I Make $5K/Day. This is Exactly How You Grow from $0Added:
One of my clients recently reached $1 million and she thanked me online. And it made me think about the different types of clients, customers, and members that I work with every single day. And I thought it would be helpful to show you exactly where you are in your info business or a type of business that you have and the very next steps you could take to get to the very next level of your business. And I want you to pay attention here. I have it all written out. Before I show you that, I want to show you her post. And so, you see here, it's her. It's Christina. Congratulations, Christina. And it's me. This is our post. And then, um, she tags a few people. I'm included. I'll take credit for maybe maybe a tenth of that. Uh and then you see uh where she talks about where we show uh where I respond to that. So very very cool, very excited for her. But it's not the first time this has happened. This has happened over and over again. And it may not be a million dollars every time, but it's certainly 5,000, 10,000, 20, $100,000 and left and right. And I've helped hundreds and hundreds of entrepreneurs get to those levels. And I've helped thousands make their first dollar online. If you're not familiar with me, my name is Arllin. I was homeless about 10 and a half years ago, sleeping on the floor of an airport. You can Google my name, you can see all about it. I built a venture capital fund in between because I was on a mission to help um I was on a mission to help founders of startup companies who were under reppresented and underestimated. So, I've invested in more than 200 of those companies. Now, I've gone on to do cool things like be on the cover of Fast Company and Black Enterprise magazine.
I've also given out a million dollars in scholarships from Oxford to several HB uh H.B.CU and Harvard Law and beyond.
But what makes that possible is what I'm going to show you in this video. So that's why it's worth knowing, right? I can brag about it all day long, but what I'm going to show you to do is how do you get to the steps and the levels to do this for yourself. All right. So, the first thing we're going to do is I'm going to just show you how this page works. There are six of these levels or groups that I want you to think about.
There's a lot of words on the screen, so don't worry about that yet. We're just going to take it one at a time. Okay?
So, while we're doing this, take notes and also take note of where you feel you are on this list and everyone's going to be covered. So whether you're a beginner, a novice, or you have been doing this for a minute, you're going to be represented here. And I'm going to show you how to get to the next level of what you're doing. Okay. So curious where you are. You are you have not made any money from consulting, coaching, or services or working for yourself in the last 12 months. So what we're going to do is this is all based on the last 12 months. You're going to say, "How much money have I made from consulting, coaching, done for you services, things of that nature?" Uh, even digital products. I I haven't put that there, but digital products, things of that nature in the last 12 months. That's where you're going to put yourself. So, your immediate goal is to stop only consuming and start making decisions.
You are probably watching a lot of YouTube videos and taking a lot of courses, which is fantastic. This is exactly what you should be doing at this stage. But what I want you to do is I want you to pair that with action and decision making. So you consume 50% of the time and you act 50% of the time.
That's my tried andrue every damn day.
That is what I do and that is what makes me about I'm at about $5,000 on average per day from my info and consulting products. And that doesn't even include everything else I have going on. So I I definitely have applied what I'm talking about to this. So for every training, for every YouTube video like this one, for every course you take, make one or two decisions and take a visible action on that. And I hope you do that today.
And I have a path for you. I'm always going to tell you what you can do that I can help you with it. It's optional. You can take it or leave it. But these will help you right now. So, you can join a school group called Your First 5K. And school is a platform that has uh memberships and it's really really fun.
There are like 25 million people on it.
It's going to be a household name pretty soon. But we use school like we you would use a Facebook, right? So on on school, I have a a a membership called your first 5K. We call it YF5K for short. And it's free. So, you go in there and if you want to make your first 5,000, there's classroom curriculum.
There are people there. There more than 29,000 people now are part of the membership, which is so so cool. And everybody, it's always active no matter what time of day. People from all over the world. Yes, it works every place on earth almost. And uh you can come in.
So, I want you to not just join because I sometimes I click on people's names and it'll say there were active 160 days ago. I want you to actively participate.
