$180K/mo Dropshipping Store Any Beginner Can Launch (Revealed)Added:
Hey guys, what's going on? Welcome back to another video. So, in today's video, I want to go ahead and show you guys how we're going to basically prep this drop shipping store for launch. Now, we found the store a little while ago and it's doing a lot of things unique and it's doing a lot of things new. And I think it's a really good store for beginners to launch. All right, let me walk you through why I think all of those things and I'm going to be using a dashboard that we have inside our program White Label Drop Shipping to go ahead and access all of the resources. Only mentioning it just in case you look at this and go like, "Oh, what's all this stuff?" It's This is what's inside our program, okay?
The first thing that we want to look at is how is the store performing? Now, this store is just being tracked right now, okay? And in March, it looks like it's already attracted our 30,000 people have come to this website. But, I think this is an underestimation because when we look at the Facebook ads of this company, it's around 700. That's 700 ads have been run for this particular store, okay? Some of them are active, some of them are inactive, but this is a very high volume of advertising. Another good thing that I'm seeing is one of the ads that has been on for the longest has been running since March, right? So, this we've already seen about over a month of their longest advertising running, which tells us that there is a ton of proof of concept here. Now, why is that important to understand? When a lot of people do product research, they don't actually look at how long ads have been running to the store that they've been running. So, a lot of people do product research, they may check out like how many ads they have, how many active ads they have, XYZ. But, a lot of people fail to account for how long the ads have been active. Now, why is that important? The reason that's important is if the person that you're modeling, right? Because, you know, any business you want to get into, you want to make sure that they've made money, right? Because if you launch products where you're not sure of whether or not someone else has made money with that product and you're a beginner, how are you going to be sure that you will make money, right? It's going to be a little ambitious if you to assume that you as a beginner can launch a product and that nobody else has been able to make successful, right? So, the best way to launch products is to see other people who have launched products.
And if they've been able to make it successful, then you know that someone else has done it, so you know that you have a shot of doing it. That's number That's the first thing. So, now if you know you have a shot of doing it, what you're going to want to look at is how the person made their store successful, right? What ad was this person using to be able to make the store successful, right? That's logical. So, you go down to the ad level. And when you're looking at the ad, you're going to want to see when this person's running ads, does he have to continually refresh creatives all the time because his creative strategy doesn't really work in the long term or does this dude actually have a ads that have actually been working for a while? He doesn't have to change it and what does that tell us? That tells us that this person has figured out an evergreen way, and evergreen is just another word for a long-term way to be able to attract customers, okay? So, when you have a business that has figured out a long-term way to attract customers and you can map out that strategy. For example, for us that strategy is us looking at this ad, this is clearly an AI avatar, and they're talking about dark spots coming back. Then, in that case, you need this nose strip. If you use this nose strip, the dark spots will go away, you won't need all of this. All you need is to put this and look at how clear your nose will look, okay? So, this 50-second ad is literally the blueprint of this entire business because they've been able to effectively run this 50-second ad for over 45 days, and the only reason to do that is that this ad is making them money. So, when I'm doing product research, I'm actually only looking for single product led drop shipping brands. That way I'm not confused with like when when there're multiple when there's an e-commerce store running multiple different products, it it can be kind of tough for us to understand, okay, which product out of the 50 are is actually making money. Over here, I don't have to assume because this is a single product business. I think the only thing that I mean, they have a bunch of them, but their best seller or the the one that they most advertise is their nose patches, okay? They have They have a few products and that's good to have because these are all upsells, but it's clear based on like the review volume and the fact that when I sort by best sellers, it's this one. It's clear by when I filter their ads and when I filter through their ads, I only see noses, right? What does that tell me?
That tells me that most of their traffic is going to this. So, now that I figured out that this store is running one product only and I figured out that one of their ads has been running for 45 days, it's 1 + 1.
If I can model this ad and I can model this page, I can at least hit a certain amount of revenue in the business. Does that make sense to everyone? If I can model If I can model this ad that has been running since March 13th and I can send the traffic to this page that has been consistent for some time now, I have a shot at making a certain amount of revenue. And that is literally how I've been able to help so many beginners start their e-commerce business because we're not looking for the pump and dump drop shipping style of of of of doing launches. So, I was talking to somebody inside of the community who was also enrolled in another program and they were telling me about how they were taught to do drop shipping ads. And when we deconstructed it, it really ended up sounding really not sustainable. So, essentially, and again, you guys can let me know in the comments whether or not this is correct, but this is what I've This is what I've been learning about like what's being taught in drop shipping communities and the fact that I've tried it and the fact that it is a very, very difficult thing to get off the ground unless you don't have like at least, I'd say, 10 to 20K in the bank, right? So, what they taught what they what they're teaching people is 10 test 10 products at a time. Each product gets a generic or landing page. You basically rip ads. So, what they tell you is go find the best performing ad, download it and run it as your own, which is unethical and it's going to get you banned. It's going to get you in trouble definitely, right? And, you know, just talk about how would you feel if somebody just took your work and ran it as their own, right?
