Uh had a great week so far in sales except today we're getting shut out on the main account. So, I don't know. Guess what? I'm just going to keep rolling and cruising. Hopefully you guys are doing a little bit better today than we are with your sales. Uh Archie, he turned me on to something that I thought was kind of just like, "All right, whatever." You know, fine. I'll look at the video. But, uh, we fired it up last night and we were like, "This is just wild." So, look, I'm not in the LEGO, uh, scene. Uh, I mean, we'll get Lego once in a while and we'll sell it. But other than that, we're just, you know, just an interesting thing. Now, for those of you guys who don't know what the hell I'm talking about, there's a there's a situation going on. Uh it's been going on where uh a company called Brick and Minifigs uh think they're based out of like Utah or something, but they're on the West Coast or maybe they're nationwide, but they uh apparently took consignment of like allegedly uh according to the story, they took uh $200,000 worth of vintage Star Wars Lego and they uh did not follow through on their end of the deal and left the people, original people that brought it in there high and dry. And they uh were sort of like in despair as to what to do because they were pretty much told to go pound sand. And they recruited some guy named uh Reckless Ben uh to go in and help them bring awareness to this. And boy, did he.

[00:02:21]I don't know if you've seen this guy, but that's it right there. That's uh Reckless Ben. And apparently there's more videos to come, but this one right here on the right, I tracked down the thief who stole 200 million of Lego. And that thing is just it's the nuttiest uh almost I would say juvenile um way of maybe trying to help these people. And apparently there's a part two and three. And I listened to the live stream. There's a live stream last night where the uh BAM, they call them bricks and minifig or what Archie will call them brick and mortar because he just keeps forgetting it's mini fig and not mortar will uh just it's like it's like they don't even acknowledge really the existence of these uh pieces where it's obvious along the way that it's like documented that you know they know about it. So I don't know if you guys know about it at all. I just thought I'd start the conversation. This isn't That's kind of why I altered the title a little bit because I wanted to talk about it uh for those of you guys who did see what's going on um with this.

[00:03:23]It's just the wildest damn thing I think I've ever seen on YouTube to be honest with you. And uh what did you think?

[00:03:32]>> Why not? I didn't get a cease and desist letter. As soon as I do, I'll stop talking about it. But, uh, I mean, this is America last time I checked and I I'm commenting on a video that I did see.

[00:03:43]So, um, I'm not saying anything defamatory or or unfactual or non-factual, whatever. But, uh, I think if you've watched this, I I will give a opinion before I kind of go on to something else and we can kind of come back to it if you guys want to talk about it. But for a company to allow their PR to get this far out of control, it's like we're talking maybe you could settle for the PE with the people for like 50 grand, maybe a hundred, but it's worth it to not have this kind of bad publicity. I think it's just bad business all the way around. So, I don't know. Just wanted to uh we do a lot of like technical stuff on here. you know, we talk about how to crack the algorithm and how to do all these uh crazy things.

[00:04:31]And I think sometimes, you know, just stepping away uh dealing with drama that isn't related to my channel is really a uh breath of fresh air. So, want to know what you guys think as well. Also, wanted to dive in here in a second to uh uh go over the update. I did it this morning, but again, for those of you who weren't here this morning, I guess you can go back and watch the video, but we're here. We're here to talk about it.

[00:04:57]Different players are in the chat and uh let's do a brief brief recap of some of the changes coming with eBay's update that's effective the 26th of June. And I want your reactions to that. [00:05:22]It's really starting to ramp up here in New York and it's starting to kind of tail off here in Las Vegas. It's uh the weather is coming and uh kind of doing a backpedal. People don't want to get out in the heat and the wind. We're getting a little bit more wind right now. So >> wind. I'm over it. Over the wind. The wind can go elsewhere. I'm done with it.

[00:06:07]>> It's But the thing is, it's okay. Um, the Profit Playbook podcast stopped because um, it was one guy left and one guy I the way I look at it is uh, if you want to see me in front of the camera, you know where to go. It's flipping ain't easy.