Look at the courses, study them, and then do something about them. And I have them set up in a way that you can take action. You can take action. Okay. So, if that's exciting to you, I think this next one is going to be really exciting to you. So, if you are at zero or you've made a few dollars towards your first one, then the first thing you're going to do, your immediate goal is to get your first paid proof as fast as possible. meaning you want to get some points on board. You want to prove to yourself and to your future customers that you can help someone with what you're working on. And in your first 5K, one of the very first things you learn how to do, especially in our classroom uh $100 offer challenge, is you learn what to sell. You learn what your particular custom offer will be. So, it's very very cool to get that to like that's why I call this the transition places because it's it's probably if if I'm if I'm thinking through it all, it's probably the most important stage. If you have made money in the last 12 months from something from some skill of yours on your own without a job, then you have gone through a transition transition stage that is going to set you up for the rest. And so what you're going to do here is you might sell, again, this is in the info space we're talking about specifically. You might sell $99 one-on-one calls. And if you've sold more than that, you may think this is not a a this is too small of an amount, but we have people I have someone in the membership, her name is Gail, she's 69 years old, years young, and she did a $99 call and she was like, I don't know, that's too little. I don't know if I want to do that. and she ended up with a $6,000 client that same call when she got on the call. So, I'll, you know, there's more information about that, but basically, um, whether this looks like a small number to you or you're like, I can't even imagine charging anybody to get on a call with me, you'll learn how to do it inside of your first 5K for free. And your next steps need to be um, really getting into a place where you believe you can do this. And I teach every single thing that I have listed here inside of your first 5K for free. Not only do I teach it, I give you the tools to actually implement it. So, the $300 to $500 AI website, this is a huge one. This year, I don't know how many people I haven't been able to keep up, but so many of my members have been using this tool I have called the AI Genie, and it's free, free to use. It's a $1,000 product, but I'm giving it away for free. And it's inside the classroom in the AI section. And you basically get all of these AI instructions to hand over to uh a platform, an AI platform to build websites for you, build landing pages, small tools and things like that of AI from AI and then you can sell them to others. Now, that too may feel daunting, but I'm going to show you. I'm telling you, like people are doing this left and right. I wonder if I should show you now, but I feel like I'll lose this page if I show you. But I'll come back and and try to remember to come back to your first 5K to show you. People are just doing this left and right. So, you're going to also start at this stage selling prompt packs like AI prompts, which are if you don't know what a prompt is, it's it's just the words and instructions that you give to chat GPT or a lovable or any of these clouds, any of these AI uh websites that you've been using. when you talk to it, you're prompting it and people will pay and have paid uh for prompts to make their lives easier. Just like you're g I'm going to give you the AI prompts and the AI genie and you just copy and paste it and your life is easier. You can actually create uh prompts with my machine and you can just like have mine to to resell. Um that's the type of thing that we have inside of the 360 pass which is optional. All of this is optional, but 360 pass cost $360 as of the time of this taping. And it has my prompt shop in a box with like I don't even know how many prompts in it to sell um or to use for yourself. It has uh seven office hours a week with like more than an hour long with seven different experts including me every Tuesday. Uh just crazy crazy stuff in the 360 pass. And so what you do here if you want to go from zero to making your first 1,000 is that you invest some time and effort in and perhaps a little bit of money in the 360 pass to get yourself there, but you're aiming to get that first bit of paid proof. So you have those testimonials and you also prove it to yourself. And this is a place too where you need to get a little comfortable reaching out to local businesses or people who are doing certain um like soloreneur type stuff online if you don't want to go in walk into local businesses. But actually if you literally walk into or roll into a local business this is where you're making your first $300$500 sales and you're just like whoa I had no idea that would work. Okay. So, the next gear, the next stage is new gear. So, you're you've transitioned.
Really important when you get that first dollar in because then you know it's possible. And let me know, by the way, in the comments, which one are you?
Like, are you on the curious, the transition, the new gear. There's more uh under this, a total of six. So, now the next one is new gear. You're moving from 1,000 to 5,000. And that for some people at this stage is life-changing money because not only the amount of money in this moment, but the fact that you can get yourself there. And I love seeing this happen, especially inside of your first 5K and other places. I love seeing this happen because this is like where the butterfly happens, you know, like it's like a whole new world if I can make 5K. And it happens every day inside of our inside of our membership.
