[00:00:11]The Lord may preserve the lives of Congolese. Hallelujah. Our brothers and our sisters in the name of Jesus. This is the very blessed country in the world. Hallelujah. Which forever going to battles and fighting and rebellion here and there and different sicknesses and diseases.

[00:00:30]We are praying for Congo DRC for the full restoration of this country in the name of Jesus. Hallelujah. So, for those who are also in Congo and they do are Congolese, I would really challenge you that we should stand and pray for Congo.

[00:00:50]There are certain things which the Lord has been revealing unto us.

[00:00:53]Also been happening and also been fulfilling. We've been seeing the messages we are delivering that they are happening in Congo DRC. But here I'm here to speak to you again once more, my beloved brothers and sisters, as we are still praying for Congo DRC. Hallelujah. There is something which I saw that may happen which may happen in Congo DRC as we are moving.

[00:01:19]Hallelujah. Yes, we need to plead the blood of Jesus to cover the nation of Congo. The nation of Congo, they need the blood of Jesus.

[00:01:30]Hallelujah. There is this sickness which they call Ebola.

[00:01:37]I saw that disease of Ebola rising again in in Congo.

[00:01:45]I saw Ebola rising again in Congo. So, I began to see it rising from the east of Congo and then now it spread.

[00:01:54]It spread. So, I So, it's spreading also to another side.

[00:01:59]Now, the World Health Organization has declared an Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo a public health emergency of international concern. Nearly 90 deaths have been recorded so far, and medical experts say that the current strain of the virus has a particularly high mortality rate.

[00:02:17]Well, the country's health minister said that there is currently no vaccine or specific treatment available. Dr. Samuel Roger Kamba says many of those who died didn't seek professional medical care and instead sought help from places of worship. Almost 2,300 people died in Congo between 2018 and 2020, and WHO says this current outbreak does not meet the criteria of a pandemic. Well, we can speak to BBC Africa's correspondent Thomas Mokwana now, who joins us from Nairobi. Thomas, good to have you with us. Talk to us firstly about what we're seeing in terms of spread, the risk of further spread because of course in some remote areas you have informal borders perhaps where people cross almost daily.