[00:06:27]That's where I'm at. um the the dynamics of PPP was you to have three or four uh different resellers with different perspectives that can bring you a unique view, their own view on a situation or you know whatever. And I think that's what really worked for that channel. So, uh after it was like brought to me like, hey, we just don't want to do this right now. Let's put it on hold some unknown reason. I just said, you know, uh I I would just let's say forget it. let's just move on if it's that big of a deal.

[00:06:58]So, I did make the final decision to uh no longer do the show, but it would have been just me doing the show. So, uh uh I even reached out to some some friends to see, hey, you know, but they they got other obligations and stuff. So, it's like right now it's still PPP uh as it exists, but I I just don't see it ever coming back in its old form. Uh so, he's partially right, I guess. Um, Viv says, "Good evening from a very warm south of France. eBay sales from my UK store have been consistent." So, despite the terrible state of the world right now, all is treb.

[00:07:36]So, uh, there we go. Now, st consistent sales. What more can we ask for? Uh, I can tell you that despite the slow growth, and which is part of our plan, and we're making the plan happen, we're at uh getting closer to 400 listings in the store, which is really awesome. If we can get there, and we will. Um, sales have been solid. So, yesterday we had 469 in sales. The day before that, 578.

[00:08:02]And this is in the main account, but nothing today. Now, today isn't over, but I'd like to see a little bit here.

[00:08:09]um you know for today if uh you know we're going to have a good day and it you know we might get some sales later on tonight that could salvage salvage it a little bit. Uh up 9% over the last 31 days and you know I was looking at it last 90 days on this account is 31,000.

[00:08:27]I don't know if you knew this 31,000 in sales last 90 days right and 14 almost 15,000 on the other stores. So that's 45,000 last 90 days. That translates to about 15 grand a month between two two stores. Now do the math.

[00:08:45]About 47% margin. Um we're getting close to where I really envisioned like one of the goals that I set for the store um quite some time ago and uh I'm pretty pretty excited about it despite what's going on today. I mean, their little lottery, they went and filled out all the paperwork, got totally legit. All of everything they do is legal. So the way they go about it now that might be a little different.

[00:22:01]>> Shouldn't you be referencing in dollars listed?" Um, I list anywhere between It's a good point, but I know that the the lingo in the re uh the selling world is like what's $750 mean? Uh, to some people that could mean that we're talking what? I listed 200 items today and for others it could mean that like, wow, I only list you only listed like the equivalent of my two items because their ASP is so high.

[00:22:30]Um, so I don't know what that means to people. So I'll say, you know, I have a store count. Now, I really rarely tell you like, oh, I listed 10 items today.

[00:22:40]Um, because that's kind of where that is. If I'm doing $750 to $1,000 in sales, um, that's kind of uh, where I am every day uh, when I'm adding value to my store. So, it's it's looking at a store count uh, because we get our store subscriptions based on a store count.

[00:22:59]and uh sort of like a milestone, I guess. Um someone can have $100,000.

[00:23:05]>> How much do you have on your main store?

[00:23:07]>> Uh $364 now, I think. So, we're getting there to 400. Yeah.

[00:23:12]>> Um >> I feel like it's been so slow even though a lot of days we do hit our quota with both stores but not just on the one store, the main store like we have been doing. So therefore, you've been able to get more items up if that makes any sense.

[00:23:36]>> Yeah. Um, so yeah, it's I'm not going to ignore the numbers. Uh, but I just think sometimes we get so fixated uh over the years on uh how much did you list today? And it's like you don't get paid in the eBay doesn't give you a bonus of listings uh if you hit a certain goal on on you know how much you you've made that day. Uh you only get paid uh and that's kind of why the money is important. Uh Ben Davis says you should recruit some new people and keep PPP going.

[00:24:11]>> I've been I've been told, hey, you should, you know, reach out to this person, reach out to that person. And yeah, maybe. But the thing is when I tell you guys when I told you guys this before, I truly meant it. You know, even on PPP, we say, "No, this is four friends getting together just talking, reselling it with each other, and the conversation getting disconnected." Huh?