So, your immediate goal here is to turn early proof into repeatable sales. You got your paid proof in the transition section. Now, you need to take that 1K and turn it into 5K by rinsing and repeating. And what a lot of people do here, and I guess they do it at every stage coming up is they do something that works and then they change paths really fast and it's like, no, why did you do that? It's working. So, if it's something that's working, keep doing it.
Don't get bored by it. Don't get distracted. keep doing it. So again, you're going to do those $99 calls, those $300, $500 AI websites. Now, maybe you're charging $500 instead of the 300 because you've done three of them, right? Um, now you're going to install something that is called a premium school. So that platform I was telling you about, which your first 5K is on, this is where you can really plug in a premium school, meaning it is free for others to join. It cost you $9 a month cuz that's what it costs to have a school and people pay nothing to join.
Just like when you join your first 5K linked below, you don't have to pay anything. You get a bunch for free.
You're going to do that because you're also going to have some premium and VIP upgrades that a percentage a small percentage of your members will eventually upgrade to. And that's part of this. You don't have to do all of these by the way in each section. You don't have to do all of these. I'm giving you examples of what I have seen work and what I teach you how to do inside of my free programming. So, this is an option, but I've seen it work really well at this stage for people because now you're setting this foundation with this group that you can always pour back into with YouTube videos or social or LinkedIn or email.
You can pour people and send them in this direction. And now you're nurturing them for the next steps. Okay. So now you also want to start to think about done for you AI powered services. So I have a few uh videos on this channel about that and what you would build. I also of course have it inside of AI part of the classroom of your first 5K for free. So that's where you're going to start thinking in that direction. So we're not going to take every single thing here and and dial in on how to do each one. I just want you to know what you where you could be thinking and that it's very very possible. So, one way that you can unlock, okay, I made $1,000. What now? How do I keep this momentum going? Is you can work with my Authority XPro. I know this is like heavy on telling you what I offer, but to be honest with you, I'm making this video, if I'm being really honest, I'm making this video mainly for my members who are already members. And I know that you want to hear this and you want to understand when is the right time to join. Like let me know in the comments if that makes sense to you. So I understand that some people are like, "Oh, she's just talking about her products. They work and they're they do a good job." So I'm going to tell you about them. But you can do all of this on your own. You do not need the things that I'm telling you to have. I would just spend 24 hour like 16 of those hours just cranking on it because it is just so powerful and you'll see you'll see. Um, but then what you want to do because it's AI, any AI can lie to you. Any AI can be wrong. What you want to do is you want to listen to what a AXP has to say for you because it's going to say you're going to say to it, "I've made a thousand. I want to make five. What do I do next?" You may even like uh generate a 72-hour playbook that you can do on there and it will tell you what to do. But what I want you to do is what the thing that AI cannot do for you, which is is have your instinct.
Your instinct. And then I want you to do what you think is right based on what it's telling you. So keep what you want.
Throw away the rest. And then whatever does work, track that. like track what's working and what's not working by writing down, okay, I had 10 calls and nobody wanted this or um this is what got somebody to say yes, etc. And then do those things over and over again. Do the things that work over and over again. Again, this is when people say, "Oh, I made $5,000. I'm just going to go do something else." No, no, no.
Keep doing that. We're talking months or even up to a year doing the exact same stuff. just keep doing it until you make, you know, maybe a $100,000 or even more. Some people say a million before they tell you to change, but you want to have some real money before you just completely start over. Why would you do that? So, AXP is there for you. And when you combine AXP with the 360 pass like that has all the tools and the train like all the like office hours and the tools AI tools and then you have AXP which is like one one AI tool to beat them all that just tells you what to do next and it just gets to know you over time. It's very very cool. You're just unstoppable. So you go to one to 5K. So which one are you? Let me know in the comments. Now let's get into where it gets really fun. Okay. So we'll do the lock in. You're going to lock in. This is where you're going from $5,000 to 20,000. And I'm not saying per month on purpose. I'm just saying the dollar amount because again, once you learn how to do this once, you'll be able to do it on repeat. So, you want to lock in. We want to be realistic and practical. Now, we're going from 5K to 20K. And this part up here, you may be wondering, well, how long does this take? If you're starting at curious and let's say today you join your first 5K and you like put in an hour's work of really studying, you want to get to your first 1K. I would say you want to get there in the first 30 to 60 days. Some people do it like the first week when they take the 5day challenge, but I want to again want to be practical and realistic. You want the first 30 to 60 days something to crack, something that works. Okay? And then to get to 5K, that can be that 30 to 90 days. And some people it takes longer for sure. But this is also why I'm trying to show you if you're already a member. Let's crank it up. Get into that new gear. Let's go back and say, "Okay, well, I've been here for a while.
