[00:00:43]So, how do you get a six figure job with a bachelor's degree?

[00:00:51]And uh we'll uh we'll dive into this. Uh I'm going to be focusing on a lot of various uh jobs.

[00:00:58]uh uh about various um information on obtaining employment because there are two types of humans. There are the humans that complain about the job market and there are the humans who have jobs. Do you think there's a connection survey says ding ding ding whining complaining victimizing people are not usually desired as employees.

[00:01:25]Hence there's nothing wrong with the job market. There's something wrong with you. All right. Yes, I know. There's a hole in my It's my favorite shirt. My wall is not finished right now. And there's a little piece of metal sticking out of the wall. And I just scraped past it and it just ripped my shirt open.

[00:01:42]It's one of my favorite shirts. I got to order a new one. It's human. So, it says the definition of a human here. An intergalactic animal designed destroyed planet. Designed to destroy planets.

[00:01:52]Still waking up, kids. This this young Santa Claus is recovering from an evening of sleep. And my it's summer time and and of course the air conditioner is on the fritz because it's summertime. Natural happens every summer. Usually it's just batteries, guys. When you when you have an issue with your air conditioner, it's usually the batteries in the thermostat need to be changed. Uh you'd be surprised at what low electricity will do just sending a little signal. It's amazing.

[00:02:20]Uh, I have to say I have an electric cart that uh it's I thought it was broken and the battery was just really low. I charged the battery. It had a full charge and the thing operate awesome. You would you would think that it's delivering the same amount of electricity even even if there's not even if it's not fully charged, but it's not. It's kind of like, you know, it's not too dissimilar to you. You know, after you wake up, you have coffee, breakfast, you got more energy during the day, and then in the evening, you have dinner, you got more fuel in your body, but you're not quite operating as energetic.

[00:02:52]Your body is an electrical device. It's an energy storage machine.

[00:02:57]Your body stores energy. That's its goal is to store energy and destroy planets.

[00:03:03]Your mind is allowed to enjoy the fruits of this planet as your body destroys it.

[00:03:23]So, how how do you get how do you get yourself one of them there sixf figure jos?

[00:03:30]Let me tell you a little story about me.

[00:03:33]I'm a high school dropout. Why? Not cuz I'm an idiot. I just had a weird upbringing. All right. abuse, women, you know, you know it. You know how it goes.

[00:03:44]So, I left high school to pursue a career in music and um it was going well. I was getting offers and stuff and then I watched my friends do some pretty hard drugs like stick needles in their arms and uh I was like, you know, at the same time I saw that 27 year 27 club with Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain, Janice Joplin, Jimmy Hendricks, all them or whatever. It's like if if you're if you have a personality like me and you go into that industry, you're going to be dead by 27, guaranteed. And I saw that and I was like I was like, I don't know if I want to die that young this time around. And uh so I so I abandoned music and the party sing. And I went and got my GED and I started going to college and I got a job and I started waiting tables and bartending.

[00:04:33]So, when I was when I was 19 years old, my dad did my taxes for me. And he I'm 19. Okay, 19. This was 22 years ago in a small town called Jainsville, Wisconsin.

[00:04:47]At the time, was like population 40,000 people. I was waiting tables and bartending. I was 19 and my dad did my taxes for me at the time. He's a CPA and he's expecting to see like $15$20,000 annual salary and he sees $70,000.

[00:05:05]He's like he goes I'll never forget he goes he's in another room he GOES YOU MADE $70,000 LAST YEAR THAT'S MORE THAN I MAKE. He's like how the hell did you do this?

[00:05:14]And it's because of my personality and I'm I like to make people feel better when I talk to them. I make an honest effort naturally to make you feel better when I'm communicating with you. I try I try to Here's the thing. In a business sense, when it's a business situation, you're at my table, you're at the bar, it's my job to get you to give me a big tip. So, naturally, I'm going to make you feel better, which it's amazing these. You go to restaurants today, you go anywhere, and kids are like, I can't believe you're coming here to spend money so that I can get a paycheck.

[00:05:53]It's just I just can't believe you came all the way down here to have me wrap a burrito for you so I could pay my bills.

