[00:00:00]The RIR framework has had a really big impact on my leadership. Recently, I started a new position with a international organization working on climate change called Open Earth Foundation. They have [music] never done any soil work, and what I mean by that is working with the people and really developing that the team and and spending time getting to know each other. They're used to working alone or working in a team separately. They didn't know anything personal about each other.

[00:00:22]>> [music] >> They just kind of understood that if I do this piece of my job, this other person will do their piece of their job, then together we will accomplish the thing. Their relationships were very transactional. Once you build those relationships, >> [music] >> I think that the work that we do, we help each other a lot more. They started to see each other. They cared about each other. And then they would defend each other to other team members. Almost say it's like a a multiplier effect on the IQ of our team now because they're they're leveraging each other more and they're trusting each other more. What it What it taught me is to be intentional. [music] We're seeing really positive results in the outcomes and the impact we're having, which is really about For us, it's about saving the planet and impacting the climate. The [music] RIR framework's been really important and really impactful in that way. And and I think that's a lot of that comes out of the work that we did here.