I've been having fun, but I haven't made money." Now, you need to get into that new gear and make some money. Okay? So, let's say you're not going to go past 90 days before you make that 5K. It's it's ambitious, but once you do it once, you'll be able to repeat it. So now you're going from 5K to 20K.
I've seen people do this in 30 days because they literally have momentum, which is the next stage. They are just cranking because they figured out something that works. They didn't change course and they're moving. And when you see what we have in the in the number five and number six, it's just going to blow your mind. So I want you to understand that once you reach the lock in place, once you reach 5K, you can get up to a million. Do you hear me? Once you reach 5K, you can get to a million. It jumps really fast. Uh depending. So the first three were zero to 5K because it's like this. This is the part that takes the the skill to really learn it. The patience, the energy, the doing, and the studying.
Once you get here and to lock in, you go to 5 to 20k. You could do that in a month. It could take you a few months, but you can really do this. So, here's what you're going to do. You're going to become more consistent, confident, and visible. You're no longer going to say, "Well, I'm not going to put myself out there." Cuz you put yourself out there a little bit and it works. So, put yourself out there a lot of bit and imagine what would happen. Okay. The next thing you're going to do is there's and this is not exact so you don't have to literally exactly do this price or these types of things but I'm telling you May 2026 what's working which I believe will work for at least the next 6 to 12 months. $497 live cohorts has been absolutely killing at this stage and beyond for my clients.
Killing $497 for 6 weeks to 90 days. It's usually that amount. Sometimes it's for a year inside of a school that is a premium school and it is $497 which is low enough to be an impulse buy but high enough to feel like I'm getting value.
And what you're doing is you're saying, "I'm putting together five people, 10 people, 12 people, maybe no more than 20." You want to have a cap on it because you want it you want it to be intimate enough where you can help each person, but it's a live cohort, which means a group instead of getting on calls one-on ones for the rest of your life, which you should do in the first three and you can still do here, but instead of that being the only way you make money, you're now putting people into groups five to 20 at a time. And then you get on one call or two calls per week and deliver. You put them inside of a school container and they can talk to themselves and help each other. And you have some curriculum that you can they can go and look at including the replays of these live calls. This is what I've seen people do because what they're doing here is they're honing in on something that is a real pain point for people. People really want help with this. They're want they want help so much they're willing to spend 6 weeks to 90 days getting that help and they they don't want to be rushed. That is a really interesting place but they don't want it to take a year because they don't want it to take forever. Okay. So these are small group intensives and then the another way you could do this is you could implement uh things. So you can done for you done for you services.
They can be $500, but now they can creep up to a,000 2,000 in this space. So the the tool that I have for you here is my AXP Authority XP Pro certification. So you have AXP which is the chatbot which you talk to. It's not even a I mean it's like a coach 247 that is me. It's basically like having me with you, coaching you, sitting by side by side with you 24/7. And it does more than I could ever do because I can never do that for more than one person or any person. I'm only human. AXP certification takes it to another gear, another level. And what that is is that you've been using AXP to figure out how to make 5K, 10K, 20K. Now, what you're going to do is you're going to get certified. So, you're going to take my six week intensive, which is literally what I just showed you how to do yourself. And then what you're going to do is you get a different version of AXP and the different version of AXP has client workspaces meaning you can put in the information of your clients. So let's say you have six people in your live cohort. You can put each of them in your workspace.
tell it a little bit about tell the AI a little bit about each client and it will track that client and that group for you so that you can provide instant help for each client or the group. So another way of thinking of this is like uh you give people like a road map a playbook. You literally give them a playbook because you get playbooks generated not just for yourself in the certification you get playbooks generated in AXP personal but you can now get playbooks generated for your client and it doesn't have my name on it has your name on it.
