[00:02:59]But behind the reply of emails, you have to gather information. You have to coordinate with many other external parties.

[00:03:06]Uh and you have to piece it all together to make sure that the information that you're relaying is accurate and easy for the receiving party to understand.

[00:03:14]>> I think people think that this job is easy because it's just talking or maybe the timing is flexible.

[00:04:18]>> Honestly, I also don't know, because I am surprised each day how how the day turns out. That work.
