This project illustrates a pivotal shift from manual coding to the orchestration of collective AI intelligence, proving that multi-agent synergy can rapidly bridge the gap between niche hardware and complex software. It effectively showcases a future where software development is defined by the strategic integration of diverse models rather than individual effort.

5 AIs Work Together to Make Windows 7 for the 3DS From Scratch!Added:
Today, we're going to have five AI LLMs work together to port [music] Windows 7 to the 3DS, kind of. We're basically going to tell them to make a Windows 7 clone that runs on a Nintendo 3DS, and we're going to see how well they do it. Now, you guys really liked my Windows XP Game Boy video, so I thought, why not do other Windows versions for other consoles? And the 3DS is one of my favorite consoles, so let's try it. I haven't even tried if AI can make a 3DS game, but I guess we'll see in this video. Today, we are back on Abacus AI, and if you want all of these AI LLMs for only $10 a month, including the all-new GPT 5.5 Pro and Claude Opus 4.7, definitely check out Abacus AI in the description. [music] We're going to start off with GPT 5.5 Pro. We're going to build a very nice script for the project with five AIs, and then we're just going to put all of that into Abacus AI agent to make the Windows clone. So, let's start with GPT 5.5 Pro. [music] So, this is the prompt that I'm going to use. So, let's send this to ChatGPT and see what it gives us. So, it just gave us a bunch of prompts for all the AIs. So, the first thing I'm going to do is copy the ChatGPT prompt, and I'm going to start a new chat with GPT 5.5 Pro, and I'll just paste this prompt in, and let's see what it gives us. Okay, and it just finished building the entire thing that it wanted to build. So, I'll just tell it to put all of this into one file, so we can just upload that to Abacus AI agent at the end. Okay, this is taking way too long, so I'll just make my own document.
So, let's just copy everything [music] that we got here like this and I'll copy that and I'll just go into a blank Word document and paste everything. Nice. So, we got 31 [laughter] pages just from ChatGPT.
Which is great. That means that this project will definitely do good. So, I'm back in the original chat. So, let's copy the Perplexity prompt and I'll just start a new chat with Perplexity Pro right here. Paste this in and let's see what it gives us. And Perplexity actually got done quite fast, which is okay. So, it researched a few things and also gave us a little bit of code, which is very nice. And it also gave us a bunch of citations, which might help Abacus AI agent greatly. So, I will just copy the entire response and I'll just write Perplexity right here and paste the entirety of the prompt that it gave us. And I'll also write at the front of this that this is ChatGPT like so. And we already have two of the AIs done. So, let's move on to the next one. And that one is, of course, Claude Opus, which is the most powerful AI, in my opinion. So, yeah, it gave Claude a bunch of tasks, which is great because I do want Claude to do most of the work for us because it is just the most capable. So, yeah, we have the copied prompt. Let's start a new chat with Claude Opus 4.7 and a bunch of you guys did tell me to use Claude code, but I won't be doing that just yet because I do have some bigger projects in mind for that. So, I will copy the prompt that was written by ChatGPT for Claude and I'll give it this and let's see what Claude Opus can generate. So, it suggested the name PikaOS for our Windows 7 flavored desktop simulator, which is really cool.
Let's just hope that it will look a lot like Windows 7. I am aware there are some copyright reasons why it renames stuff like this and everything, but yeah, let's let Claude do its work and I'll be back when we have a complete response. And Claude Opus finally finished with its response and it really gave us a lot of things that we needed.
So, I'll just copy the entire response like this and I'll go back to my Word document and I'll write Claude Opus like that and then I'll paste the response.
And there we go. We already have 43 pages for this product, which is absolutely amazing. ChatGPT definitely did most of the work so far, but all of the other AIs are doing really great.
Let's see what the next one is. And next one is Copilot right here. So, let's go use it. Here we are on Copilot. So, I'll just paste its prompt right here and let it do its magic. And we need to verify that I'm a human, which is not a problem. I'll just let Copilot do its thing. As I said, I really really like the Copilot's layout and visuals. I definitely think it is a very pleasing AI to use. Most people don't really like Copilot and think it's one of the worst AIs, but so far I haven't had that experience with it. And there we go. It finished that really quickly. So, let me see if I can copy the entire response just by clicking that button right here and I'll just go back into the Word document, type in Copilot and paste everything that it gave us in, which should be all of this. Yeah, let's go to our final AI and then upload this document to Abacus Agent to see what it gives us. And our final AI will be Gemini as always. So, I'll just copy its prompt and I'll start a new chat with Gemini 3.1 Pro right here. So, I'll just paste this in and let it do its magic as I do for all AIs. And Gemini was really quick with its response and it isn't even that long. So, I'll just copy the rendered response right here and write Gemini right here like that and paste this in. And here we have the entirety of our document. It it ended up being 58 pages, which is definitely very, very long and I think that Abacus AI agent will be able to get a lot of information from this document. So, let's just save this thing right here and I'll just save it to my desktop. So, that document has been saved right there and here we are at the first response one last time because we need to copy the prompt for Abacus agent. So, here I am in a new agent session. I'll just put the prompt in right here and I'll upload our Word document into agent like this. So, everything is now clear. So, let's just send in this prompt and see if it has any further questions or is it just going to start building the project?