So I think the wheels will start to turn when you think about that a little bit.
So you combine that this this place is kind of like a CRM. It's like a um a place where you can work with work on your client work. Okay? It's it's behind the scenes. Your clients don't see it.
And then you have your AXP personalized because that comes with the certification or you just upgrade from it. And then you have 360 pass because it comes with AXP. So then when you're in certif certified and remember what coming up in five and six is where things absolutely explode. Okay? So I want you to make sure you watch this when you get into certified. This is what I'm seeing other people doing.
There's about 38 people in there right now. Who knows what it'll be by the time you see this. Um, I want you to study what they are doing in this small group because, and by the way, if you think about this, side note, 38 people paying me $2,000, which is the lowest it will ever be. It'll probably be more by the time you see it or in a few weeks, but that's $76,000.
And that happened in like a week. So, I need you to understand that when I'm telling you this stuff, I used to be homeless. I used to not know how to do any of this stuff. All I'm doing is taking all of these years of of um experience and observation and data and I'm just showing you literally the path.
So please, please, please pay attention when you're in certification or if you're in it right now, just see this.
You're going to study what others are doing because this is the level now where if you're trying to get to 20K, you need to study what people are doing.
come to these calls, watch the replays, and I'm always asking what other people what's working for other cohort members.
You're going to gather more testimonials from the work you're doing. Sometimes we forget this because we're working so much. We forget, oh yeah, we have proof.
We have some really awesome testimonials probably. Let's gather those. And then here's a key key right here. If you look on the screen, promote yourself like your bank account depends on it. This is where you cannot be shy any longer. You do not have to be a crazy crazy extrovert like me. Actually, I'm an introvert or maybe I'm ambidextrous. I don't know. Ambervert. Um, but you don't have to be so out there where you have all this content out in the world. But you do need to get in a place where you feel comfortable saying what you mean and saying what you want and asking for what you want. A clo a closed mouth. One more time. A closed mouth doesn't get fed. So you got to speak up. All right.
So next, the fifth one is momentum. Now, are you already here? Were you in the 5 to 20k? And if you're already in 5 to 20k, you made 5 to 20k dollars in the last 12 months on your own. This is where you're going to want to be next.
Okay. So, do you want to go from 5k, 10k, 20k to 100k? Let's go. You're in momentum stage. This is where you're going to build a real revenue engine, not just oneoff wins. Okay? Now, you're going to lock the f in. So, what what you could do, these are these are, you know, examples again, not set in stone.
What I've seen work are you're going to go back to those 497 live cohorts. So, if you did it once and you had six people in your cohort or 10 people and it worked and you enjoyed it and it didn't make you miserable, do that 12 times a year or 10 times a year or eight times a year. Don't sleep on those. Do them again and again and again. Every time you do them, it'll get better because you'll know more. You'll have more testimonials, more experience, more wins from your customers, more evidence for yourself. and it's a machine. Now, you're also going to do something that I do that makes me quite a bit of money, which is a $99 challenge with VIP upgrades. And I recommend a paid challenge for this particular one.
Because if you do a free challenge, yes, you'll have a lot more people come to it, but you'll have a lot of people who are just there to be there or a lot of people will sign up and not show up. If you do a $99 paid challenge, even if three people show up and one person upgrades to $500 uh upgrade, that's $800 bucks for an hour of your time or a couple of hours including promotion. So the this is where things start to get real. And I know I'm talking to you.
You've already made 20,000. So I don't even have to convince you of this. You know this kind of stuff works. You know who I am. This works. Another thing you could do is $500 to $1,000 a month guidance for your clients. And it says playbookbased consulting. Okay, so here check this out. This is going to where it's going to get really interesting when it comes to AXP certification.
AXP certification. That one that you already locked in on. You already have it for the whole year for a couple thousand.
You've already probably made two 510 or $20,000 with AXP. certification alone.