Liz Morton uh put out an article on this uh yesterday and uh here it is. eBay user agreement update June 2026 eBay live US managed shipping and arbitration policies. So um here's the article. eBay has released an update to the user agreement adding new sections for eBay live and managed shipping for the US as well as changes to arbitration policies. And I keep saying June 26th. It's actually June June 28th. So, effective June 28th, the following summary of changes was provided as an in an announcement in the eBay community forum. Uh, this is per eBay. We've updated eBay's user agreement, including the agreement to arbitrate any disputes you may have with us. Our updated user agreement was posted on May 26th for users who agreed to a prior version of our user agreement, blah blah blah. Nothing clear as to what the heck they're doing in these announcements. Um, now there's a new added segment to this updated agreement uh covering eBay live.

[00:27:01]So, eBay has uh added a new dedicated section to the user agreement for live stream shopping and I'm sure that means nothing to most of us here. Most of us do not use eBay Live.

[00:27:14]>> Um, >> we're not good like that.

[00:27:16]>> We'll skip over that a little bit. Um, shipping. This is the one that may uh bring some drama and contention here.

[00:27:23]Shipping. eBay has also added a new section on shipping. And since user agreement is for the main usbay.com site, it likely means that some type of managed shipping will be coming to the US soon. Remember that managed shipping.

[00:27:38]Um, now according to eBay, >> eBay may add certain delivery options to your listing to help improve both the seller and the buyer experience for selecting a delivery label. For listings that are eligible, you may see a simplified listing flow where eBay will require you to uh a list with eBay shipping as a delivery method. No more pirate ship. For those of you who love to use the third-party shipping sites to get those cashback rewards, um, well, that might present a problem. And number two, ship your item using the shipping label that eBay provides you. eBay will it's anybody who sells on Poshmark knows how this is. You make a sale and you go to the link where Poshmark has a label waiting for you. There's no more Yes, you still have to put the the weight dimensions in the package so eBay knows what the hell you're shipping, but they go in and run that label for you and then they charge you behind the scenes.

[00:28:33]So in such instances, your buyer may be able to choose whether to have a standard express delivery service or whether to collect at one of the carriers locations. Um once your item is sold, the delivery costs paid by your buyer at checkout will be paid to eBay.

[00:28:49]So let's say you have a $50 item plus $10 shipping, right? So the buyer is paying 60 plus tax. Well, guess what?

[00:28:58]you're going to see $50 and eBay is going to keep that 10. Now, >> oh no, >> now here's the thing. What sucks about that is let's say my calculated shipping policy had a $2 handling fee. Yeah.

[00:29:12]>> Uh eBay's according and I checked this with AI. Uh eBay is >> going to keep that. And uh what if >> some BS >> what if you're used to keeping the not passing on the the shipping discount that eBay gives you and you're charging the the buyer the higher end of the shipping because you're like I'm going to keep that three bucks extra and you know put it towards fees and supplies.

[00:29:39]Well, you ain't seeing it. So, uh eBay is going to collect that, too. Even if the label is $7 and you collected collected 10, well, eBay's taking the whole 10 and that sucks. You agree that no further delivery costs are owed to you by your buyer for the shipping label provided to you. So, if you are that same $60 item, you just are like, I'm doing free shipping on this uh that label um that that $7 label, they'll just deduct whatever the label cost is from the 60 and you get the difference after eBay fees. Um, now I think that seller is probably in a better position except >> um you can't The bad thing about offering free shipping is if there's a remorse return, you can't say, "Well, I'm out $7 for the original shipping label. Uh, let me deduct that." Because there is no established amount uh that eBay can show the buyer. It's all packaged in with the shipping with the item. So, you're on the hook to give that back as well. So, that's the bad thing about doing free shipping. Uh, as a buyer, you agree to that any delivery cost you pay at checkout for the shipping label will be owed to eBay. By listing with eBay shipping services, you're acknowledging that you have read and agreed to the eBay shipping terms and conditions and that they will apply to you as a seller and all of your eligible new and existing listings.

