3 Procedures. One Day. | Cysts, Lipomas & More | Dr. Pimple PopperAdded:
Can you actually even lean a little bit more forward like more? Yeah, there you go.
So, when you take a shower, it's still kind of solid as you you can get up and see it if you want to. As long as I don't lose you see how it's still like the cyst is still somewhat solid there, but it's starting to liquefy.
>> At least has an opening that it can come out of.
So, um that can help it to drain to, but it's hard to get all that out.
It's not quite ready yet.
See, some it's going to be liquidy though.
You doing okay? I'm not pushing on you.
That's not hurting too much.
>> No, I'm good.
I think it was still a little early to do this, but that taking off that inner, you know, some of the sack wall will help it to feel better.
Kind of make like an X notch it.
See how right there. Help it probably afterwards.
You doing good? You feeling okay?
>> Yeah.
>> Is he usually this quiet?
>> No.
>> Are you just more concerned, frightened by it, or does it hurt?
>> Huh? Talking to me?
>> Yes. Talking to you. You doing okay?
>> Yeah, I'm good.
>> Is it real sore?
>> Yeah.
>> Oh [ __ ] Just made me cramp up.
>> What made you cramp up?
>> I don't know. I just I got I got to >> Oh, you kind of torqued a little bit.
Your body?
>> Yeah.
>> You okay?
>> Yeah.
>> Does you ever Does he ever faint or anything?
>> No.
>> No.
>> I doubt this will be your first time.
It's already come out a good amount. You okay?
>> Yeah, I'm good. I'm just cramping.
>> What? You want to you want to move your body? Why don't you move your body to get out of the See, a lot of it has come off though. I think that's making it feel a lot better.
>> Is that hurting you? Am I hurting you?
But you want to put some more numbing there or you rather not have that?
>> I enjoy the pain.
Okay, no more.
It hopefully it bathed the inside area with numbing. Okay, it's a lot flatter now.
So, that's good.
So, we leave it open so that the rest of it can drain out. So, I would put like nonstick bandage and then a little gauze beyond that. And then he, you know, when he takes a shower, he can sort of, maybe even you can help squeeze it a little bit. But be careful with it. You know what I mean? See how there's still some of that there? That all wants to either come out or your body kind of absorbs it. Try not to push him too much. I don't think he likes me doing that. But I feel like he likes that better than the needle, though, too.
>> Yeah, for sure.
>> Let's see how flat it is. At least that's good.
Sorry. No, you're fine.
>> You seem to be okay, though.
>> I don't mind none of this. The needles are a bunch.
>> I think it's a lot better, actually.
That's probably pretty good that we did that, but I just don't know if there's like piece a little piece left there, but I can't really do much to pull that out. I feel like grab me a little pickup maybe. Oh, wait.
I have Sorry. Forget it.
Maybe I'll come out completely. you okay?
>> Yeah.
>> Feel like those videos people see like at the beach, someone's just doing this with like a beer bottle in their hand or something.
Glad you can laugh at that.
There's like we're cutting most of that out.
How long have you had this bump on you?
Would you say >> that one there? I started noticing about a year ago.
>> Okay.
>> The others have been >> for a while.
But again, like you might, you know, you're you're replacing them with something else, a little scar. So, so the thing is that >> you were going to say with more fat in my body.
>> No, no, no. That I mean that's your choice. You'd have to make that happen.
Not me.
>> I did that. I told you about it. Back then it looked fatter cuz I was skinnier.
>> Yes.
>> It looked bigger cuz I was >> Right. That does make it look skinny because like it doesn't change grow or shrink with your with your regular weight loss.
>> Exactly.
>> Or weight gain.
>> I would advise you since you know you you didn't really you know you haven't really seen how this looks and it's your first lipoma removed just see what you think about it cuz you're going to have a little line scar there. You always have sort of a reminder that it's there and so I just want you to be okay with that you know because you can't really see them. So, >> the thing is if you can't see them and but then you replace them with a little, you know, a little scar, it might not be really what you like because they're, you know, it's not medically necessary to remove them per se, unless the one were to get really big, which is not does not mean that any of them will grow any bigger necessarily. They could, but tighten that up before you got three stitches on top.
show you this your little friend. You see your little eye friend?
>> Yeah. And so that's why I'm telling you the ones on >> You want You want to touch it? You can feel it.
>> Sure. I'm good.
>> I mean, it's kind of cute.
>> It was right there.
>> So those are literally fat. It's fat.
>> Little foot plush.
How long have you had this little cyst friend?
>> Like >> got to pump them right here. Just a year.
>> Yeah.
>> Oh, got to get rid of it in a hurry. And you already had it squeezed by somebody or something, right?
>> Yep.
>> You okay? Right.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay, good. I'm going to push on you.
Okay. I'm not trying to push you out of the room or anything. All right.
>> All right.
>> You have oatmeal in there.
See the little oatmeal there?
>> Oh my god, >> it's a little baby. She just just That's how she You probably relaxed at that when she had a baby, huh? Oh my gosh.
So, I'm going to push hard so I can try to get all on your on your back. The skin is actually very thick. So it's it can be underneath there a little bit more. So sometimes I'm trying to get it out of a Can you scoop that trying to get as much of it out as I can. I mean I want to get the whole sack out. So if I can't get it you might want to hold that underneath there now or something. Thank you higher than this.
Yeah.
You don't like I don't like tissue massages, so I hope I'm not hurting you too bad, but I know I'm pushing on you.
>> Yeah, it's okay.
>> It keeps coming out.
See if I can just try to scoop some of it out. Not too trying to get to that sack wall.
Did your Did your daughters try to squeeze us?
>> No. You didn't let them, huh?
>> Smart man though. That's smart.
Some sack walls kind of stay together and they don't it doesn't tear easily.
Some of them tear right off the edge of your body and they want to it's almost like they want to come off. Yours is kind of in the middle. The sack wall is pretty thinwalled, but it's coming. I just I couldn't get it out one piece. It's really nice when they come out in one piece.
Did we tell you to bring a diamond or something so you could put it in here?
>> You do. You don't. It's It's your own little storage area. You could store something in here you don't want anyone to find.
>> So, I'm going to put on I'm going to put buried sutures in there, too. The ones that stay in the skin.
>> Oh, okay.
>> And they give it strength so they absorb over time.
>> Mhm.
>> So, we're doing just regular interrupted sutras on top, you know, like a little knot.
>> So, you just have to lift, you know, take a little manicure >> scissor and a tweezer and just lift it up. I usually what I do well if you want to I don't know I think you do the quite a distance usually like you can make an appointment if you feel like you know he you want to have him looked at um but I think he should be fine but if you have any questions or concerns you know like make sure you can make an appointment >> um if you need us you know it's because I know you live far away and I don't want to just save you the time for having to come all the way over here for something really quick.
>> So these are the stitches you take out these little blue ones.
>> Mhm.
more and then we'll do uh uh that little antibiotic.
Okay, great. Great.