Now imagine instead of just doing these $497 live cohorts, you now charge people $500 to $1,000 per month so that you can give them value that is worth more than that per month. and you use AXP certification because the client workspace has a feature called generate playbook.
So for each of your clients, you can customize a 72-hour, 30-day, or 90-day playbook for them with your logo, your name, even photographs and pictures and graphs and things that you want if you need that. But the more important thing is not what it looks like. It it's just more important what what's in it. and you're helping them. And believe me when I say this, this is for you are an info person, but your client doesn't have to be an info person for this to work. So the way the workspaces are set up, it you can be doing anything. You could be selling to any type of enduser and use this to hand them, oh, you're teaching them how to swim. Here's your playbook to how to swim because I'm teaching you that. So you have now these monthly clients. And you may say, why would somebody pay me $1,000 a month? That's 12,000 a year. They're not thinking about it like that. And in fact, you could say $1,000 a month or $10,000 a year, say 17%. And a lot of people will do that just because they like that math a little bit better. And they like that they don't have to think about it every month. But most people, what they're going to do is they're going to say, "Okay, I'm going to see what you can do for me in these this $1,000." Maybe you'll say it's three month minimum just to make it so that your onboarding doesn't have to keep churning. But whatever the case is, they're going to pay that first few dollars just to see what you can do for them. And imagine you use AXP certification, the workspaces. Again, you kind of have to be in it to see how freaking crazy it is, but it's amazing. And you use that to to to be me. Like you give them the exact playbook that they need for their exact circumstances, no matter what you're teaching them. And they're coming to you. And maybe you pair that with one 30 to 45 minute call per month and you really help them. Your goal is to help them. Maybe they also get some sort of AI tool that you've built for them that everybody gets at that stage so you don't have to keep building for people.
Or maybe you do a done for you service with them. Perhaps you make a site for them that's included that if they stop working with you, it gets turned off. Or maybe you just give it to them as a gift. And it's like even if you if you turn out in the third month, you still keep it. These are the type of decisions you get to make when you're charging this type of money because you can serve this type of customer even better. And what I want you to do next is I want you to focus on one type of customer, one type of offer, and one main strategy. If you're trying to go from 20K or 30 or 50K to 100K to 2 to 5x what you're doing right now, you need to focus on one type of customer, one type of offer. It can have tiers in it. And inside of the uh Authority XPro certification classroom, I teach you about tiers, offer tiers, really, really good stuff. It can have tears to it, but it needs to be so hyperfocused because you need to have one strategy. Stop moving over here and doing over there. It's just going to make you so much more money so much faster. Now, you may say, "Well, Arlin, you do a bunch of stuff." That's because I'm not in momentum stage. I'm way past momentum stage. And that's where you can do some experimentation. So then I want you to set your sights on your first million so that $100,000 turns into a nearterm rather than this huge summit you have to get up to. Does it make sense? Say, "I'm in momentum. I just want to tell you yes, that's the answer." This is what you're going to do. I mean, you're gonna put you're going to put your eye on the prize, but the prize isn't the 100K. The prize is a million.
Pardon? The prize is a million because you're going to turn a 100,000 in your mind into like, "Oh, that's cute. That's a cute little stepping stone to my million." That is what works. This is what has worked for me. And this is why I make about an average of 5K per day today. Now, lift off. Let's say you've made a h 100,000. You're you're watching this. I have a lot of people who have done this who watch my videos. So, I want to talk to you directly. You've made your 100,000. If you haven't made your 100,000, watch this part anyway so you can know what you're supposed to do in this lane so you can get prepared mentally, especially if you're in momentum. Okay? So, if you're in the liftoff stage, you're going to move from a 100,000 to a million plus. This is a huge, huge, huge leap. But it actually is not as difficult as going from zero to 5K. And if you felt like, oh, I I've made it to 5K. That means this is going to be easier. It's true. I'm just telling you the truth. I've been below zero. I know what that feels like. I know how hard it is to get to figure anything out to make money that is sustainable. Once you do that, you can your mind and and your opportunities actually really expand. So what you're going to do is scale with higher ticket offers, leverage systems, and access.
