[00:47:35]Forgive where you forgot. Release every ledger. Do not make this transactional.

[00:47:50]Seek ye first the kingdom of God is not a slogan. It is the architecture of grace. Seek and all these things are added, not purchased. Added as reaction thins and receptivity widens. I have been watching this for 27 years and I can tell you what follows. Timely words appear in your mouth. Safe steps light under your feet. Reconciliations gather themselves without wrestling. supply multiplies instead of shrinking under fear. Protection moves ahead of you like a quiet guard.

[00:48:24]Choose this day to keep your hour and your momentby-moment refusal, and you will find the atmosphere of grace taking jurisdiction in the very places where law once ruled you. Now then, we have come to the gate where words must become your walk. Let us state it plainly so you can carry it home without confusion.

[00:48:45]When you resist, you consent. You lean your thought against the picture and your heat supplies it a body. You feed it with your attention. You authorize it with your fear and in your own consciousness it becomes real, powerful, inevitable.

Under grace, you live from presence and act from peace. I have been watching this for 27 years and I can tell you the promise and the condition that unlocks it. As you practice this hour by hour, breath by chosen breath, fear loses its voice because you refuse to serve as its choir. Conflict loses its hook because you declined to furnish barbs.

[00:50:47]Headlines lose their hypnosis because you will not let them be your daily sacrament. You are no longer an effect.

[00:50:55]You become cause.

[00:50:57]You act on the world. The world does not act on you. Do not take my word for it.

[00:51:04]Take one week and prove it. Keep your hour. Keep your watch word. Keep your refusal to grant authority to appearances. And observe how harmony multiplies where anxiety used to divide.
