So in first half we'll be covering uh I'll be telling you uh like what are the things we are going to complete how mentorship will happen everything I'll be covering in depth okay and in second part we'll have question answer session so daily it will go the same way uh except on Sunday there will won't be any live session other than that on all days I'll be coming live and answering your question every day and giving you schedule okay so I'll just share the telegram group yes so over here in this telegram group which I have created. Yes. So there is something called as this rule book. I want everyone to go through this rule book. Okay. So very important things I wanted to discuss here itself and I want to clear all these things here itself.

[00:03:30]Okay. See first thing everyone who is attending this session should know that the duration of this is from May 18th that is from tomorrow we'll be starting exactly till August 30. Okay. So this mentorship will happen through telegram channel only and this will be for uh needp 2026 only. For 2027 I have a separate batch. This will be for 2026 and this will be occurring through telegram channel and uh uh in this telegram channel all updates regarding schedule live session study metals everything will be given. So how to join this mentorship everything you know you have already come over here to those people who are watching this recorded session or those people who haven't joined mentorship because this is currently YouTube going on YouTube live you can go to the website which I'll give in the comment section or you can see in the description of my WhatsApp go there and you just join mentorship okay third thing is attendance is compulsory okay the only thing that I want you to do in the next 1 or 5 days because we have 1 or 5 days left The only thing that I want you to do is attend live sessions. That's it. Nothing else. Just attend these live sessions. Next, we have some core components. Two components we are not going to miss upon. That is one is PYQs and second is GTS. We are not going to compromise on these two. Next, there are some abbreviations that are used like RR means rapid regression, BM means bookmark, CM means custom modules, GT means grand test. Okay. Now daily schedule will be updated on the previous night like tomorrow is May 18. So tomorrow schedule I have already updated in the group. Okay. So what you're going to study tomorrow everything I have shared in the group. I'll come to that also. So schedule for May 20 for example will be posted on May 19th. So I want you to go through the schedule every day only after posting the schedule then only we'll have live session. Live session that will be conducted on Zoom as we are doing currently. So this link will be shared immediately. That is if the session is at 9:30 p.m. for example, then link will be given at 9:28 p.m.

[00:05:40]plus or minus half an hour. It might might be maximum from 8:30 p.m. till with within 10 p.m. It will be between this time only and exact time will be mentioned in the uh telegram group itself 2 hours prior to uh zoom session.

[00:05:53]Okay. So duration will range anywhere between 10 minutes to 30 minutes. It can go beyond that also. Sometimes it might take even 1 hour. So until your doubts are clear till then I'm not going to uh go to next uh uh I'm not going to end the session. Next this backlog register is one thing which I want you to maintain. Now what is this backlog register? See there are some buffer zone which I have created. Buffer zone means backlog zone where you'll be covering your backlogs. Now I know I have named it as revision session but many are people are there who have actually have first read pending. Okay there are many people who have first trade pending. So for those people I have created 2 hours extra session. Okay, that is 2 hours uh extra uh like hours 2 hours extra so that you can actually go back and read your things whichever you weren't able to complete or let's say uh in this uh upcoming days you are not able to finish some things on time uh in the coming days you can add your backlog to that.

[00:06:49]So I want you to maintain a backlog register. Let's say for example today on May 18th let's say we were going through general surgery and you were not able to finish general surgery. So this will be a backlog. Along with this you have to also write how many hours were dedicated for this. Like if I mentioned 5 hours you have to write five hours were dedicated for this. Okay. Or you can uh uh like this it will continue. Okay. So what will happen is when you have time to cover this extra background those are basically buffer zones. Uh sometimes you might get even one complete day as buffer zone. It depends totally on how fast we are able to finish the labs. So that time you'll be just going through these topics in the backlog register and you'll tick on that that you have completed this during your backlogs.

[00:07:30]This is because otherwise what will happen is if you don't have a track of things which you have left then you will leave it permanently. Okay, I don't want that to happen. Next GTS uh there are dedicated days for GTS. I'll show you the schedule and in first three and a half hours you will attend the GT on the day of GT and in next five hours you will review the GT. There's a YouTube video on the same. So you'll follow that video. Okay. And uh I know that there will be procrastination. Sometimes you'll feel anxious everything. So anytime you feel like you're procrastinating, your only job is to message me immediately on Telegram.

[00:08:32]Next uh the main target is mainly accountability, motivation and all. So the only thing that I want you to do is you should attend live session. Okay. So these are the basic rules that I want you to go. This is there in the rule book. Please go through this rule book.

So now coming to how will we will be planning sessions uh how we'll be going ahead everything I'll be sharing my screen for that just give me a second uh yes so this is basically our plan for revision I had uh shared this in the group yesterday so I Just want you guys to know today also. So this we have time from May 18 till August 30 that is almost one not 4 days. Okay. So in this 1 4 days we'll be giving total 9 GTS and we'll have the schedule as follows till July 15 till August 15 and August 29th.

[00:09:32]So here we'll get almost uh 57 days.