And so, you take 10 ads and you test the exact same ad on a generic landing page for 10 products and if they don't get you sales in the first 4 hours, literally the first 4 hours of the day, you cut the ad. So, you spend all of this time and effort and energy with 10 different products and 10 different pages and 10 different ads that you've stolen to run it for 4 hours, which is nearly not enough time on a brand new pixel, and then you make a decision.
And I know for some of you beginners, I explained something that may even seem completely ancient to you, but that's what people are out there trying to do. And then they then they come back and say, you know, why didn't this work? It's because, unfortunately, the strategy that you were being told to has no shot of working. Now, so I don't want to go into this in depth on this video because it'll take a longer time. What I'm going to do is in the link in the description below, we do a weekly live class. It's going to be me on it. Go ahead, click that link, select a time that works for you, and then we'll go ahead and meet on that class. All right, cool. So, now let's get into why this product works so well.
So, number one, it is it isn't a normal nose patch, okay? It has something called hydrocolloid.
I should be saying that properly, but it's called It has hydrocolloid that absorbs oil and impur- impurities overnight and visibly unclogs pores, okay? So, we've obviously seen nose patches being a very very product that's come and gone for a long time, but it's the same form factor that people are very comfortable with, but it has a new ingredient and it solves a different problem. So, if you look at the ad, okay, in place, this is what they're saying, right?
Basically, the pitch is, if your dark nose dots keep coming back, they're not blackheads. So, essentially, a lot of nose strips solve for the blackhead problem. This one doesn't. It's It goes to explain a different issue.
So, if you have these dark spots, this one, these dots, no matter how much how many blackheads you squeeze, it'll continue to come back. And that's because you have been solving for a different problem. You try to rip them out, your nose gets more oily, and the blackheads come back. And this is This is called a sebaceous filament. And so, they explain a new problem that you have, right?
And this is why that problem exists. You can't cure them, but you can control them. Here's what actually works. It's this new nose patch. They absorb the excess oil from inside while you sleep.
So, it's not just a blackhead remover.
When you put this thing on, it will absorb the oil and that's why the patch will end up looking like this with oil spots when you go to sleep with them.
And then when you wake up, what ends up happening is you have a very nice clear-looking nose for days, not hours, right? And so that's the result, right? Look at the result. The result is these are the blackheads that you have and now you have a much clearer nose, okay?
And so the ad goes into explaining this is why this ad is evergreen, which is again another word for long term. It identifies an issue that you didn't know existed. It talks about products that you're using to solve the problem that you can't solve because the products that you have weren't made for this.
Then it introduces our product and then it introduces the fact that it our product actually solves for the problem that we told you in the first place and you can buy it, okay? Now when you get here on the website, it's designed with a very premium look and feel, a very premium aesthetic over here, right? Um again, introduces the new solution.
Now the one-time purchase is is this much, but if you subscribe and save, you can get it for a lot cheaper, right?
These are the key ingredients. Um proven results. How does it differ from traditional strips, right? Uh they traditional strips are just using strong adhesive, right? Hydrocolloid project our patches work because they absorb.
They draw out the blockage with inside the pore over 6 to 8 hours without harming your skin. This is a gentle gentler method backed by decades of medical research. That's how you know the problem is different. Nice influencer videos um and great Trustpilot reviews. Now the pitch is simple. The ad does the heavy lifting.
The page establishes it as a quality product. Now this is very different from the other funnels that we've seen on the channel where there's much more sections, much more in-depth explanations, much more X Y and Z. Now they've been able to scale to easy six figures a month because they I think invest more time on the education in the ad and over here on the on the order page, it's more like posturing. On the order page, it's more posturing and just making sure that people understand um that it's it's a clean purchase. Another thing is that the one-time purchase is significantly lower. It's a $20 purchase, but if you look at the suppliers for this, right? The suppliers only cost $2. Okay, it's only $2. So we have a lot of margin built into this product, okay?
Um then if you actually subscribe and save, you actually get for 16. So trying to get a $16 sale to solve this is an easy no-brainer and this is one of those where you do need um that subscription coming in every single month, right? So it's a pack of eight.
