HEDERA HBAR - Sweeping Historic Level?! Climbs To ! Don't Mess This Up!

[00:00:01]So the market right now is in a very boring state. Not a whole lot of changes in terms of price, volume is insanely low, and it seems like we're waiting for one specific thing, clarity. And I want to have a brief conversation about that in this video. I need to actually take a look at a few other things going on.

[00:00:18]Hedera continues to dominate in this regard. Um there's also something that's running prevalent in the crypto space right now, and everybody needs to be aware of this. Um so far to begin the week here, we're seeing just a tiny, tiny little bit of baby red for HBAR. We're down 0.06%.

[00:00:42]Uh it's still very early on. It's about 6:45 a.m. Central Standard Time. So we'll see where things are at by the time this video comes out. We should have the strategy update by that point with US markets open. So we'll we'll see if there's a burst of volatility there that takes place. There is has been a bunch of leverage that's stacked up over the course of the weekend. Very heavily on the short side again. Um so hopefully that can give us more of a positive move. Bitcoin is giving us a bit of green here, which is is very promising for the potential we could see. Uh again, Bitcoin is trying to continue to break out of structure here. And this could pump a lot of fun uh into the market. But things are insanely boring right now. We haven't [clears throat] seen a whole lot of change uh in the last week for HBAR. And actually that that brings me to this.

[00:01:28]There was a comment from a viewer, a question from a viewer, "Why price drop and drop if so good?"

[00:01:34]Uh Appreciate the question. Uh look around the crypto space right now. Everything's kind of blah. Uh we're we're still we still dealt with a lot of leverage liquidations. Um we we still watch BTC get some downside. That's what bear markets bring. Even if you're taking big steps forward like we are in terms of Hedera, you can still see downside. It's like when stocks, for example, crush expectations and still see downward movement in terms of price. It doesn't always make sense, but it is a possibility. Now, what you want to see is even despite the red, you want to see progress. You want to see steps forward.

[00:02:11]And that's what we continue to get. I didn't get a chance to talk about this the other day, but we once again saw Hedera ranked number one in RWA development activity, right? That that's a very promising sign. We're seeing it stay strong on the institutional side. I I would think that this week we would get a day of institutional buying on the HBAR side. We'll see if that's the case or not.

[00:02:33]But, you want steps forward, steps forward, steps forward. I want everybody to remember, for those that keep asking or for those who keep bringing up price, price is always the lagging metric. It's always the last thing to move. It's always the last thing to to reflect developments. And right now, excuse me, we've been kind of stuck in this garbage place because of being in a bear market. It's that simple. Nothing has really changed. It's the same people here from last market cycle, which means we haven't had the the new retail here to cause some of these euphoric uh pumps that we see during bear markets. Now, that could obviously change. We could start to see retail move back in earlier, especially if BTC runs and gets away from us. I will say that HBAR dominance is actually coming down and testing some historic levels like we talked about following that rainbow regression curve. Looks like we're uh due for a potential tap here in very short order. Um that could take place in the next week or so. Maybe this is bottoming long with um along [clears throat] with, you know, getting to the depths of the market before a big Clarity Act announcement.

[00:03:34]And that's again what everybody's waiting for. We're waiting for some news surrounding the Clarity Act. And I want to remind everybody that that could also breathe a lot of life into HBAR price because remember, it's a US embrace of crypto, US-based blockchains seem to do very well when that type of news news comes out Hedera is US based. So, we'll we'll see if we get some positive news to work in our favor as we we get through this week and get into next week, which again, our deadline lies during that time. Now, there is something [clears throat] that continues to take place around the crypto space that everybody needs to be aware of and needs to be locked in locked in on. So, there have been over 53 million dollars due to hacks in just the last 10 days.

[00:04:20]And Alpha Frog posted this question, is DeFi dead? And no, DeFi is not dead.

[00:04:24]It's very quiet during bear markets though. So, we obviously had the Bonqza Lend exploit on Hedera, which was 9.05 million dollars. There was the Bonq Bonq DAO exploit, 20 million dollars.

[00:04:35]Arbitrum, 18 to 23 [clears throat] million dollars. Layer Zero, two to 2.4 million dollars. You guys get the point.

[00:04:41]But, remember, this is we had Cardano.

[00:04:44]We obviously had the Second Finance exploit, right? There was some news that just came out about a hack that almost took place on MetaMask.

[00:04:54]So, you have to be locked in. You can't be lazy. You can't get complacent. Hackers are working very hard right now to separate you from your bags. And because people >> [clears throat] >> get bored and look for opportunity and look for the quick fix to make a quick buck, sometimes people ignore the things that they should normally pay attention to. So, >> [clears throat] >> this is just a basically a cautionary tale, I guess, if you will. Don't be in a rush. Don't make some of these big mistakes. Always if it seems too good to be true, it's probably too good to be true. So, the good news [clears throat] is again, a lot of these things are changing to where you know, for example, Hedera's backing the recovery phase for Bonqza Lend, like I talked about in terms of Second Finance for Cardano, that's all getting sorted out as well. But, don't make [clears throat] these big mistakes.

[00:05:47]This the worst possible time to do it.

[00:05:50]And times will get better. We will get out of these garbage times. We will get positive news for crypto. And that positive news will eventually lead to positive movement in terms of price.
