Now we recognize that bill increases at a time where there are challenges in the cost of living are difficult for many people. Part of my job involves talking to customers >> [music] >> directly as well as their representatives and I hear those concerns firsthand. I do understand them. So that record level of investment >> [music] >> is also accompanied by more protection for customers and more support for customers than ever before.
