Jennings effectively captures the tactical paralysis of the modern Chelsea era through his signature blend of raw emotion and blunt critique. While his delivery is provocative, he accurately highlights how managerial failure can nullify even the most obvious competitive advantages.

I hate Liam Rsini as Chelsea manager. I cannot believe quite how bad that was.
That was everything that it shouldn't be. Chelsea are playing Manchester United. Manchester United are arriving at Stanford Bridge. The institution of Manchester United. That should inspire Chelsea to be our best. And over the years, it always did. Whether it was Gavin Peacock banging in a winner or Zendon scoring an equalizer or whatever else, we would always turn up to play against Manchester United. date, second best, abject, woeful, lacking in passion. And that is all because we have a manager who is totally and utterly out of his depth. He is the least talented person I have ever seen at Chelsea in any capacity. I genuinely mean that. I'm not saying he's the I'm not saying he's the least talented manager. I'm saying he's the least talented person that has ever worked for Chelsea Football Club in any capacity. Bearing in mind I once worked in a club shop.
That is how bad it has gone. I just cannot believe that it has come to this.
I mean when he was appointed I said that we should boo the appointment and a lot of Chelsea fans got on my back. I had a big argument with Jason Kundi. I said we should boo this appointment. He doesn't deserve the job. Being the Chelsea manager needs to have some sort of meritocracy. And Kundi would argue no you back the manager. You give him an opportunity. You don't know that he's not going to be good enough. He's done well at Strasburg. I was like, "What are you talking about? Dumb Strasburg."
And now look at us. Now look at where we are. We have basically got a a a David Brent diary of a CEO LinkedIn motivational speaker.
Marginal gains nonsense.
I I I just cannot believe that he is the Chelsea manager. Like he is so thick. He is like, and I don't mean this to sound personal, but you know when you just know, you look at him the least inspiring. No aura, no class, no prestige, no foothold in the game. But who is he? The only reason I recognize him, bearing in mind, I've I've been a lover of football since I was about six.
The only reason I know Liam Rena is cuz I can remember him scoring an own goal at the shedad for Fulham. That's the only reason I know him. It's the only reason I've ever heard of the bloke. And somehow he has got one of the biggest jobs in world football.
Chelsea, look, I'm a Chelsea fan, so I'm biased on this, right? But Chelsea ranks where? in the pantheon of great football managerial roles. You go to Brazil manager, the Man United manager, AC Milan manager, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, at some point you're going to say Chelsea, how is Liam Rsia in? Even if you're not biased, one of the top 20 jobs in world football, how is Liam Rinior in that job? And now look, I know that Liam Rinia is a symptom rather than the cause of the problems at Chelsea. I know that.
But but this is crucial.
He is the only thing that can be solved today. He is the only problem that can be solved today. So yes, we need to talk about Igbali. Of course we do. And fair play to everyone that was at that protest today.
But we can't get them out the club today. We can't get the sporting directors out the club today. What we can do is get Liam Rena out of the club today in time for us to beat Leads. And that is crucial. That is crucial because as things stand, Liam Rs is going to get battered by Leads. Daniel Farer is a better manager than Liam Rsior. Leadeds are going to be up for it. They're going to be hungry. They are going to beat us.
And it would be a travesty to lose to leads at Wembley. Think about everything that happened between the two clubs.
Think of the history. Think of David Webb. Think of the final at Old Trafford. Eiaddio. We won the cup. We cannot let Lead United beat us at Wembley. And with this bozo in charge, that is going to happen. So something needs to give and something needs to give now.
It just needs to happen.
He needs to be sacked. He needs to be sacked now. Bring in somebody proven.
Bring in somebody who is brilliant.
Like I know that there are bigger problems at Chelsea. And can you imagine having a manager as rubbish as Rousinia, but him not even being the bigger problem?
