I just started my GLP-1 and we are doing shots on shot day. This is 100 calories and 23 grams of protein in this tiny little bottle. Great for travel, they just fit in your purse. Strawberry guava, blueberry lemonade, and pineapple. It is really, really hard to get in your protein on shot day, especially if you're new to a GLP, so these are perfect because it's not a lot of volume. It's so tiny. Or honestly, anyone who's just trying to hit their protein goals and you don't want to have to think about it throughout the day, this is it. This is it. This literally takes me three sips. Okay, there was no reason you can't hit your protein goals, girl.
Just like that, I'm done and I don't even feel nauseous.