[00:32:57]These terms include, amongst other important provisions, that an acknowledgement that you agree and are responsible for ensuring that your listings, this is all legal ease, who cares? Basically, it's saying the same thing that the user >> isn't referring to um the buyers as your buyers, not eBay's buyers, your buyers.

[00:33:18]So, you should have the choice to do what you feel is the best decision when it comes to shipping. But I think this this update is a big FU middle finger to us sellers telling us you think these are your buyers. Well, guess what? Um >> yeah, but on the same in the same breath they're saying they're calling them your sellers or your buyers. Well, um, but are they because if they can continue to to leverage this much control over things on like where you're going to be able to buy the the label from instead of buying it on pirate, what does it matter?

[00:33:56]>> Well, what what does it matter if you buy it on pirate ship or if you buy it on eBay? You provide the tracking number. That's all eBay needs. I can tell you the answer. The answer is eBay doesn't make anything on that shipping label if you buy it from Pirate Ship.

[00:34:10]And again, eBay is more about instead of looking at ways to create value for the seller, they're looking for ways to create revenue from the seller. And promoted listings isn't the only way they do that. Uh here's another example of how they do that uh with this. So, um now what I've done is because look, we can read these articles. Liz has done a great job of doing that. But I think sometimes when especially when we mix in like a lot of the legal ease and stuff that um eBay has. Um let me see if I can get the right >> Okay. I got >> Okay. Do what you got to do. So I want to show you what Al is. Al is my um advisor of sorts. Uh let's see here. Here's a net effect for serious sellers. I'll I'll give that to you guys. I'll break it down uh so that we can talk about these things because there's another few things that are that are included here. Let's talk about um legal and uh dispute. So, that's this nobody's going to be suing eBay. I mean, for the longest time, people talk about, well, you know what? I'm going to sue eBay. Well, no, you're you're really not. Uh and you know, here's the thing.

[00:35:24]This talks about it. You have to go through binding arbitration. You can't do class action lawsuits. Um, basically you have you're you're stuck in a binding arbitration situation if you decide to go that route. So, let's skip down to the next one. AI bots and automation. Now, eBay did put an update out early in the year about this, but they kind of go a little bit further.

[00:35:45]eBay explicitly bans buy forme agents uh LLM driven bots. So that's your um you know choose your favorite AI u model you know uh chat a chatbot or any end toend flow that attempts to place orders without human review. So if it does not involve a human like a bot of any kind then it's not something that eBay will allow as part of its anti-automation rule. Now they fold to fold that into the existing prohibition on robots, scrapers, and other automated access unless you have their express permission. Express permission means API. You have to have eBay's API access to utilize these things, which means that they're giving you that permission to do it. Uh impact any tool that logs into your account and acts on your behalf. Placing orders. So, as a buyer, placing orders, changing listings, scraping data, meaning like a copy paste off of um you know, a listing, answering messages without you reviewing is now clearly a violation unless it's an official or explicitly approved integration. Again, API approved access.

[00:36:59]Um, yes, I would be lost without AI. I'll just say that. uh responsibility for AI generated listing content. The updated UA uh user agreement states that you're responsible for the accuracy. This is important, guys. I'll let her get settled in here. Um this is the this has always been the concern about AI and um AI is so relatively new. It's still full of errors and mistakes. Now, we've gotten past like when photos are, you know, AI is making photos, there's like eight fingers on someone's hand. AI has gotten better in that that aspect. But as far as hallucinations, AI is still putting out >> it's still putting out bad information um out there and it's like it does a good job, let's say 98% of the time, but that 2% of listings is like inaccurate, right? So, that doesn't seem like a lot.

[00:37:58]If you're listing a hundred items, yeah, okay, you can deal with having two that are a problem. But if you're listing thousands now, you're dealing with a lot more than just a couple listings that could cause you an inad. And uh I don't care what tool, like if you're using Treecat to list a lot of listings, do check uh the data. Uh just, you know, it's no different than hiring someone.