But he needs to go now. like this can't go on. You look at what Manchester United did to us today. You look at the way that Manchester United did it. You look at the way that they beat us. It's because of Michael Carrick. It's because Michael Carrick got it right. Michael Carrick outought Liam Rena. That's what happened. Manchester United, they had a crisis at the back. They had one fit center half as a kid and they keep a clean sheet because Liam Rinia cannot exploit their weaknesses. They've also built a squad that allows for it. Don't get me wrong, Mazawi experienced wy got now got knowhow. You got Casemiro in front, great Marshall protecting and that is about transfer strategy. That makes sense, right? That is about transfer strategy.
But this is bad and I don't think people are realizing quite how bad this is.
Like we have lost four league games in a row without scoring a goal for the first time since 1998.
Like we haven't scored a goal in a Premier League in more than six hours.
And you think about the teams that we've played. We got battered. Like we we we we got battered at home by Newcastle recently. Do you remember Andy Gordon gets an open goal straight through the middle of our of our of our team.
Straight through the heart.
They're in crisis themselves and they come to Stanford Bridge and one. They won at Stanford Bridge for the first time in 14 years. We then went away to Everton. Everton's home form hasn't been great. We get battered up there.
absolutely battered, done by Man City. It's It's just defeat after defeat after defeat. And now Man United today, bearing in mind we're playing Leads next week in a must-win semi-final. Leads, by the way, who we're playing next week just battered the Man United team that just battered us. Do you see why I'm so worried about that semi-final? Like Manchester United were good. Carrick got it right. And another reason why it went so well for them, their world-class player, Bruno Fernandez did the business. And why did he do the business? Because he found Kuna. Why does he get the assist?
Because he finds Kuna. Kuna, it's not rocket science. He was a very good Premier League player player with a very good track record who's international.
He's an international for Brazil. You got to finish on him. We've got Liam Liam Dilap running around up front. Now, I don't want to be harsh on people, right? I don't want to be harsh on Rasinia, but we are too Liam's too many, man.
Like, like Liam Liam Dap's not a Premier League footballer. Liam Dap's almost not a footballer. I've never seen anyone so woeful. Like, if I talk about the worst center forwards I've ever seen, I've seen a lot, you know? I've seen Matai Kesman. I've seen Chris Sutton. I've seen Robert Fleck, right? I've seen Alvaro Morata. I've seen team OA. I've seen Gonzalo Higuain. I was there when Pat scored at Villa Park. But this Gizer is worse. This Gizer is worse than Vera.
This Gizer is unreal. Like he is just not a footballer. Liam Dap, you know, and then then you look at the players that we're bringing on like when they're signing Kuna, when they're signing signing in Burma, we're signing Gittens and Garnacho. And you know when we brought Garnacho on, right? I I I thought I thought okay you could hear the Man United fans loud support. United always got great support at Stanford Bridge. Always got great support everywhere. Feels like they're particularly loud at Stanford Bridge.
Remember a few years ago we played them in the cup. Pogba scored. They were doing that that Stone Roses. Marcus Rashford is make and bread. It was like in my head because I was sitting near them. It's in my head. They got great support. Today they're doing that Gonacho song and I'm thinking Gonacho is going to have a point to prove it. You know, they're singing about him. You know, the Argentine who who likes money basically.
I thought he's going to he's going to get going to score against him. You know what I mean? Do that in the way in in the way that DDA would do it. But Rafael Bonitz when he was Liverpool manager said something about Drogba. Dropper scores in front of him. Bang. Don't wind me up. Gonato is going to have a performance gets banned. You're like useless.
You like wrong and player and he horrible player. It's horrible when someone plays for your team who's so dislikable. It's useless as well. I just don't understand how we can have a situation where we're playing Man United. Like they've got one fit center half who is a kid and they keep a clean sheet. And this is going to get so much worse. If we don't sack machine, it's going to get so much worse. You know that you do realize that we are going to lose to leads and Tottenham. Like that's coming up. And when I look at our fixtures, I don't even know where another win is coming from. Like I honestly don't know where we are going to find another win. I went through our fixtures. It's just not there. It's just a horrible day.