[00:09:35]Here we'll get around uh 30 days and here we'll get around uh uh 15 days. So this is the schedule that we'll be following and we'll try to finish things and daily 1 hour will be dedicated to clear backlogs. Okay. So this will be we'll be going from May 18 till August 30. So this is basically till July 15th that is our first read. Okay. This will be the syllabus. So all these things I have shared in the mentorship group.

[00:09:59]Okay group. So today was the orientation session and tomorrow we will start with surgery. So in this month we have 84 subjects to cover and out of that three subjects are very very very very important. These three subject itself will cover total 60 question that is equal to 30% of entire syllabus will be here only. Okay. So these three four subjects will be our target for this month. Now this will be the schedule for tomorrow that is this week. Okay. So we'll start with surgery. Now basically uh the problem with the uh schedule currently is that you guys actually have uh uh what what happened is I'll tell you exactly. Okay. So what happened is you guys attempted in I know what exactly you guys are facing right now.

[00:10:44]Okay. So basically most of you were not serious during your first either you were during your internship or maybe post internship or you might have studied but still uh it wouldn't have been an effective study. Most of you would have finished first read either fully or partially. But I think majority of them had covered one read fully and most of this read was from rapid revision or BTR or something some short source. There are very few people who had done from main videos and those who had done from uh QBank main Qbank. Okay.

[00:11:18]So majority have done from revision sources only. So if you had done full first read then what would have happened is you would have given two weeks of revision for INIC and then you would have assumed that because you have given done so much things for the past 3 4 months in INIC you would have definitely answered more than 140 correct but this wouldn't have happened. Now who would have answered more than 140 correct in INSC was both the students one who had actually uh done main videos or had been doing some preparation since last five months at least and had done last two weeks preparation or those students who had given at least three revisions of anything either RR or BTR or any other source. If you give three revisions or if you were preparing for five months and then two weeks you did some good uh revision. So only these students have a chance of coming more than 140. Now what happened you your scores would be somewhere in the range of 80 to 100 correct in INIC or up to 120 correct and this has panicked you currently every student who wants to talk to me just wants to ask me two things. one is what is the cut off for ioniz how much above what rank they'll get a rank and uh above what rank they'll get a seat that is basically how many correct responses and second what can be done so that your NEPG preparation doesn't go bad and this exactly is the thing that I want you to uh follow in this mentorship session what extra can you do so that you don't commit same mistake as INIC and you can go ahead with NETPG properly now I would say the you have not committed any mistake those are prepared thoroughly you know for last 3 to four months that is after January 22 January 22 was the date when NEP uh time date was announced since then whoever was preparing no they can actually give only one rate they can't give more than one rate so going bad was not your fault per se I would say the fault was that you started late so you were supposed to get that much only you were not entitled for something big but it is that panic mode that hysteria which is created that makes you feel that you were below others in preparation No almost 80% of students were at this phase only. 20% of students had started preparation earlier on. So they were at a better position. Rest 80% are already at this phase. Now what different can you do to change your needp preparation? If you ask me the answer lies in need PG pyramid. So what is NEPG pyramid? Nepg pyramid is the concept where you go from level zero to level four. Okay, sorry level one to level four. So currently most of you will be in level one. You would have given your one read and you have done pyq. Now this alone will give you up to 120 to 130 correct only. Above this it won't give you. Now if you had done some good source not revision source some other source like main videos or something one read and if you give three revisions to this then you will directly reach level four that is all together different game but I know that 80% of students are not following this technique because you guys are lazy as batches new batches come batches become dumb students become dumb and postcoid everyone wants to do only rapid revision or btr you don't want to think anything beyond this so now this is not your problem. This is the system in which this has evolved. Okay. So now what has become is your RR and BTR is just the basic milestone. That is the first level. Above this you have to do some extra things if you want to come under less than 10,000 rank. Okay. And these extra things are exactly what you should be doing in next 3 months which I'll be telling you. So a first layer of this is to do revise your RR nodes because whatever you have done RR I don't advocate if you done BTR extensively then you should do Q bank this straightforward because beta content is too less your concepts need to so for bet I those especially batch who had trained under me I was advising always at least start with don't keep B as your standard source because once the exam goes above moderate you are already out of the race that becomes like an elimination rather than selection. So if you start with RR then you should do some extra things over here so that you are in a better position. Okay, one of them is a G, one of them is GT because giving regular GTS once a week actually can improve your score but then you should have something to review and to learn. So the best thing is important QBank modules. Okay, if you go to uh my profile section, you'll find this link for important QBang module. Which QA modules are important? So what will happen is you don't have to solve all cubang modules. There are some important cubang modules. For example, if you see over here I'll take example of surgery which we are going to do tomorrow. Okay.

[00:16:02]Where is surgery? Yes. Over here. So in surgery you can see this uh see over here surgery general surgery.

[00:16:10]Okay. So there are total 50 questions which are asked from general surgery and there are some 38 questions are from upper GI 24 questions from urology.

