[00:00:00]So, you want to just Thanos-snap away data centers and AI. Let me tell you why that doesn't work. Every time you post a photo or write something or search for anything, you create data. You know this, and the data gets collected.

[00:00:12]Companies train systems on it that become worth billions. You get nothing, and you don't own it, and you can't prove who created it, let alone let alone you. And the moment it leaves your hands, it becomes someone else's asset.

[00:00:27]AI made it enormous, but if you turned off every AI system tomorrow, platforms would still own your identity, advertisers would still profit from your behavior, your creative work, your medical history, your location, all of it, it still is someone else's inventory. What actually is missing here is a layer underneath all of this that verifies the data is real, proves where it came from, and assigns ownership, and builds consent into the system by default. When that layer exists, something interesting also happens. AI gets more accurate because the foundation it's trained on is trustworthy. Value starts flowing back to the people who created it, which doesn't happen now. And the protesters aren't wrong to be angry, but I mean, do you notice that they're fighting the symptom and not the actual sickness?