[00:06:03]You're just kind of a person does that?

[00:06:07]Do you guys get this attitude? You go to a restaurant and uh that's how everybody acts. They're just like it's like such a burden for them to have to do anything and they just have this look on their face of content like or discontent whatever resting [ __ ] face type thing.

[00:06:26]What do you want? I'd like to buy something so you can have a paycheck and pay your bills and society can keep going, that's absurd. I've been swiping TikTok. I've seen people that have money. I don't deserve this. I don't deserve this. Other people were born into money. I should have been born into money. You should be working for me. I'm like, well, what have you done for the world? Nothing. What are you educated in? Nothing.

[00:06:52]What could you do with that money?

[00:06:53]Nothing. But I should have it. I was born.

[00:07:00]So, first of all, there's good news for you because those are the idiots you're competing with when you get when you go to apply for a job. So all you got to do is not act like that and you're already on the winning side.

[00:07:18]AI is going to take over those people's jobs. Okay. A the first two jobs that artificial intelligence is going to take over is medical doctors and food servers.

[00:07:32]Nobody wants a human to serve them food anymore. Humans are disgusting people.

[00:07:37]You don't know. You come in there to buy to buy stuff so they can get a paycheck and you leave worried if they spat or pissed in your food, you know, and it's like I mean I I go I'm a huge tipper. I leave big tips and I get I get like such disrespect where I live uh because I'm a white guy and in this city filled with white lesbian racists, they hate white men and I get no respect anywhere I go from these women. They're just like, "Ah, ah, I read a book that was written.

[00:08:10]Nobody knows if any of it's true, but it said white men are evil, so you don't deserve respect. I'm going to spit in your It's just It's absurd.

[00:08:34]They are There's a difference. gay guys, you know, gay guys are pretty open to everybody and but lesbians are very very like we want everybody to die. We don't they're angry. The divorce rate is through the roof for women lesbian relationships. It's just it's just anger and it's it's um it comes from reading literature that is falsified and that literature is is designed to get you to be angry. You know, if you go read a history book, none of it's true.

[00:09:07]How do you know any of it's true? Like, uh, it's written down on what? You can't, you don't know if any of it's true. You guys are all mad at each other for nothing.

[00:09:17]Everything, if you, if you study long enough, what you'll learn is that everything you know is not true. Because you'll find something else that contradicts what you thought was true, and then it'll shatter you, and you'll realize not anything that you've ever been told is true. How do you know it's true? Like, it was written in a book.

[00:09:34]You trust a race of liars? Are you kidding me? Humans are pathological liars. I don't trust a single word that comes out of anybody's mouth. I don't trust a single thing that was ever written down by a person unless I can verify it myself. And and and so I do believe in Jesus Christ because he came to me. He I had like a Christ present situation. You think I'm crazy? I think I'm crazy, too. I can't say for sure that wasn't some sort of stressinduced hallucination that evolution has embedded into our psyche for fail safe of not wanting to kill yourself or something. But that didn't make me feel better. I was just he just came to me and he was like he's like every little thing going to be I man let the green grass grow. He's like as long as you ain't lying homie you good.

[00:10:22]He's like, "You can do side bends or sit-ups, but please don't lose that butt because your waist is thin and your curves are kicking and I'm thinking about sticking." Uh, so you know, anyways, I I don't believe nothing anybody says unless they have like a master's degree level understanding of math and physics because people who have that level, not not not that you have the degree, but you're at that level.

[00:10:47]People that are at that level, they don't lie. They don't lie. You know why?

[00:10:52]Because you can't do math if you lie.

[00:10:54]When you understand math, you won't lie anymore. If you're still lying, you'll never understand math. Math is the art of telling the truth. Quite literally.

[00:11:05]So, um, so anyways, um, if you want to get a job, you want to you want to get a six-f figureure job with a bachelor's degree, I just want I want to explain something to you. So before I started working in business, I was making $70,000 a year waiting tables and bartending. Now I worked like 60 70 hours a week though. And I worked every single day, seven days a week. I worked all I worked morning and evening shifts Monday through Friday, Saturday evening shift and then Sunday morning. It was not fun because you bartend Saturday night and then you drink afterwards and then you wake up at six o'clock in the morning to do the morning Sunday breakfast. Like it's a nightmare. Being a server is a nightmare. It's like some sort of hell. If you're a bartending, you you got to work till 2 on Saturday and then party and then you got to be up at 4 to be at work at 6. That is not a fun thing to experience.