You get one every month. I think a lot of people are going with this. Now you know, if I were them, I would have this auto-selected. I don't know why they don't have that put in, but I would have them auto-selected. Um and so getting a $16 sale on Facebook using an ad that explains the product so well to a page that shows the problem off so so so well is I mean, that's the system. You what you're really modeling when you're creating is is the system, right? So now let's get to like the actual implementation. Now so what we do inside our program is we allow our students to number one, obviously go through all of the research we've done and this is just a snapshot. When you go in here, there's a much more detailed document a blueprint like a business plan going through a lot more of the sourcing, the ad strategy, all that good stuff. We provide this just in case you have somebody that's financing you, a business partner, a family member so that you can explain to them what business you're in.
And then what we do is we replicate the website very very closely, okay? So as you can see, each of these images that we've put in here is a is a model of what already exists over here.
Now the reason that we do this is because we want to make sure that we model the website as closely as we can, right? So this is theirs, this is ours. It's a very very close match between both of these websites and each section of their website has been put in here, right? Each of these sections. So they have an FAQ, we have an FAQ. They have these types of reviews, we have these types of reviews.
So everything has been modeled very very closely. And what we can also do is create these videos from AI and then put them on here as well. So that's not going to be an issue for us. But the store is almost done. Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to import the store in. I'm going to prep it for launch just the way that I would launch it, the way that my students would launch it and then I'll show you how easy it would be to launch this business and then go through my launch plan for this as well.
So there's two options. We can import this into ShopFunnel or Shopify. I'm going to do the import into ShopFunnel because it's just going to be a much easier launch for us. Uh for those of you guys that don't know what ShopFunnel is, it's a website and e-commerce store builder very similar to Shopify, but Shopify more so focuses on the back end, the store and the the whole like commerce side of it, whereas ShopFunnel is a page builder first. So when you import into ShopFunnel, what ends up happening is you have the main page, but then what you can do is very easily upsell people into and they're all one-click upsells. So when somebody purchases from you, they're immediately taken to this page and people that use funnel builders like ShopFunnel on average will experience like a much higher conversion rate than builders on Shopify. Now Shopify is much more universal, I understand that, but ShopFunnel is a much better builder. The first thing I'm going to do is import my logo in and so they have this logo called um ViewUS.
What we've done is we have actually created a brand name called Clear Pore and so because they're using a simple text logo, I think I'm going to do that here as well. So I'm just going to delete this.
I'm just going to put in some text and I'm just going to call it Clear Pore and then I'm just going to use like a nicer font to go ahead and use that. I think this is a great one.
I'm going to center it. I'm going to reduce the size just a little bit and boom, we have that in here, okay? Then the next thing that I'm going to going to do is just keep this similar nose patches. So what our team at ShopFunnel does is that they build it as close as possible to the original, but then at the end of the day, it is still your business, so it's up to you what you want to do. Over here, I just change it to free free shipping on all orders today and so that will drive some a sense of urgency in purchases, you know, that people come in, all right? So now the pricing is 28.50 and 19.95. So I'm just going to go ahead and keep it very similar to that because again, my reasoning is very simple. This is something that they've been running traffic to for over 45 days, right? For me to change it, why, right? Now obviously, we've gone ahead and we've kept all of these things Korean patches, visibly unclog includes it, right? Korean patches, visibly unclog contains all of it. I'm going to not change that too much, okay?
Now over here, these are fine reviews made in Korea, all of that stuff is great. Now the one thing I would do is instead of doing one, two and three, which is what we normally do to help people increase the purchase frequency, I would keep buy one, buy two or subscribe and save.
You know what? Over here, I'm just going to choose to model them more closely.
I'm just going to keep buy one or subscribe and save. Easy, right? Buy one or I'll do a subscribe, right? And then I'm just going to go ahead and delete some of these spaces so the button comes on over here, okay?
Subscribe and save.
Um and then it's what the one-time purchase is again 19.95, right? So I'm just going to go 19.95.
Over here, it's 28.5.
All right, so I'm going to do it here 28.5 and then over here, it's 16.95 and I I definitely see more people hitting that subscribe and save option.
Um I definitely see that happening, right? So over here, it's 20 over it's 28.5, right? So let's go 28.50.
