The mind's habit of fighting and resisting the present moment creates unnecessary suffering, but by consciously allowing whatever is happening right now to be as it is—without believing thoughts or emotions as absolute truth—we can experience deeper peace, calm, and joy; this doesn't mean we cannot take action, but rather that action should come from a place of inner acceptance rather than resistance.

Just allow what is with me for 7 min and see what happens追加:
Let's take a moment right now to fully allow whatever it is right now to be as it is.
Stop fighting the present moment consciously or unconsciously.
And open ourselves up to this deep sense of peace and calm and possibly even joy that comes with being fully in alignment with the present moment.
But don't take my word, right?
Let's experience it together for the next, I don't know, 5 6 minutes.
And see what happens when you fully allow the present moment right now to be as it is.
I'll invite you to look inward with me.
And see what is there.
Getting curious.
Which thoughts are there? What are they saying?
What are my thoughts saying right now?
What am I feeling in my body?
Maybe physically.
Maybe emotionally.
But what's going on there?
>> [clears throat] >> Where do I wish whatever is right now would be different.
Where do I think it should be different?
This should not be as it is.
It should be like this or that.
And instead of believing the thoughts, just letting them be there, allowing them to be.
Allowing them to be loud and annoying.
And telling us all kinds of stuff.
But also knowing that they're not necessarily true.
And the same with our emotions.
Fully feeling them.
Getting curious.
But whatever story is connected to that emotion.
Not fully believing it.
Either.
How would it feel?
If you would fully allow.
This moment right now.
Internally, externally.
To be as it is.
That doesn't mean you cannot take an action.
To bring about change. That doesn't mean you cannot say no.
It just means.
You internally.
Stop fighting.
This moment.
Because you recognize.
>> [snorts] >> It doesn't make any sense to fight it.
Fighting what is right now is not going to change it.
Can you allow it?
To be.
Can you accept?
That it is.
Not that it is going to be the next moment. We don't know that. Not that it might be tomorrow. We don't know that.
Just.
Right now.
>> Can you let it be okay?
Put the sword of fighting down.
Allow it. Allow the discomfort.
Allow the pain.
Allow the emotions. Allow the thoughts without believing them.
Allowing yourself to be. Allowing it all inside to be as it is.
And you might sense this peace and calm.
Maybe even joy arising that I was talking about in the beginning.
And maybe not.