[00:38:18]You're not going to take their word that they're doing great work. You're going to review their work and you got to treat AI in the same way. So, um the accuracy in the content of your listings um is now your responsibility, including anything created with translation tools, image editing, or generative AI, whether from eBay or third parties. So, uh it doesn't matter if you're generating the listing without AI, you still are respond. That's old. We already know that. But you can't just say it's not my fault. Uh AI did it. It's your fault because you're the owner of that account. Um, >> did you see where their sources are coming from?

[00:38:54]>> Yeah, a lot of them from value added resource. But what's happening here is AI the uh or Al is going in and checking different sites to find the information that I'm asking for. And uh it's pointing a lot to the article that we were just reading, but it's breaking it down a little bit more condensed.

[00:39:12]Uh here's the big one. Shipping labels and manage shipping. Here's manage shipping again. eBay adds a new shipping section indicating that for eligible listings you may see a simplified simplified I can't speak English simplified flow where they require you to list with eBay shipping >> and uh ship using shipping label eBay provides in that mode the delivery costs paid by the buyer at checkout are paid to eBay for the shipping label provided to you if you offer free shipping eBay will deduct the delivery costs uh from your account and you agree no extra delivery money is owed to you for that label. So if and this is this is where the handling thing comes in. If I have an $8 label, but like we have right now we have I think $2 handling charge thrown on the back of the discounted eBay label, right? And that's to cover eBay fees and the supplies. I mean, I just had to dump $200 worth of supplies today uh to have shipped to us. So, we are paying actively paying for these supplies. Um, so the idea behind that is we're kind of recouping a little bit of that through every sale. Um, if that $10 normally goes to my account and then I buy the label for eight, I can pocket that difference. Now, you charge the buyer 10. They're collecting 10 even though the label's eight. So, there's no need to even have a handling charge, right? um for listing pulled into this new eBay shipping program. You're no longer pocketing the shipping line.

[00:40:49]Calculated shipping handling baked into it. That money goes to eBay for their label. Any shipping margin you use to make by buyer buying cheaper labels is effectively gone in those listings. And eBay also reserves the right to decide which items are eligible and can change that without notice. So they can expand this overtime by seller type, category, and price band. This part is important because 28th of June, we're not all going to just open up our eBay and say, "Oh, um, this is in effect for every one of us."

[00:41:23]Um, they are going to decide this based on if you are a new seller, maybe you have some account metrics issues. So, this is the part where it's actually good news for good sellers, but we're just going to have to play it by ear.

[00:41:38]The fact that they now have the legal ease in their user agreement means they could do whatever the hell they want. I mean, we could turn on eBay one day and all of us have this. So, I know Justin Resales came out with a video today about it saying like this is yeah, not not don't get freaked out about it. And I agree, don't get freaked out about it, but you got to know that you know you're playing Uno and you got to know if they have the reverse card that they could use it, right? So, um, don't get surprised.

[00:42:08]>> Absolute horseshit in my opinion.

[00:42:11]>> Um, back to the other couple things here. Returns and label costs. The update clarifies that for returns, especially when eBay provided the label, they can auto approve returns under default rules, particularly for new sellers, and provide the return label themselves and charge you for both return shipping costs and, in some cases, the outbound shipping costs that the buyer originally paid. uh these amount and it's kind of like what happens right now, right? But you know, if you have an INAD, you can't keep the outbound shipping. But on a remorse return, you have the option to keep that.

[00:42:47]>> Um I don't know, it doesn't distinguish that here. Uh but according to developer eBay site, um they can charge you for both the return shipping costs and in some case the outbound shipping costs for that buyer that they originally paid. These amounts can be directly deducted from your eBay payments balance or future payouts. So, the impact more returns will run on autopilot and the costs uh labels and sometimes outbound shipping will be pulled from you without much debate. Meaning that you're going to see an auto acceptance on these returns instead of having to go through and and approve them. Every inad or sloppy listing description becomes more expensive because it pushes straight into this autoreund auto label pipeline.

