uh posterior urology just published in European Urology showed that uh tranexamic acid 1 g before and 1 g after surgery IV reduced major bleeding 37% and we didn't detect any increased risk of thrombosis. So uh we would recommend tranexamic acid for urologic surgeries uh with increased bleeding risk.
Uh it's safe cheap and very easy to administer.