[00:12:01]I did that many times. Oh god, I I'm stuffy.

[00:12:07]my I can I I've got I had to take the filter out of my AC because it's building up water and I had to drain the water that we have a problem. I live down on the ismas and um between the two lakes and I get an algae buildup in the drain and so I had to take the filter off and I can tell I got allergies now because the fil the fil took the filter off the AC and it's blowing dust all over the place now through the through the vents into my air. I have to drain the water out of the out of the If you guys ever have an AC and there's water coming out of it, it's because there's algae that grows and it creates like it's like the algae creates like it's like they put plastic wrap like saran wrap over the uh over the bottom of the drain and it it the water can't go anywhere. So, you got to you got to dry it out so that algae dies. And then you have to put um Drano or vinegar, baking soda, something in there. And you got to you got to turn the AC off and let it dry out for like a a couple days and you need it to be dry as a bone. I've learned because if you keep if you let the water keep dripping through, the algae will just keep growing and you got to let it die and then pour the stuff in there. And the problem is is that the algae builds all the way up the pipe and it builds a very thick layer and it's this pipe. There's no way to access this thing at six floors high. I don't know, you know, where is this crap at anyways.

[00:13:30]So, the things you learn in the gossip hour, the gibber hour, the gibberish hour. All right. Anyways, let's get back on track. So, I I want to tell you this because I had no I had a GED. I didn't even have a high school diploma. I was making more than all the adults in like town by the time I was 19. And when I was bartending, a sales rep for Verizon Wireless watched me bartend and was like, "Dude, you need to come work at Verizon Wireless." And I'm like, I don't want to go make 12 bucks an hour working at Best Buy. This This was Circuit City. He's like, "It's not Circuit City. It's Verizon. There's a kiosk inside. It's a separate store."

[00:14:07]He's like, "You got to come work there, man." Like, you got to work for Verizon.

[00:14:11]And I'm like I'm like, "I don't want to make 12 bucks an hour selling phones."

[00:14:14]He's like, he laughed. He goes, "12 bucks an hour?" He's like, he shows me his uh payub and he's he's like, "You're going to make this much." And I'm like, "What?"

[00:14:22]And uh so how it worked was you got paid like $12 an hour plus commission. And if you sold somebody a cell phone plan for hundred bucks a month, you got like $150 in commission. It was really good. So all I had to do was get people to buy a phone, sign up for a phone. This was when nobody had phones, so everybody was buying phones. It was a gravy train like you wouldn't believe.

[00:14:51]So everybody every day is coming in because nobody had phones. Everybody come in to buy phones. It was right when the iPhones came out, too. And uh so every day people come in, buy a phone, I'd make 100 bucks, 100 bucks, 100 bucks, 100 bucks, 100 bucks. My first um my first four months working there, I made $50,000. And because of the amount of money I made, I was basing to make likeund 502k 200,000. Because of the amount of money I made, they changed the whole entire commission structure. I I hit this like I made so much money at this little location that it sent like this straight to the CEO and was like, "How the hell is this uneducated kid making this kind of money?" And they changed the whole commission structure because of me.

[00:15:34]And uh but I I so I worked there for I worked in business for three years and they were paying for me to do a uh business degree in business uh finance and marketing or whatever.

[00:15:46]It it was business was not for me. But I'm very good at business. I'm a businessman. I'm an entrepreneur. I own False Reality Publishing and Plum Academy. I'm also an entertainer. You know, some people get confused because I'm explaining to you how to get jobs and be professional and showing you some of the most advanced math and physics you can do and how to write books. And then they come to the live feed where I'm hanging out having beers and they're like, "How do you think anyone's going to take you seriously being a human enjoying your life?

[00:16:19]These kids, these people are mental. You think you guys are so used to people lying that you think I should be lying?"