[00:43:31]Um, here's performance standards and off-platform deals. Uh, eBay reinforces that they can either limit, suspend, or downgrade your account. They can demote your listings. Some people already feel like that's happening. Remove discounts and special statuses if you fail to meet performance standards or violate policies. For off-site deals, taking buyers off eBay, they reserve the right to charge you a final value fee on the item. So, if someone hits you up and let's say you have a hundred of these items and they're like, um, yeah, want to, you know, see if you could work me a deal on 10 of these. You can't like hit them up and say, well, you know, here's my phone number. I can sell you all of them, you know, offline. The eBay will hit you on on final value fees for everything. So, on that listing, so, uh, don't do it. Um, net effect put bluntly this update narrows your legal options which we don't care about. I mean, look, I wasn't planning on suing eBay anytime soon. Kills or risks unapproved automation. So, if you're trying to use a bot, if you continue to use a bot, I hear stories about people who use bots and AI. Um, it's going to put your account at more risk. They talked about it before. They're talking about it again. At some point, you're going to see action on it. I wouldn't chance it.

[00:44:52]>> If you have like if you are creating your own AI tool to go in without eBay's approval. Okay. It has nothing to do with these third party AI listers or um >> uh crosslisting programs like uh Treecat.

If you are relying on AI to create a listing uh you could end up with more inads. uh sets up manage shipping where eBay takes the buyer shipping payment and label spread on eligible listings shrinking your shipping margin so you're going to be able to make less money on your shipping labels now and automates more returns and refunds and gives eBay clearer power to pull labels and outbound shipping cost from your payouts and again it's not necessarily earmarked for everyone it says that they reserve the right to decide what categories what seller performance dictates this happening to you for the shipping part. The the AI bot part is for everyone.

See, they they take the shipping, right? So, the the the labels paid for, right? But the buyer, when they return it, they need to be made whole in eBay's eyes.

[01:07:37]It's the same thing way as it works right now. If you get an INAD and you pay for that label, okay, that money's gone. Okay, that that's used for the label. No one's getting that back. But you still have to make that buyer whole and give them everything that they paid, including the price of that label, >> even right now.

[01:07:55]>> But the way they're implementing it is kind of wonky because uh you're kind of getting double dipped on that handling fee.

So, if you are selling on Amazon through FBA currently, let's say all your merchandise is in Amazon, but you right now, I don't know if you guys knew this, if it's called multi- channelannel fulfillment, where you can have those same items that e eBay uh Amazon has in their warehouse, you can actually somewhat kind of drop ship in that you can list those same items on eBay and they sell on eBay, then um Amazon will fulfill that order for you. I don't know if you guys knew that or not.

[01:08:53]But now with Treecat, it's the only program that is out there that does this. You can say, "I'm going to list that item that I have on FBA in Merkari." And I think there's uh it's not on Poshmark, but Merkari for sure.

So, at least right now for Merkari, Merkari and eBay, if you make it, you can make those listings on those platforms. that if you make a sale, then through the TreeCAT API access, it's sending Amazon that information for your buyer and they will fulfill the order and then the tracking information is going to be sent back through the listing. It's quite cool how they have it set up. So, uh they're the only ones that could do that. So, if you're an Amazon FBA seller, then you can currently go to Treecat and get that done.

Um that uh was talking about the reason why I do my business the way I do. Uh and I think it's a very good point. So, let's if you can hear it, let's play it.

Uh this money is just sitting there not any not earning any interest. It's not getting out to a end consumer buyer. is just wasting a lot of time there sitting on shelves.

[01:15:07]And I just looking at the look on Marcus' face, he's kind of frustrated because if this was his business, you know, there's a lot of dead money here.

[01:15:14]And if you're financially struggling as an entrepreneur, well, it's because your inability to organize your business.

Well, if that doesn't speak truth, >> so that is why I don't like to just list willy-nilly um you know, and just have things waiting, that's already kind of part of my model. But the higher I can bring up my my uh sellrough rate, the less of that, the more return I can get.

