[00:00:36]And I need to you know, sometimes you're going to you need to manage through that. You're talking about Jack is the founder [music] or any anybody else you're talking to, they're the founder and I think what's the biggest thing that we we built this baby.

[00:00:47]We built this baby and and making sure that giving up control or or you know, empowering people within our organizations that we trust [music] that we build that trust and that credibility and that know-how. Uh I I think that's the at least for me that's probably the hardest.