And so I I see a lot of people hitting that subscribe and save. So I'll go ahead and save that. I think everything else over here is good. Um maybe we can just perhaps add some of these uh some of these GIFs right here and so what I may do is I may create some some some some some GIFs and what I'll what I'll do is I'll demonstrate how you can do that with AI employees. I think that'll be really cool. So let's go ahead and show you guys how that looks like. So again, inside our program, you will find a full list of AI employees that you could use and you can use that for pretty much anything. I'm going to go inside the vault and I think we're going to need to create some really really cool videos. I I'm not sure I think we can use the video ad cloner and run it as a GIF. I think that would be the best because over here because there's these videos which we can save video as Can we download this video?
Yeah, we can. We can download this right off here. So, it's a 12-second video of her removing this. I think we're going to clone this video or we could just create GIFs. We could create some GIFs and keep them right here or we could create some UGC. Let me think about this and get back to you. Just finished up the GIFs and I have to say they look freaking incredible, right? So, I'm just going to refresh them and I'll even walk you through the process. So, these GIFs you guys can see they're super cinematic, super high quality and it looks like you know, not really AI. It looks like they're real.
You know, look at stuff like this, right? Just looks incredibly real. And for this process, I ended up using Again, this is inside our program. It's called the Shop Funnels AI Vault and I ended up using the essential image generator. So, again, there's a step-by-step training. I won't go I won't Sorry, essential GIF generator.
Sorry, this is the one that I ended up using. You can go through the video training and this but essentially it's just an AI employee.
We run it on Claude and just follow the step-by-step and it'll help you create just incredible-looking images and GIFs for anything, anything literally. And it didn't take too long.
Just I just had a lunch while I was just while the GIFs and stuff were generating and just you know, sometimes like I know these AI employees are good, right? I know them but to see the quality like I was truly shocked, man. I was literally truly shocked.
And so, that's it. I think with these GIFs being added, the store has been And just like I used the AI employee to create these incredible GIFs for this, there's another AI employee that I have that clones ads. And this one is actually free for anybody that attends our live workshop that we do every single month. And so, my launch strategy would be very, very simple. I would clone this ad. I would clone this ad, right?
And I would clone this ad. These are the three ads I would clone because they have the highest amount of impressions and I would run them. And when I'm running these ads, I would focus on interest-based audiences that are primarily e-commerce buyers, right? And um I would run it that way essentially and you know, to go back to how this video started, right? Think about it. We understand that this is the business.
This is the This is the product and the page that's making money. Now, we have a product. We have the same product and the same page and the same pricing that makes us money, right? That's number one. Number two, what is the ad that is making them money, right? This is their ad. We can use AI employees to go ahead and create recreate this ad. In fact, in particular, we would use this AI employee which is the video ad cloner. Where is that?
Right here. The video ad cloner version one. All right, this is the one that we would use to clone the ad. And now we have the ads that are the similar. So, we are If we have similar ads, we have a similar product and we have the similar landing page. We have essentially cloned their customer acquisition system. And this is when you stop guessing what's working and you have a very, very, very high chance. I'd say almost 90% shot at making money online. We have the suppliers and again, Shop Funnels integrates with suppliers very, very well.
So, you can use manual fulfillment or automated fulfillment to make Shop Funnels work. And that's it. That's how easy this whole thing is, okay?
Um now, what I'm going to do for everybody inside of the program is I'm going to leave the link to my optimized version of it. It's called It's going to be called Ali's optimized Shop Funnel.
It may look something like this. You'll find this button.
I'll upload it very shortly and you can actually download and run this exact same business for you, the one that I've optimized. So, that'll really help when you're running this business.
And once you're inside the program, not only do we help you clone these ads, we'll also help you create them. We'll also help you run them. And the program is designed so that we do all of the heavy lifting where we find the products, we build the websites and we build the ads and we help you do the launch and what you're doing is you're moving fast across the process because let's say you wanted to launch this thing. It would take you so much time to find the supplier, then build the store, then generate all of the assets, then make it look good or to to compensate for that, you would just go really fast and it wouldn't be this quality. It wouldn't nowhere be near this quality, right? And so, that's what we do, right? Because we already have all of the assets built, our students launch in an average of 3 to 7 days. They launch new products versus waiting months to launch properly. So, you launch properly, you launch with the right system in place and that's that what that's what gives you a very high chance at success. Again, I'll leave the program link down below. I'll also leave the workshop link down below for anybody that wants to attend and do this with me live. With that being said, guys we've reached the end of the video. Thank you so much for watching. I appreciate each and every one of you guys. Um and we drop videos every single day. So, be sure to subscribe and turn your post notifications on to get a new video. We do videos about winning products, AI tools, AI employees and all that good stuff. Thank you guys so much.
Appreciate each and every one of you and I'll catch you guys next one. Peace.