[00:16:26]I tell you the truth, okay? I'm not going to I'm not [ __ ] footing around nothing. And guess what, kids? That's why I was number one in sales. That's why I got the job because I tell the truth. It means you can trust me. You guys lie. I share with you myself in the evening where I'm hanging out. We watch the daily upset. Then you watch the professional side and you're like, "How could this guy do math like this and then act like that?" It's because I tell the truth, dumbass. You're a liar. No one wants a liar working for them. You guys, you paint this fictitious reality and then you go live it and then you get pissed off when other people don't live in your fictitious reality, your fantasy world. All right? People who are going to hire you, they don't want to hire you based on your ability to lie. They want to hire you based on your ability to tell the truth. All right? So, so I got I got high paying jobs. I made a lot of money and uh it's because I tell the truth.

[00:17:33]I'm honest. I'm not afraid to be myself.

[00:17:39]And I'm a hard worker and I do things professionally.

[00:17:44]Professionalism can be defined as every time you do something, you do it better than the last time you did it. Every time. Unprofessionalism is defined as every time you do something, you say, "I'll do it better next time." You're either leaning towards professionalism or you're falling into unprofessionalism. You can't beat one or the other. You're just either pushing towards one or the other and you just get better at it as you go. Every time I write a book, I do it better than the previous time. I put more effort into it every time I do a book. Every time I do anything, I put more effort into it.

[00:18:20]That's professionalism. You do it better every single time. Okay.

[00:18:25]You guys think professionalism is putting on a bow tie and lying. All right, children. Today we're going to talk about the masturbation hour where I'm going to lie about sex and say I'm celibate and go into my dungeon with all my weird stuff. And you guys don't know nothing about nothing. Nobody wants a lying freak working for them.

[00:18:49]If you're a scientist and you lie, you're out of here. You know how dangerous it is to have somebody in charge of science that lies? Do you know how dangerous it is to have somebody in charge of the sewage plant that lies?

[00:19:03]You guys are dangerous. So, so first of all, if you guys want to get a six-figure job with your bachelor's degree, you got to quit lying. Okay?

[00:19:10]That's got to go. That's why nobody can get a job because nobody trusts nobody because everybody thinks you get a lie about everything. I mean, you guys, you guys are so influenced by garbage on the internet that you really think people want you to lie on your resume. I showed you guys yesterday, we were looking at the NASA applications.

[00:19:29]On the NASA application, they said quite clearly, if you're using AI, do not apply here. You will, we don't want you working here.

[00:19:40]This is what they said right there. It says, "If you're using artificial intelligence, you are a plagiarizer. We don't want you to apply here. And we will know if you're using AI. We don't want you working here.

[00:19:55]You guys uh you don't understand what AI is. You don't understand what it's used for. You guys are just liars and cheaters and plagiarizers.

[00:20:05]That's all it is. If you use AI to help you write code and you go through the code and you fine-tune it to create a product, that's a tool. If you use it to write an English paper, that's plagiarism.

[00:20:23]Now, if you write the paper and you have it edit it and you go back through it, that's a tool.

[00:20:30]What they are telling you is don't even use it to edit it. They said if you use AI to edit your work, you're not welcome here at NASA.

[00:20:39]That was just one application that we started out with Plem Academy. I started PLM Academy for for math, physics, and engineering students because they are the least likely to graduate and the least likely to get a job. And it's all because they're arrogant, pompous, know-it-all liars.

[00:20:59]I I started the company for them, but I have quickly realized that they are the last people in the world that can be helped.

[00:21:07]It's highly unlikely that they're that they can be helped.

[00:21:12]And uh so I had people that are in business and and um marketing and other things, whatever, medicine, they came to me and they said, "This service that you're offering, is is it for me or is it just for scientists?" And I'm like, no, you know, it's for anybody because it's tailored to your your career goals. So, I originally started this to target math, physics, and engineering students. And I do in the mentorship hour, we do very advanced math, physics, and engineering problems. But I have realized now that these kids are not my target audience because first of all, if they're on YouTube, they're not going to succeed unless they turn off the internet. If they're using AI, they're not going to succeed.