Let's see. So, it pretty much started working on code right away. So, I'll just let agent do its thing, start the normal time lapse that I usually do and yeah, it already gave us a to-do list right here. So, let's see how long it takes agent to build something.
>> [music] [music] >> Okay, and that didn't even take that long really. It made a glass shell 3DS 3DSX file and it's telling us to launch it via the home Launcher, so let's see what it built. So, it didn't actually give us a 3DSX file, um which I'll just tell it to do that because I do want the final version to come from AI.
>> [music] >> Okay, so apparently now it's actually built a Glass Shell 3DS.3DSX file. So, let me go ahead and see if it actually did. And yeah, there we go. We have the file right here. So, I'll just download this. It is only a few kilobytes in size, which is absolutely fine. And I'll actually try moving this to my 3DS, and let's see if it works.
So, here I have my 3DS's SD card. So, let's just go into my 3DS folder right here. And this is where all of 3DSX files are. So, let's just move our Glass Shell 3DSX file into the SD card, and there we go. Now we are officially ready to test it on actual hardware. So, here we are on my 3DS, so let's turn the console on and see if the 3DSX file even works on this. So, we'll need to launch the Homebrew Launcher, of course, to see all of our 3DSX files, and let's just scroll down. And here we go, Glass Shell 3DS. So, this is what AI gave us. So, let's try launching it. Um okay. Wait, is everything Oh >> [laughter and gasps] >> Everything is upside down and written wrong. Oh, no.
Oh, no.
Okay, uh let me just see if anything actually works, but we will try fixing [music] this with AI. but okay, at least it made something that is bootable.
[music] Yeah, we've got settings, uh cycle accent color. Yeah, I can't even read that. Oh god. So, I guess it did pretty well, but yeah, this just doesn't work this way because everything is reversed and upside down. However, the apps at least do seem to work just fine, or some of them at least. Yeah, most of them do something at least. So, let me just go back to AI and see if I can get this fixed, and I'll hopefully be back with the new version. Okay, so we are back at our agent session. So, I'll just tell it the problem and see if it can fix it. So, this is what I'm going to tell it to add. So, I'll just send this prompt into agent, and let's hope that it will fix all of our issues.
And there we go, it finished fixing everything, hopefully. So, I'll just get the brand new file that we got built, which is this one, I'm guessing, and I'll just move this to the SD card, and let's see if it fixed anything. So, here we are back on my 3DS. So, let's check out the refined version, and it should [clears throat] be the second one right here. So, let's try launching it. And here is our startup screen, and everything does seem to be in the correct orientation, which is great. And yeah, now everything works much better.
So, files, we just have a bunch of text right here, which we can't click on, so that is pretty cool, I guess. Notes, I guess it's just going to give us some notes. Yep, nothing special, but we can't type on it or anything.
Calculator, let's see if it is a fully functional calculator. No, it is not, it is just a placeholder app for the calculator, so that's fine, I guess. And settings, yeah, the same thing really.
Also, the open apps do show up on the taskbar that they are open, so that is a pretty cool feature. And let's see if the menu button does anything. Yeah, it does. It opens the launch apps menu, which you can launch all of these apps from. And also down here on the touchscreen, you can also launch an app by clicking on it, which is a really cool feature. So yeah, it doesn't really look that similar to Windows 7, but it is functional now at least. So I'll just give AI one more prompt. I'll tell it to make it look a little more like Windows 7 if it can. And I'll also tell it to make a functional calculator app or some other functional app, just so we also have some functionality in this software. But already, I'm really happy with the result. So let's go to our third prompt. Here we are once again. So let's just give it its final prompt.
This is the last prompt that I'm going to give AI, so let's send this in and see if it can do something.
And here we are at our final iteration of the software. So let's download it once again, and I'll move the final one to my SD card, so let's check it out. So here is the latest iteration moved to my SD card. Let's see how it is. It still kept the loading screen, which is nice.
And okay, it has done a bit better at mimicking the Aero glass theme. The taskbar looks a lot like the Windows 7 one, except without the logo, which is nice. The files app is still the same, and the open apps on the taskbar do look very aerowy, so it did do that nicely.
The notes app is still exactly the same as it was before. Let's check out if it did anything to the calculator.
Everything is a lot slower now, so I guess it is struggling a little bit. And the calculator has been turned into a working one, it looks like. So, let's type in 12 + 9 and click equals. Nice.
So, it has actually made a fully working calculator app, which is exactly what I told it, which really shows how good Abacus AI agent does its job. This is the final update for this video. Let me know if you are interested in seeing me work a little bit more on this project.
You can also close the apps by clicking B, which is really nice. So, thank you guys so much for watching this video. If you enjoyed it, be sure to leave a like and subscribe for more videos like this one. Let me know which softwares you want me to port to which consoles next.
Please check out Abacus AI in the description and also check out my Twitter and Instagram, and I will see you guys in the next video.
