[00:07:07]All right, guys. So, all in all, guys, I want to start off with my daily time frame. I want you guys to understand every time I trade, I start off with my daily time frame. It's very, very, very important. Now, again, we have a beautiful bullish engulfing daily time frame. Bullish, we have a beautiful bullish engulfing candlestick on a daily time frame, but so do we here. So do we here, and so did we here. So basically what I'm going to be looking for is a bullish engulfing daily and then also a bullish engulfing 4hour and maybe even a weekly bullish engulfing. So since that didn't that didn't give me that any of that closure above any of these wicks or these candlesticks. I knew this could be a also it could also be a fluke. So you can see here how this new daily candlestick open it pushed to the upside. Anytime we leave a top wick first before leaving a bottom wick meaning retesting first usually means we're going to go back and probably sell off. Right. So now let's go down to the 4hour time frame. So overall, daily already showed me that we didn't break the level of supply that I needed for it to continue to push to the upside direction. So already in my head, I know I'm in a consolidation zone and we didn't really break the supply. So I'm looking I'm looking for shorts.

[00:08:00]Honestly, this previous 4 hour did not close all the way out. We closed bearish engulfing, showing us that we sellers are potentially going to be in, but then this 4 hour where we're actually trading at was overall bullish. And I'm like, I don't believe it. Always follow what the previous daily structure is showing you and then what that previous 4 hour said as well. Right? So you can also see how we tried to push to the upside direction and it couldn't. Now let's jump down to the smaller time frames to look at why I wanted to take my short. Now all in all guys, we are rejecting this range here.

[00:08:27]This previous 1 hour at 10 a.m. did sit out and then this next 1 hour did what?

[00:08:31]Did a next 30 minute did a bearish engulfing candlestick showing us that sellers are presenting themselves and we also closed on the previous day close which if we sit under previous day close and we got sellers coming in, I'm going to sell the market and that's exactly what I did guys. Jumped out to the smaller time frames, the fiveminut time frame. why I jumped in my position, guys. Jumped in a little early, but it it is what it is. Stops were covering everything. We had a 40 point stop loss, and we are still currently floating 89 and 71 points on both positions, guys.

[00:08:55]That's exactly why I took my play.

[00:08:57]Literally, we're sitting at the level of supply. Um, sellers presented themselves. The higher time frame didn't close exactly how we needed for us to continue to push. So, what we did, we executed, we sold, and we made some money. There's nothing else to it, bro.

[00:09:07]Weing demolished the market, guys. We ended up taking 89 points on one position and 71 points on the other position and we are 100% out. Here goes my P&L for the day. I went a little bit lighter because again you heard me speaking in the beginning. I wasn't too fond of the bullish structure but we were sitting at a top of the supply and I had to take the short guys. It was mandatory for me guys. If if it presented itself and sellers came in, I was taking it 100%. But as long as you understand your risk and understand, hey, this isn't a a probability. I'm going to lower my risk and it's okay.

[00:09:34]Today we made a couple grand and that's just what it is. Now I wanted to make more. I would love to make 10 $20,000 a day, but every position doesn't play out like that. And that's just where it is, guys. All right, amazing training day.