[00:21:54]And so trying to trying to get them to understand that they all have to go all the way through and fail before they understand that. We saw yesterday a mechanical engineering graduate came to the came to the live feed and said, you know, exactly what I said would happen happened to him. I said, ' If you use AI or Khan Academy or private tutors to get through a math, physics, or engineering degree, you're going to be stuck in a situation where you're overqualified and not qualified, and the only jobs you'll be able to do are contract jobs, like driving for Uber, delivering food, and private tutoring.

[00:22:30]Private tutoring is the continuation of the chain of cheating. You learned how to cheat with a tutor. Now, you're showing somebody else how to cheat with a tutor. They're not going to get a job.

[00:22:39]The only thing they can do is show somebody else how to cheat. It's it's it's a sort of criminal activity actually. You're helping the kid cheat through the course by tutoring them so that they can take government money which they pay you with and they get nowhere. And the government the government keeps paying people to cheat and hire tutors and you you learn how to cheat with a tutor. Then you go become a tutor to help people cheat to learn how to tutor to get that. It's it's fascinating. The government, you know, Elon Drump, you guys want to save some money. What you got to do is figure out how not to let the kids that cheat get f financial aid if you know because 50% of the people that use that money don't succeed and the other 50% that graduate can't get jobs because they cheated. It's a waste of money.

[00:23:24]It's a huge waste of money. The financial aid I mean all of these schools I I predict in the next 10 20 years that probably 70% of all colleges will be shut down. There will be I like I I want to start a single college called Plym University where you when you go to it and you're educated in all these fields in a matter of like five years properly, not this four-year garbage of half history government nonsense.

[00:23:47]The world's going to change if we don't kill each other sort of saying but uh maybe we need to kill each other. I don't know. So it's up to the universes, the universal ecosystem. Anyways, so if you look, if you want to get a six-figure job with your bachelor's degree, okay, this kid, the mechanical engineer, he's like, exactly what you said happened to me. I He didn't go into details, but he was like, I can't get anything but contract labor. I got a I've got a degree in mechanical engineering. I can't get a job anywhere because I don't know how to do nothing.

[00:24:19]And I So, I'm like at that point, I'm like, you need to go do a graduate degree, dude. That's your only hope.

[00:24:27]you you got to go do a master's degree in that situation.

[00:24:31]What I do with Plym Academy is if you're an undergraduate or a graduate or you're an amateur mathematician, whatever you are, it's a three-year program, three to five year program so that you can practice on getting all of that stuff on your resume and have the necessary years and experience and evidence and proof of it being there, hosting it on your own website, trying to help you guys get off of this cheating, lying path. So, so let's let's break this down, okay? It doesn't matter what degree you have. If you have a bachelor degree in any field, you can get a six-f figureure job. I I went through and showed you guys all the job applications for a bachelor's of arts, the humanities, a law degree, a medical degree, an engineering degree, a math physics, all these different degrees. I showed you all of them.

[00:25:19]Everybody thinks that engineering and math and physics is the highest paying.

[00:25:23]It's it really isn't. the the business art degrees had the highest paying and the more most likely to get these jobs.

[00:25:29]But what what happens is when you look at the job applications, what you see is the same problem all of you have. You're not qualified for any of them. You have a bachelor's degree, but you have no skills. You're not qualified for any of these jobs. So, it doesn't matter what your what your degree is. It matters what your skills and qualifications are.

[00:25:49]And all of that is gained outside of college.

[00:25:53]If you want to get a high p if you want to get a high-paying job with your bachelor degree, first thing you got to do is stop lying. You got to stop being a lying little worm. Okay? You need to if you this is what you need to do.

[00:26:04]First of all, if you're using pirating software, you need to delete it and you need to delete everything and anything you got with that pirating software. And you need to reformat your computer and pray you pray that 10 years from now all of that crap's out of the cash and they don't know who you are. That's the first thing you need to do. Number two, you don't use torrenting software and anything you got from that you you delete anything you got from that.

[00:26:28]Number three is you stop using AI. You stop using YouTube. You turn off the internet. You go to your textbook. You go to lecture and you do it correctly.