And yes, team, I don't have team listed here, and I don't have AI listed here, but it's going to be a combination of a small team. It doesn't have to be a big team, but it needs to be a few people who maybe you pay as vendors. You don't have to have employees necessarily unless you and that's unless that's really important to you. You could have employees and I I I I wish you well if you do that because that is just a cool thing to do. Or if that's not your speed, you could say, "Well, I want to do this, but I want to I want to pay freelancers." So you could pay freelancers to do it. Anyway, in any case, you want someone who's helping you with customer service so that things don't fall through the cracks and harm your reputation. You want people to help you with things that can be automated.
So here's the here's the thing. Most people are teaching you how to just go from zero to every everything is done by AI agents. Okay? No, you need an in between. What you need is not an AI agent, you know, full army of AI agent employees. You need an employee or a freelancer who believes in you and cares about your business, who knows how to use AI, how to leverage AI, who you do not have to constantly tell use this to do that because now you're just doing three people's job. You need to find people or a person who loves using AI to make things faster, less expensive, and higher quality.
And then if you think about it, you're like, "Oh, that's interesting. What if I become that person?" That's a whole other video, but that's a play, too. So, at this scale, if you're trying to be like me, you're trying to build your authority or you've started to build it really much so here. You're going to have these 1 to 3k per month advisory clients. Now, they may not be paying you monthly. You may not have it set up that way, but that's where you're going to really start to dial in. This is I have a um program that is $3,000 per month or 25,000 a year. And the people who do this uh or 7,500 per quarter. And the people who do this are it's funny they don't we don't talk very often as often as they get in their package. They can they can talk to me every month if they want to. But we are dialed in. It's dialed in, right? We are making moves because they're going to make moves.
They're investing in themselves. They're wanting to see results. So, both of us are incentivized to keep it going. You can also add $10,000 to $50,000 a year masterminds or or just oneoff masterminds.
Doesn't have to be year after year. You can offer 10,000 to 50 50k done for you offers. So, you're just building something for them. you or you in a team are building something that is highly highly valuable for someone else.
This is where you're I mean obviously I hope I don't have to say this but I'm going to say it. You're targeting people who can not only afford this quote unquote but if they were to plug it into their current situation would make a lot. You want to target people here who do not need to be convinced of what you can do for them. You want people who the only the only thing that they're saying is, "Oh, I wish I had more money to give you." Not, "Oh, I don't know if this will work for me." You don't want that person paying you 50,000. Cuz they're going to ruin your life. They're going to ruin your absolute life. You want someone who is clamoring to pay you $20,000 to fix a problem that makes them 100k or saves them 100k or takes away like if you can do something that costs 20,000 and then we're going to have to have a whole system in place and spend all their time and hire a new person.
It's going to cost them 60,000 or 100,000. They're going to pay you 20 if you can prove that you can make that happen for them in less time. So that can be any number of things. But essentially here in momentum I have an inner circle. It's 100% capped. We we have 90ome people. So it's almost full.

Probably more like if you're already making 500K, AXP could take you to millions because it's just like a kind of a it's an accelerance. It's like you just throw fuel to the fire. But if you're starting from zero, I think it can take you there. Um, if you I think AXP certification can take you to your first million. I really, really do. And if you combine that with working with me personally, poof, nob brainer. Okay. So, um, another thing you could sell is AI clone at give it say 2,000 a year. And that's what I do with EXP. So, again, I'm talking to people who have already made $100,000 or more in the last 12 months. Just talking to you. It's you and me right now.
I sell access to Authority XPro, which I've mentioned a hundred times today. It costs right now May 2026, $1,000 to join. And certification cost 2,000.
These are my launch prices. What it's really going to be is 2,000 a year for um AXP personal. That's going to be the real price. And it's going to be 5,000 a year for certification. That's going to be the real price. Right now, it's a launch price that gets locked in when you join. So, think about yours. If you use Authority XP Pro, and if you haven't, just go use it right now, the the 24-hour trial, and you'll see what I'm talking about. And you're like, "Oh my god, this is amazing." And you would want that to be yours based on and trained on your whole life and your lifestyle and your everything that's worked for you.
Um, you could have that. In fact, I make these for people for other people.
