Dr. Janani’s success proves that top-tier medical exams are less about raw genius and more about the ruthless, repetitive mastery of high-yield patterns. Her identical mock and actual scores transform a grueling academic journey into a predictable, almost mechanical, data-matching exercise.

CoreBTR GT Score Was Exactly My INI Result- Dr. Janani Rank 112Added:
Hi everyone, I'm Dr. Zenav Bora and I have with me Dr. Janney who has secured rank 112 in this year's INICT. Your name is a part of so many national programs.
How does it feel?
>> Every time every time uh the faculty say my name during it is also in SPM class uh when they say my name everyone will be looking at me. I maybe something I feel proud of you my name like that. a national mother from now on.
>> All right. So, so let's let's talk about your preparation and your amazing rank that you have gotten. So, you know, if you have you know juniors who are looking at this and they want to get a similar rank, can you tell us your story of how you have gone about your preparation? How was your MBBS like and then you know how did you prepare after that?
>> Yes ma'am. uh during my uh UG days I didn't prepare exactly I can say that I didn't prepare for the uh uh entrance exam uh like everyone no not like everyone but I studied for the university exams and uh for clearing that and after uh completing during internship also it was hectic I wasn't able to do much during the internship but after the internship I uh started my preparation uh only in the September before that uh like uh while uh before writing neat I didn't prepare uh I just studied here and there solved some MCQs that's why but uh proper preparation started in the last September uh the time I have had one month for November in it at that time I just solved the pyqs uh INA pqs and see some saw some py that's it and uh I I wrote that uh nar I secured around 2 I guess 2.3k 2.3k in the naret ma'am after that like after completing naret I uh subscribed to btr before that I was studying uh uh from the revision notes or some notes from other sources but after completing that in set I subscribed to BTR uh okay to talking about BTR I started uh watching videos and I completed all the videos and learned uh something in the first uh first rotation. Uh completed all the videos, studied here and there and then uh started my uh second rotation. Uh at that time u again again again I was watching your videos uh I should say that uh like uh for me it was uh uh the listening is better than reading for me personally. So I have watched your videos uh for so for some subjects I watch your videos for four times some some subject five times. uh I have I read that every time when I read during the second rotation also during the third time also when every time when I start studying I switch on the videos and uh with you with you I will I I'd start studying uh after that um after that in the last 15 days even in the last 15 days I was I was watching the videos I don't advise that to anyone personally it for me it was better I watched the videos and at the in the last two days I watched the uh which one that mega BTR revision one ma'am uh in between uh I uh I attended uh most of the subject tests uh subject test and uh watch the reviews in the uh video format that was very helpful ma'am. Um uh when I see the reviews maybe I I miss some points but you you you know our mistakes what the mistake what mistakes we will make you know that you will point out oh this this is what you have made you shouldn't do that like like that you'll say you know you know as >> amazing amazing I think through so many rounds of watching the video I think by this point you can predict what I'm going to say next you know I think very very well because you've seen so many videos you know uh and I you know that's amazing so that was your strategy for approaching content and that's different you know it's interesting because uh you have learned through videos and I think it's it's the type of memory that some people have you know visual memory some people have auditory so so you know for you probably it was auditory visual both and then through the videos you were remembering better if we talk also about MCQ practices is so you watch some BTR TNDs and and then apart from that were you solving custom modules on a daily basis? What was your strategy to tackle you know daily MCQ practice?
>> Yes ma'am. Uh first uh my target was to complete all the INI pyqs. Uh I was very sure about that. Uh I solved the ini pqs at least two times. Two times I have solved all the pqs. um uh but uh every time uh even if I solve uh first time solve the first time second time I tend to make the same mistakes so that I solved the input twice um every day uh we'll solve some custom modules with all the 19 subjects and uh particularly in the last in the last April and all u I was solving only the INA pyqs and uh we were reading from the explanation mom uh maybe that will be uh more better. We will be in that topic when I read around that we'll be in that topic what they were asking we can uh be sure about that.
>> Um >> nice >> very nice. So it was a very um I I think it was a very concise approach uh with more focus on the previous year questions reading the solution to the depth and then then mastering BTR because in the end INI is a very PIT heavy exam right and and they will change the question every time but they don't change the topics that very very smart you know and and still you will not know the answer even if you have studied that topic multiple times but you will be able to eliminate and and you know you have understood very well I feel through doing uh the PITS and P multiple times. So I think that was your big strength that you understood this particular exam very well and and you did a very straightforward preparation.
You didn't do you know drift apart here and there. Stuck to the plan and you know the result is is amazing. So so very very well done and and you know any shout outs you want to give to your family your friends please do that.
>> Oh yes ma'am. uh like uh my family was they were very supportive like all the exams even in the previous one I didn't get that but they don't care about it they believed in me uh I told them okay I will clear the in this time I will clear it they they believed us they believed me so they were very supportive uh when I told them the result they my mother was crying and she was very happy oh like this oh you got this okay my brother and Everyone were very happy and my also my friends were very supportive as you said uh like two study partners good prognosis I I studied with uh one person we both are uh studying uh we were discussing actually uh like all the pyqs we were we we would solve we make some custom module around 100 questions we'll solve and we will discuss it for 1 hour uh discuss it for okay what was the mistake uh we made uh what is the reason behind that mistake that that is what we analyze. Okay, what word we were making mistake. Okay, what is the thing we didn't pick up from the question? uh either we didn't know the concept or is it a recall question like that we analyze it we analyzed the questions and uh we we uh didn't know which was our weakest subjects uh where to work on like that we learned from this from that discussion and uh yes some friends for I'd like to thank everyone and they were very supportive and after getting the result also even they didn't get the result they were very happy for me. It's a blessing to get uh get friends like that.
>> Absolutely. You are very very lucky and I hope that you know you continue to be a great friend to them as well and and you know support them in their rest of the preparation hopefully which should culminate soon. So so great journey uh what what plans now what residency are you considering?
Uh ma'am and uh Jipmar I'm uh uh confused between pediatrics and derm still I have to decide ma'am >> but you have all your options open so you can take an informed decision you know visit the hospital visit the department and find out >> yeah amazing so so happy talking to you and >> ma'am and one thing I want to add uh I attended the core BTR uh uh GT GT that ended on 12th uh mock test GT Ma'am, I got 154 correct and I left 10 questions and I got 36 questions wrong.
>> Yeah, >> it is uh it is the my INA result. Ma'am, exactly the same number of questions.
Same number of questions, same number of wrong.
>> It is exactly the same. Ma'am, >> that's so amazing. And you know first of all even in the mogt that was a very very good score because it it was on the on a difficult line and and you know so uh it must have been very encouraging and I'm so happy that you you got the same exact score. It's it's such a coincidence >> even even uh I told you mama my friend who was studying he got 150 right and the wrong and uh he left some questions it was the same for him also.
>> Oh my god.
>> Exactly. Exactly. Same.
>> Amazing.
>> Yes.
>> Very nice. You that's that's like a vote of confidence for us also. So So you know that's very very good and all the best. It was lovely talking to you. May you always keep smiling like this. Thank you ma'am. Thank you. Thank you so much.
Thank you.