[00:26:37]Read the curriculum. Sorry. Read the code of conduct. Read the syllabus.

[00:26:42]Follow the curriculum. Work with the professor. Grow the up. Stop being a little [ __ ] And you go to lecture. If you if you're one of these people that say it says I don't have to go to lecture. Yeah. What company wants to hire somebody like that? Are you kidding me? Yeah. They It says you don't have to go to work. You ain't going to get a paycheck, but you don't have to go. Your manager is like, "Hey, stupid idiot.

[00:27:07]Where you been all week?" Well, you you didn't say I have to go to work. You didn't say I have to be there. It doesn't say anywhere I have to be there.

[00:27:15]Why would I come? And they're like, "You're right. You're an adult. You're over the age of 18. I have no legal ability to force you to be anywhere.

[00:27:26]Uh, we thought that since you had a college education, you weren't a dumbass. Turns out you are."

[00:27:32]So, so, so that you guys got to do that.

[00:27:34]You got to go to lecture, okay? Read the code of conduct, follow the syllabus, go to lecture, work with the professor, quit making excuses. Some of you, every time you listen to me, you go, "What about this situation?" Leave college if that's you. If you're listening to what I'm saying and you're like, "But what about this situation?" Leave college.

[00:27:49]You're not going anywhere. College is not for excuse makers. You guys are excuse makers. I'm telling you what to do. Read the code of conduct. Read the syllabus. Go to lecture. Work with the professor. End of story. Turn off the internet. End of story. Stop using AI.

[00:28:04]End of story. If you go, "What about this situation?" I say, "Leave college.

[00:28:08]You're in the wrong place." You are in the wrong place.

[00:28:14]Those are issues you need to address immediately. Okay? You want to get a highpaying job, you need to stop lying.

[00:28:24]Companies do not want to hire people they cannot trust. And all of you think you have to lie on your resume to get an interview.

[00:28:33]Artificial intelligence is going to fix our problems. You know why? Because you can't believe anything you read on the internet anymore at all. You can't believe anything you see. You can't believe anything you read. So, the internet is dead. AI killed the internet. It's over with. You can't watch any movies anymore, any TV anywhere because it's just ads, ads, ads, ads, ads, ads. There's no entertainment.

[00:28:56]AI is fixing our problems by turning everything into complete garbage. When you go to search Google and it pulls up AI crap, why Google put that? It's not accurate. Google, what kind of a company are you? You put that AI in there, that's not real. It's all fake. Why would you do that? Microsoft Word, why would you put AI in into the Word document? You You're setting people up to destroy their future. You're you're making uneducated people think that they're supposed to use AI and you go look at job applications and they're like, if you used AI, don't apply here. Now, there's a way to use AI as a tool. As I said, guys, when I do Pllem Academy, I some of you are like, "But what about you're using AI?

[00:29:41]You had AI write your resume and it having AI create a resume and then you go in and you edit it so that you rewrite everything." That's that's what we did. We had AI create the outline and we go and rewrite everything.

[00:29:57]What you're talking about is having AI do your work for you and then you pass it off as your own work. That's called plagiarism.

[00:30:07]That's what NASA said. If you if you have AI write anything for you or edit anything for you, don't apply here.

[00:30:14]Which means that they're talking about the cover letter, not the resume. The resume is just an itemized list of what you've accomplished. You can't plagiarize that. But a cover letter, you write a cover letter and you have AI generate that cover letter. They're going to cross reference that with AI generated technology detecting stuff and they're just not going to call you.

[00:30:36]That's what every company is doing now.

[00:30:38]If you if you submit a cover letter or resume generated by AI, they're not going to entertain you.

[00:30:49]So you might you might ask with Plem Academy since you have AI rewrite the uh write the resume in HTML, how does that compare? Well, on your website, you have three years of all of the work that you did with AI recorded in video so they can see that you know how to use it properly, that you built the website yourself following the instructions I provided. I show you how to use AI correctly so that you're not plagiarizing. I show you how to document it and record it and save it and store it and and host it so that you have proof of that. That's kind of the point.