That's one of my private client things that I do. But you could have your own whether you get it from me or you figure out how to do it on your own and you could charge two grand a year for and think about for people who are like well you've already have like you've already told them it's 10,000 to work with me for the year personally or 20,000 to work with me for the year. when they're looking at that and they cannot quite get there price-wise and they look at a 2K per year, but they can talk to you 247, they're going to think about it.
They're going to think about it really realistically. You could also do monthly. Monthly has not been very uh good to me. High churn rate um because people need a little bit more time to really rev into it. Um and I think that it's also about the people who should have it. That's why that's why I have this, right? like some people they just need to know where when they need to jump into this. So that's where we are anyway. So that could be so imagine you had a hundred people over a year's time buy that's 200 grand. It's $200,000 and you can have it attached to other things like what if yours you could only access it if they're part of your mastermind and your mastermind is 10,000 a year and you have a hundred people in your mastermind is million dollars and nobody else can access it except for those people. Think think through that a little bit. You're also going to need to be doing speaking gigs. Not need to, but that's where you could really shine. not only to make money from those gigs because that happens uh 5K, 10K, 20, 30, 50K uh at a time, but really what you're doing it for is like you have this system plugged in. You have the right offer plugged in. You know who your audience is. You're getting in front of people. You're building your authority literally on a stage. That is where the speaking gigs come into play. And of course, you're getting that footage.
you're turning that footage into these short form videos that you're putting all over LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Substack.
Uh, and don't sleep on the vertical LinkedIn videos. There's still a lot of real estate there that's not being tapped into. And then you have this dialed in school funnel. So, I have seen people make their full million dollar a year just by having like a a premium school. They have a school. They have a couple thousand pe me members in it because it's free. And then they have call it a $1,000 a year upgrade or they might have a $1,000 a year upgrade and then when you get on a call with them they have they up as send you into their mastermind and that's 10K or 20K a year.
Or I've seen it work really well really well amongst people that I know personally um where it's a $1,000 a month mastermind. thousand a month mastermind, the container school. They have two different schools. One is the premium where they're doing kind of a lower ticket thing and the other one is this mastermind only. If you think about my inner circle, can kind of think about it like that. But I don't charge that amount anymore. I charge 6,000 a year, but it but I I think I have a 1,000 a month or 6,000 a year option. So that 1,000 a month I've seen work really well. And then you're going to um meet monthly in person or virtually with this person who's paying you a,000 to 3,000 a month or in your mastermind etc. You're going to meet with them personally or they're going to be part of a group. It just depends on kind of the vibe that you have, what you want to give out. And you want to build the life you want to have. You have options at this stage. Do not build a life where you're burned out and resentful. build a life where, okay, you're like, well, if I want to make a million, it means that I'll have to have 20 one-on ones a month and I'll have to do X, Y, and Z and put on four live events or something and you're like, I don't want to do that. I would not like to do that. So, therefore, I'm going to make it where I don't have one-on- ones.
They're going to get a clone of me and they're going to get uh two times in person as a group and we're going to meet on virtual calls once a month so that we can help each other.
I do text messages in mine. Right?
You can build the life you want to build. Build the business you want to build. Don't set yourself up and then get upset that, oh man, this is so much.
Really think it through at this stage.
If you've made more than 100K, I need you to really think it through for me.
Okay? And then you can also if you find yourself a little trapped um and by the way you may love the idea of having those one-on- ones and having those four times a may be your your jam but if you feel trapped in any way there's always a way out and I'm certainly I'm certain that AXP itself could help you. Um I take on a couple of private clients a year. I don't really because the life I want I don't like to have a bunch of one-on- ones if I'm being honest. like I used to, but I got burned out from it. And the fact that AXP can do so much for me now, like more than 80,000 messages have gone back and forth in the past seven first seven weeks, the first 50 days. 80,000 messages back and forth.
More than a thousand people use it. and I h have the the the least amount of phone calls and and Zooms I've ever had in my in my last 10 years. So, it's like that's the life I want. But for those private clients, um I do a little bit more. Obviously, we'll meet in person a ton and uh virtually a ton. Okay. Uh I think this was helpful.