[00:16:20]Okay. So if you take overall percentage uh general surgery plus upper g itself quantitude 50% which means if 20 questions are asked 10 questions will be either from general surgery or it will be from upper g. Okay. So that that is the magnitude of preparation you should have when it comes to these two topics.

[00:16:38]So these two topics you'll have to definitely do from important cubang modules. So what is important cubang modules? when you have two QBank module that is one is one Q bankang module is on sutures and another Q bankang module is on lymphatics. Now if you choose lymphatics thinking that it is a small topic and you can complete easily then you're out of the game because this is not an important cubang module only uh sutures are is the important qang module. So I have made a list of cubang modules from surgery with say these are the important cubang modules of surgery.

[00:17:10]So out of all modules that are available these 17 modules are the ones which matter the most and going through this in your first revision is the best time to make sure that your concepts are also strong and you are better compared to rest of them and you don't lose much of time also. These are the important cube modules of OBJ. Rest list is available in the PDF. Please go through I'll send the link in the telegram group also you can go through YouTube you'll get the link for all PDFs. You can go and and you can access it over there. So when we are doing surgery tomorrow our main focus what should be our main focus one is general surgery second is this upper g third is trauma because trauma you'll see every year one question is being asked except for 2024 uh but I think this was because of the recall bias that I'll explain it someday what is recall bias and breast always one question is asked and then uh endocrine always one question comes from thyroid okay so that's why I included that in the important cop modules So that's why we'll be focusing our preparation in a smart way rather than uh hardworking we'll be working smart. Okay. So coming to what exactly we'll be going through tomorrow. So basically in next coming days we'll be going through surgery RR notes. Uh whatever you have done so far you'll try to revise it. Okay. If you have done main notes we'll concise your main notes. Now how to concise there is something known as PYQbased concision method. Okay. Now if anyone wants this what is PQ based concession method?

[00:19:08]Between 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. you will be doing surgery. You'll start with rapid division notes. Uh you will be using the same notes that you had used for first trade. Okay. Now don't go for new resource. Now is not the time for using new resource. Just go with whichever platform you are using earlier. If it is main videos or main nodes, just tell me. I'll tell you how to concise notes. Okay? Just ask the doubt in the comment uh in the live session uh in the question answer session which will happen shortly. Now once you finish your notes let's say tomorrow you're going to study general surgery plus breast for example okay in that case what you'll do you will just go through general surgery for example in maro is a 2hour video not even 2 hours 89 minutes video so you will finish that in 89 minutes 89 or 83 I think so that means it will take you around 1.5 hours for this and rest I think will take you 1 hour so in 2 and 1/2 hours you'll finish this and rest you will go through qbank which are the cubang that you should go through shock and blood uh replacement that is basically uh shock and uh hemorrhage all those things okay trauma uh surgical instruments type of sutures injury trauma management and then afternoon onwards you can do breast now what will happen is in breast there will be around four to five question bank modules okay q modules now whenever you find there are more cubic modules what you'll do is you'll do custom modules now how do you know that which c uh like how to make high custom module you should take the number this I'll be giving every day okay 50 questions 25 easy 25 moderate and # pyq #clinical hashtag imager these three hashtag must be there okay so this is when qbank is watched but let's say your cube bank is little bit smaller of whichever coaching platform you're using and if you can finish breed entire custom mod within 2 hours you will go ahead with bankang modules itself no need to go through custom modules now this is the main important part the attraction of our batch that is all every day one to two hours will be dedicated for backlog so this is for people who join late and also for those people who can't cover their target on time I just want you to maintain a backlog register. Uh either you can go through your backlogs of your first read which is not complete because there are people who had let's say enters pending that you'll be doing in this last 2 hours or you will revise your bookmarked pyqs or you will do important pearls treasures and all. Okay. So you have uh like choice out of these three anyone you can do. Okay. So this is how we'll be going ahead. Uh I think there shouldn't be any doubt regarding how to go ahead. Okay. So you have two choices over here either if the if you're okay with going ahead with rapid revision and if you feel it's not an issue you had read it earlier you can go through rapid revision that is one price. Second choice is what you'll do is you'll go through pq of general surgery only. Now what you can do is you can do this as a custom module. When you do custom module and you put # recent need or recent need or # in then what will happen is you'll get a custom module of all questions pq of general surgery. So let's say your first general surgery question was which among this is absorbable suture. Okay. So this was your first question. Okay. So now what you will do you'll go to that part of your main notes that suture part and that you will go for absorbable suture and there you will put a bookmark. Okay.

[00:23:46]like this you'll put a bookmark. So now what will happen is uh you will know that yes uh uh you'll put a bookmark and you will study only that part there.

[00:23:54]Okay. So now what will happen is when you come for this in second revision after uh 2 months you will know which topics to read and which topics to leave. In this method you'll be able to rule out all unnecessary things that are required and your 100 to 150 pages will be condensed to uh almost like 40% of what is what was before. Okay. So this method you can use uh uh Ash.
