So, I prefer that people just don't even go and watch and wait for the recording to come out just so mistakes can't happen, you know, because if it's so important and the public does have an interest in the case, but if some idiot who can't figure out the mute button screws it up for everybody else, >> that's why you if you are if you're going to watch something, make sure that beforehand you show up early.

The relevant actions by defendant Lesie Ferto Ricos predate the amendment and prior version of the statute must control blah blah or blah plaintiffs have not met the statutory prerequisites under you know what's really funny is um yeah if you count there's a lot of cases let's just say that Under da da da pre July 1st vexacious litigant is defined as a person who in the immediate preceding 5-year period has commended prosecuted or maintain proay five or more civil actions excluding family law in small claims which have been finally and inversely determined against the plaintiffs only allege three civil actions and improperly include family law and guardianship matters. She's like, "You can't include you can't talk about when uh I over and over and over again." Actually, you know what? They can indeed. Even if you were 100% right in there, you know, there's another portion of this. It's the judge's discretion. The judge has the ability to dis for discretion to look at anything they want to. of course because you you have to know that they interpret the intention of the law as well. So they have to they know what the intention of the Supreme Court was when they put this into um into place in Florida and they did it specifically or the I mean the legislature because the Supreme Court had basically lobbyed the lawmakers to say we need stronger vaccious litigant rules and um because of stuff like this and because they wanted to be able to have a wider discretion, right to look at these things as a whole and say, "Yeah, this person's a problem."

[00:45:39]And there have been some doozies out there. I was I was doing some research about, you know, famous vexacious litigants. And I found this one. If you guys ever want a uh a crackup, uh something to read about that's that will make you laugh. Um there is a guy named what's his name? uh Anthony Martin Traona, who is a legend in the vacious litigant uh category.

[00:46:06]And he had not only sued pretty much anyone who ever disagreed with him, but he would then sue their family members, he would sue the judges that ruled adversely against him, he would sue the any lawyer who came up against him. He even one time sued a lawyer who um was the one to put forward the opposing attorney's proh hot >> be chase.

[00:46:32]>> Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. So the if I'm reading this correctly, the amended law, she's depending on the older law for what qualifying actions are. When she says that family cases don't count, what I'm reading here is that it looks like it uh looks at small claims, family law, probate rules, everything. It's all >> she's just lying. [00:53:21]>> At the same time, Martin Traona is not, of course, a member of the bar. Many of his actions and much of his conduct if undertaken by an attorney would most likely result in disciplinary proceedings. But such a sanction is not available in Martin Traona's case.

[00:53:37]Second, it is clear that Martin Traona is not interested in the vindication of some legal right. He does not present the court with case of a litigant whose claims, however fanciful or improbable, derived from an eccentric but good-faith interpretation of the law. On the contrary, the very purpose of Martin Traona's litigation is nothing other than the multiplication of litigation and the harassment of his imagined enemies and remarkably even those having any remote connection with these enemies. You mean like people on Facebook?

They put up a GoFundMe in the middle of Laura's legal troubles, claiming that his medical expenses were so grand uh that they needed help there. Even though he was one of the highest paid highest paid radio DJs in or radio talk show hosts in the country, uh he was worth something like 20 million or something.

We figured they were using that money to give to Laura. Well, it gets even worse. We find out that they were using the money um to pay uh credit bills at luxury department stores.