Horrible day at the office. This about as awful as it could be on every level.
You've got playing for Chelsea. You've got Chelsea losing to Man United. You've got the Man United fans going bonkers in the away end. You got Carrick absolutely outthinking Leinia. You've got the Man United team totally out fighting the Chelsea team. And then to top it all off, you've then got Judas Mason Mount. I told you that Mason Mount should no longer be referred to as Mason Mount. He should be referred to only as Mason Escaria. Now, this is quite a divisive issue among Chelsea fans. Some said that he was forced out by the club. Some said that he wanted to stay. Some said that he was Chelsea through and through. Some said that his heart actually belonged to Chelsea. I found the the the the video of him and his father in the Manchester United dressing room incredibly distasteful. We're home mace and all that. Anyway, the arguments were there.
People would argue either way. What we now know is that Mason Mount was a complete and utter charlatan. the treachery involved. Do you remember when he did that statement? He read that statement out to Chelsea fans and he was clearly reading reading a selfie so thick he can't even remember like three lines or so disingenuous that he can't even do it from the heart. Proven absolutely proven that he had no love for Chelsea whatsoever.
To have a pop at the fans off the back of that like sickening. Absolutely sickening. And it really hurts because we loved him so much. I loved him so much. I remember being in Qatar when he won that penalty. I loved him. I just loved the bloke. Broke my heart. It's the ones that you love in it that always get you. I remember talking to my mate at Liverpool fan. Hates Torres and he he said it's cuz we loved him so much. Just gets you. But this is bad. It's so bad for us. And if we don't sack Rena, do you know what? I've just done the maths on it.
We're going to finish at best eighth. If it goes really well for us for the rest of the season, we're going to finish eighth. Manchester United, they're in the Champions League, man. They've done it. They've done it. They got what? A 10-point cushion on on the Champions League. Fair play to Carrick. They should give him a job, by the way.
That's a different conversation, but Carrick deserves a job. We're going to finish eighth if we are lucky. We have one win in eight. I mean, only Tottenham have been worse than us since midFebruary. Only Tottenham. We are 19th in the form table. And I mean, Rinia was annoyed about the question midweek about whether the players believe they could get Champions League football. He was like, why are you asking me that? It's like, do you do you not think it's a legitimate question? When you see those players playing like that, when you see those players putting in that kind of performance, do you think it's a fair question? Do they look like they want to play Champions League football? Do they look like they want to play for Chelsea Football Club? Do they look like they want to play for you, you pillock? And the answer is no to all of the above.
Like the question now is not will Chelsea get Champions League. Forget that. The question is now will Chelsea get Europe.
Like we're three points above 12th. Like we haven't been involved in a title race for a decade. Since this ownership came in, we've won no major silverware. No, none. Not major. They've been there for four years. They bought a club that were champions of Europe. Won the Club World Cup. Won the Super Cup.
won nothing since we're a club that won what 21 trophies in the previous two decades. Won nothing for four years. Like now when I'm looking at the table, you know, like it's a horrible situation to be in. But I'm not looking at Arsenal. I'm not looking at Man United. I'm not looking at even Liverpool. I'm looking at Everton. I'm looking at Brighton. I'm looking at Bournemouth. I'm not even joking. I'm thinking, can Fulham or Sunderland catch us? Because I don't think we win another game this season.
That Manchester United game tonight has shown us that Chelsea aren't going to win another game this season. It was so easy for Man United. You know, they they had the experience, the N of Casemiro, the the experience, the N of Mazawi.
We're a disjointed club. Everything is going wrong. Got the fans arguing with the players, the players arguing the board, the board arguing the fans.
It's over, man. The D just got to reclaim the club. Just get these frauds out. It's horrible. Horrible night.
Horrible, horrible night. Let me know your thoughts in the comment section below.
