This analysis sharply exposes how the "hardworking" identity of diaspora women is weaponized into a trap of financial and emotional control. It serves as a necessary wake-up call that resilience without boundaries often becomes an invitation for systemic exploitation.

Why They TERRORIZE AFRICAN Women in Diaspora..Added:
Friends, there are men out in diaspora that really, really terrorize our girls.
Some of them actually end up killing our girls, and I'm sure you've seen uh these stories of uh a man uh ending up slaughtering a Kenyan or an African woman in diaspora.
And that's what I want to talk with you about in the next uh 10 minutes or so.
But before we do all of that, welcome to Kisumu Karate. This is uh our incredible village where we spend a lot of time.
Uh I'm a Kenyan American who goes back and forth between uh Long Beach, California and the village. And those of you who watch our channel regularly, you already know that. But of course, there's always uh new subscribers who join us in between, and they may not know a whole lot about what we about and uh what we do.
So, I'm starting this uh morning uh in the village. It's not a super bright morning. We had a lot of rain last night.
And uh looks like the sun is a little late, but I'm sure it'll be here in the next hour or so.
So, in the meantime, we uh just uh spending the morning uh just enjoying the best of what the village offers. Just hear the sounds.
And I think that that's probably a bunch of yaks or something like that. So, anyway, uh that is what we wake up to every morning. Just look at the greenery.
I I I was uh chatting with a another friend from uh Botswana, and she seemed surprised that Kenya is very green.
Uh yes, there's lots of Kenyan uh neighborhoods that look exactly like this almost all year round. Of course, we also have the deserts and some relatively dry areas.
But this is a Western Kenya. It's always green almost all year round. Of course, there's sometimes when it's a little drier, but like in my property here, this is what it looks like almost throughout the year.
So, the plan is to come back here and uh spend the rest of our lives. But, in the meantime, we're still working on that transition. It's not easy, but it's coming along. We've uh made progress. We still have a lot more to do.
And uh through that work, we also help people who want to transition to Africa.
And it doesn't matter whether you were born and raised in Africa or you're born in someplace else. If you simply uh looking for a dignified life in Africa, you're welcome to do that. Uh reach out on the number below. We are happy to connect you. If you're looking for builders, there are folks who have helped us build structures like the one you see behind me. There are people who help with finding property, uh people who do interiors, renovations.
We've got uh quite reliable folks that help with that. So, we are happy to help wherever possible.
So, as we do all of that, again, remember, just check. All you got to do is check if you're a subscriber and then uh add your name to it.
That said, who are the men who terrorize Africans and uh why is this the case? I'm not saying that this is a phenomenon that is unique to diaspora. Of course, even within Africa, even within Kenya, there are so many men out there who terrorize our girls.
Many, many men. And so, this is not a a thing that I would say is localized to any particular region.
But, I'm going to talk about the instances that I've seen in diaspora.
Some men who specifically prey upon African girls or prey upon women who are black uh and terrorize them in all kinds of ways.
And when I'm talking about terror, it does not have to be uh physical.
It can be all kinds of ways. Could be emotional.
Uh It could be all kinds of ways.
And so, I'm going to give you examples just so we can talk about what this is.
And hopefully, what we say here might be useful to somebody going through that.
So, first of all, before we get into the details, excuse me. If you're a person who is a survivor or dealing with some kind of abuse, remember the majority of people who abuse our girls are not going to change.
And so what I'm hoping is that at some point you come to the realization that these folks are likely not going to change. And so it's upon you to move.
Because it's that hope in my mind, I think it's that hope hoping that this guy is going to change that keeps people tied. At least one of the many things. Besides other things like kids, finances and all that. But that hope that someday that these people who terrorize our women are going to change keeps people tied there.
Remember these folks are almost always not going to change. Uh So some of the patterns I notice amongst people who terrorize our girls. Number one, the people who specifically go for African girls or go for black women.
Because of all kinds of things that they know about. Because number one, black women are incredibly hard working.
Rarely, rarely do I run into black woman who is just sitting on her tail and not doing much.
The overwhelming majority of our women are incredibly hard working. And it doesn't matter whether they were born in Africa, born in America, born in the UK.
Black women are incredibly hard working.
And that's the world that I grew up in looking at my mothers, my grandmothers and every other black woman that I know in my life in America. Black women work really hard. And so there are people who knowing that specifically go for black women because they know these women are going to take care of business.
And so once they get in there and they hook them up with their needs.
Especially, these are folks who know how to spot vulnerabilities. Because some of our girls come with all kinds of issues.
Uh and there are men who are very good at identifying people who are dealing with some things in their lives. They target those and then they apply just the amount of anesthesia.
Uh say the right things, do the right things just to hook them up.
And once they hook these women, all they got to do is keep the promise that I'm going to give you what you're looking for.
And in the meantime, abusing these women beyond.
So, one one thing that I notice amongst all these guys who abuse our women is that they often cut the girls from their support networks.
So, they can either do it directly like, "I don't want you to talk to XYZ." Or they do it very subtly where they plant stuff in your head and you start to think, "Oh, my friends, my family, all these people you've known your life are terrible."
So, they isolate these women away from their support networks.
Such that the women become very dependent on them emotionally, financially, and all kinds of ways.
Then the control begins. Once once you you you're cut off from your support network, then the control begins. They start being in charge of your finances, they start being in charge of your career, they start being things that keep you running.
And so then our girls end up finding themselves in spots where they feel like they cannot function without these folks.
And once you sink there, the the trip is almost one way. It gets deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper. And often times, the abused person is often the last person to realize that they are they are being abused. It often takes an external person to notice that something is wrong and something needs to change.
So, they cut you off, they start controlling you, they're in charge of so many things in your life, and you feel like you cannot function without them.
And then this goes on and on and on and on.
And then, uh some of them bringing the threat of violence.
And I've seen because some of us think that women are not abused physically in the US. I was so wrong about that. Cuz we were always told in America, you have the law, you have police, you have this.
Yes, that's there. But you have no idea how many women get beaten up by their spouses.
There are so many men I have seen, not within my circle, that I've seen in the neighborhoods I live, that are physically abusive, beat the hell out of women. Uh Or they end up controlling so much so that these women uh cannot do anything without uh these guys acting. And then oftentimes many of these men are incredibly insecure.
So when they see their women around any male figure, even relatives, they they just lose it. They just lose it.
Uh men who cannot imagine that their spouses can have male friends and or male coworkers and there's nothing wrong with it. Uh I don't quite get it.
But oftentimes, yes, uh these folks uh incredibly secure insecure. Then they start accusing our girls of doing the same things they do.
Oftentimes you hear them complaining about their wives uh cheating with XYZ. They always complain about the wife doing XYZ. And then it turns out that they actually they're the ones do doing the same things they're accusing our girls of doing.
>> [screaming] >> Unfortunately, as I say, in my little experience, these men never change.
I know you're hoping that at some point maybe he'll get saved or some some kind of an epiphany will happen. These guys don't change.
So it's a point you to decide as to whether or not this ones will be a part of your You want this to be a part of your life moving forward.
So again, if you're one person who is dealing with any of these issues, I hope you get help.
But most importantly, I also hope that whoever is on the other side is one that can change. I'm saying some of them there are some exceptions that end up changing.
I hope yours is the one that is going to change.
I wish you all the best and I hope you guys have a better experience living in diaspora. Thank for listening.