[01:15:44]And so my focus is on if I can get a a decent offer on something, I'll I'll take it, I'll turn it, I'll reinvest a good chunk of that money back into the the business. And it allows us to grow smartly uh and slowly. You guys see me grow slowly. I'm not trying to put up a 20,000 item store. Trying to put up something that uh allows me to uh have more inventory, which means um in theory I'll make a little bit more uh with a larger store, give more options out there to to make sales and to recoup my items. Being really aggressive with >> we want our sale our our items to sell very quickly. We don't want them sitting on shelves for months and years.

[01:16:26]>> Uh Wesley mode says, "I got to push back a little here. If you're creating your own AI tool but staying within terms of service, you'll be fine. Watch." Um >> I'm not going to be the guy to find out.

[01:16:37]Um because they don't want you doing it at all. I mean, they don't even want people buying that way. So, let's let's take off our seller hat here. They don't want people using bots saying like if I use Perplexity AI because right now I can go into Perplexity and say, "I want you to create a process that goes in every morning at 8 a.m. uh when I press a button or whenever I you know I tell you to and go through and look for this thing um every day and then give me a list of item numbers or whatever that meet my criteria and here are my criteria." So, you give it all the information and it does that every day because maybe you're sourcing on eBay.

[01:17:15]Uh, as a buyer, it doesn't even want you to do that. So, if you're using the same technology to try to do stuff for you as a seller, uh, it's equally bad in the in the al in the algorithm's eyes or whatever.

[01:17:30]>> I'm not I'm not going to I'm not going to risk my account health for that. But I I'm here to hear stories. So, if anybody has some stories, uh, you know, in six months, if you're still doing it, then I'm rooting for you. But, um, I'm not going to find out. That's one that's one experiment I'm not going to mess with. Keith says, "Some rumors suggest eBay might do away with giving you shipping options, and eBay will pick the shipping automatically and just send you a label like Dep Depot invented you."

[01:18:22]Well, um, the verbiage was like, um, as long as you're using eBay labels, we'll we'll make you whole kind of thing. So, this only adds kind of more validity to that whole thing. I really think they're really pushing uh people to the point where it's not even going to be an option anymore. It just the way it is and they're making their money instead of I don't know what 60 70% of uh sellers use eBay labels and now they're going to make it 100%. So, now they get all the money. I don't know.

[01:18:52]Um, >> and if you do have one of those, uh, if you have created one of those, um, AI tools, just make sure you have an API with eBay.

[01:19:06]>> And, uh, I think you can you can you can apply for it. I don't know what that entails, but it's certainly possible.

I don't care what tool you use, whether it's Treecat or not. Crosslist to other platforms and uh make more money that way. And keep selling on eBay. I'm not saying leave eBay. A lot of people, you know, they say that's it. I'm done with eBay. And my thought is, okay, well, what what's your alternative now? Are you going to still resell? Are you going to go to a 9 to-5? And if you are going to resell, what site is going to replace the amount of traffic that we get on our listings with eBay?

So, how do you report it for them but not the folks that charge shipping separately? So, I understand it's more logistics. I think that um you can't really do it cleanly. So, now let's say it's 100% of us are paying eBay labels in this this managed shipping program. then I don't want them reporting that shipping on my income.

Now, maybe in a year, uh, they can tout a errorfree AI, but I mean, I don't even know if that's soon enough. Maybe it's five years from now. But, um, you still have to, it's like that employee that you just hired.

[01:24:37]They may have, you know, they may have a lot of it down, but you still need to check their work because they could be still making errors. So, AI is that relatively new employee and they're still making errors. Henry squash says, "How do how much does GameStop need to acquire for a hostile takeover?"

We know what they're up to.

I had to to get those and without it, I wouldn't have been able to crack it open. So, how difficult is it to get the parts out? Um I mean, Vitamix is a big brand. There's people who would rather fix their their machine than to pay for what do those things run like three or 400 bucks. They'd rather do that than spend that much money. So, uh I think it's worth it. Now, if we're talking like a curig, probably not. No, I would say no to a curig because it's just so hard to sell those parts and you don't get a whole lot for them. If you want to make this gig work, you really have to get a warehouse cuz you're not going to have enough room for all this stuff to make it uh replace a 9 to5 just a nineto-ive job, let alone get rich off of it.
