Fibromyalgia pain manifests in four distinct types: wandering pain (moving around the body, controlled by autoimmune system and viruses), heavy pain (limbs and body feel heavy with skin sensitivity due to poor water metabolism), electrical pain (nervous system becomes highly reactive with pain intensity jumping from zero to maximum), and fixed/stabbing pain (caused by body clenching throughout various areas, treatable through shaking, increased blood circulation, and gentle movement).

Types of Fibromyalgia PainAdded:
Let's talk about fibromyalgia pain. And it's not what you think. It's not like the typical muscle pain, nerve pain.
It's a little bit more complicated than that. The first type of pain is what we like to call wandering pain. Or in Chinese medicine, we call it wind because it's moving around. And wandering pain is like your shoulder hurts one day, your knee hurts the next day. And we know that your shoulder is not injured because if it is a shoulder injury, it would hurt over a couple days. But this is like pain that's just moving around your body. You never know what's going to happen because it's controlled by the autoimmune system and viruses and stuff hidden in your body.
This is stage one protocol. The second type of pain is what we call heavy pain.
Heavy pain is is like your limbs feel heavy, your body feels heavy, and your skin is really sensitive to touch. And it's because your your water metabolism is not able to clear out uh waste products and so everything is so sensitive and your body feels heavy and sensitive to touch. The third type of pain is what we call like electrical pain and at this point your nervous system is just very reactive. So the pain that you feel kind of goes from like zero to 10. You're kind of someone that just like because the pain hits you so hard. This is electrical pain because your nervous system is pride.
The fourth type of pain is what we call fixed or stabbing pain. And this is because your body is just clenching. And it's not just your jaw. It's not just your fist, but everywhere is clenching.
And so your pain is very fixed. And the way that we treat this is with shaking, with increasing blood circulation, with gentle movement. That's the fourth stage of fibromyalgia pain.
