[00:05:08]Uh I'm going to read them off and then I do want to address uh probable cause on these counts. You are here sir on three counts of murder in the first degree, class one felonies. 19 counts of aggravated assault on officers, class five felonies.

[00:05:23]Two counts of aggravated assault, class six felonies. And one count of discharge of a firearm in the city limits, a class six felony.
