Launching Even Realities G2 Support on MentraOS

[00:00:00]Today, we're launching Even Reality's G2 support on Mentra OS. Mentra unlocks your Even G2 and gives you access to a full app store of apps like captions and Proactive AI and translation, and you can run them all at the same time. So, imagine you have a meeting in a foreign country and you want to go into that meeting running notes and translation and getting help from Proactive AI, you can do all of that at the same time in Mentra OS. And you can do it while your phone is locked and put away in your pocket.

[00:00:48]To start, why don't we check out captions, which is one of the main apps in Mentra OS. So, if I just open captions, now everything I say is instantly overlaid to my vision in full screen. I can change the width of the lines, the number of lines of text, I can move it around on the display, and I'm getting captions that are super fast, they're super accurate, and they have speaker identification. So, I can tell if the speaker is changing. They also work in offline mode, so if my phone doesn't have internet, everything can work, and the captions automatically disappear after the conversation, so you can use them in private conversations.

[00:01:23]However, if you do want to remember information from your conversations, there's Mentra notes. So, I'm just going to close captions, open up notes, and now everything that I'm saying is being transcribed using the glasses microphone. If I just open up this transcript, then everything I say is being transcribed, and now after this conversation, everything that we said is going to get run through an AI model, and it's going to get summarized.
