The video astutely captures the growing friction between institutional narratives and public skepticism regarding health crises. While it raises valid questions about transparency, the dramatic framing risks overshadowing the complex realities of epidemiological containment.

Why People Are Questioning the Hantavirus Story | The Cruise Captain Lied to Passengers?! Cover Up?!Ajouté :
So they are lying about this virus.
>> While this is a serious incident, WHO assesses the public health risk as low.
>> 40 people left that boat.
>> For the people on the cruise ship, I'm worried. Of course, we've got to make sure that they get uh care. For the broader public, this is not a huge concern.
>> A 40-year-old Dutch flight attendant has been hospitalized. So, what is really happening? I don't know about y'all, but things are not quite adding up here.
Before we get into today's video, I just want to let you guys know that this video is for educational entertainment purposes only. Please remember to be kind to everybody everywhere in your everyday life, in your home, in the grocery store, and especially in the comment section down below. I hope y'all have a wonderful day and a little extra love and hug to all of the women out there that have lost a child or want to be a mother and have not been able to be one yet. I hope youall have a great weekend as well. So, so let's just jump into this because a lot has happened since I put out my last video.
You guys, I don't know if y'all have noticed, we're not really hearing anything from the people on the cruise ship. Have y'all noticed that? Did y'all watch Poop Cruise on Netflix where they didn't have any internet and they couldn't like communicate to their families until the cruise got closer to the other cruise ship and then they were able to hit the internet and start letting the outside world know what's what was going on. But, we're going to get into more of that later. So you guys just stay with me. If you did not watch my first video that I put out that has all the backstory about this situation, please go watch that cuz otherwise we're going to jump right into today's video.
You guys, the WH has officially confirmed that this is indeed the Andes variant of the Hunter virus. And several people that were never even on that cruise may have contracted the virus.
And spoiler alert, I'm literally up at 6:00 a.m. this morning on Friday morning looking for updates for you guys. And there's another new suspected case. And not to mention people online, they're not they're saying some pretty wild stuff over on the Tik Tok. So, they are lying about this.
I just came across something that is insane. You know how everyone doesn't want them to get off the ship, keep them on the ship, don't let them disembark.
Well, guess what? you know, the Swiss couple, you know, the husband, they flew back to Switzerland, they disembarked early, and now he went to the hospital.
He has it. They're both in quarantine.
She They're monitoring her for symptoms.
I was thinking, why would they let them off? It's very weird. So, as I started researching, guess what, guys?
23 people, not not just those two, 23 people got off that cruise at the same time.
already got off of that ship between April 21st and April 24th and we haven't heard a single word about it.
But not only that, they've they've taken several people off of this cruise ship to receive medical care and potentially 40 people have already gotten off of the ship earlier and they're now back at their home or in their home countries including the US. Now, before we get into the rest, I need to remind y'all I'm not a professional. I pull all of my information from very public sources and news sources that is already out there.
Filter it through my own words and opinions. Please go do your own research, form your own opinions.
Everything in this video is alleged.
Just don't show hate to anybody anywhere. Now again, if you watched my last video, we talked about how the Andes variant of the hunt virus is the one that you can spread from person to person, okay? Human contact. And at the time, the WHO had not officially confirmed it yet, but now they have confirmed it that yes, it is the variant that spreads from person to person. And since my last video, three people, including the ship's doctor, were evacuated off the ship and taken to specialized hospitals in Europe. Now, get this, y'all, because I I'm going to tell y'all, it's blowing my mind. It's blowing my mind. It's giving back soup, if you know what I mean. I I'm having flashbacks. I mean, do we are we all we went through some things in this past six years, right? Listen to this. The official word at this point is that the experts believe that this outbreak may have been caused by the Dutch couple.
You guys remember the first man that passed on the ship and his wife later passed away after getting off of the ship and getting onto an airplane. But then get this, the people that worked on the cruise ship after he passed away, they did an announcement and told everybody, they called everybody, "Hey," they said, "Yes, this this gentleman, he passed away from natural causes." Check this out.
>> One of our passengers, suddenly passed away last night.
Uh, tragic as it is, it was due to natural causes. to believe whatever health issues he was struggling with uh I'm told by the doctor not infectious. So the ship is safe when it comes to that health issues he was striving with uh I'm told by the doctor not infectious so the ship is safe when it comes to that.
>> And it almost makes me wonder if the boat captain or the people on the ship knew that he was sick that he was having symptoms and then they let the wife get off. I mean, what an odd thing to say for somebody that passes away from natural causes. Now, don't worry, he's not infectious. The ship is safe, but then you let the wife get off, too. Now, they didn't know then that it was the Hunter virus, so I'm not going to hold that against them. But how weird is that? Well, now they're saying that apparently this couple visited a landfill site during a bird watching tour, and authorities believe that this must be where they contracted the virus.
And this is what is giving me the bat soup theory. If y'all remember, then you remember because it's like, "Oh, where did they get the Oh, they went and watched birds at a landfill site." So, this is where they contracted it.
However, authorities have also said that this area where the landfill is has never had a recorded case of the Hunter virus. Never happened before. So, how can they say that? Now, remember earlier when I said people who were never on this cruise ship may have contracted this virus? Well, a Dutch flight attendant who came in contact with that wife that was on the the airplane before she passed away is now being tested for the hunter virus. And this flight attendant briefly helped this woman get off of the plane when she was supposed to get onto her second flight, but again, she was deemed too sick to fly.
Well, the Dutch woman later collapsed again at the airport. She passed away.
This flight attendant was picked up from her home by medical crews after reportedly experiencing mild symptoms.
According to health officials, so she helps her get off the plane, not long afterwards, she starts getting symptoms.
And maybe she just had a sniffle. Cuz you better believe one thing. If I come in contact with something like this, honey, and I get dust in my nose and I sneeze, I'm calling them people, come and monitor me. And maybe that's what she did cuz that's what I would be doing. Yes. Put me in a padded room. put hook me up to an IV and a heart monitor and make sure I'm not coming down with with this crazy mess. And so maybe that's what she's doing.
But maybe it's not. And if it's not, this is going to be very concerning very quickly. There's also been reporting that there is this French person that was on the plane with this Dutch woman on her first flight and never stepped foot on the ship is also being monitored. And this is according to France's health ministry. Testing information for this person is not available as of right now either. And again, another person who was never on the ship who just came in contact with her and the test results have not come back yet or they're not telling us that they have not come back yet. Like I said earlier, 40 people are already back home. So all the people that are saying don't let them off the ship, there's still a lot of people on the ship right now, but there's a lot of people that are already off. 40 people. Four 40 4 as in quarant people left that boat early.
This information did not come from the WHO or any health officials. Apparently, a Spanish person that was on the ship reached out to a large media company in Spain and told them and that's how the information came out. So, it makes you wonder what else are they not telling us? If they're not telling us that 40 people are already off the ship and back home, hopefully not sneezing all over the place, what else are they not telling us? Reportedly, these people are from 12 different countries, including the Netherlands, Switzerland, the UK, Canada, Germany, and the US. Now, it comes this morning as we're learning from the Associated Press that 40 individuals from the cruise ship where the outbreak really exploded left the cruise ship at an island called St. Helena early before the cruise ship concluded. Those 40 people are theoretically all across the globe. We have Georgia health authorities in the United States of America monitoring two individuals even though they say no symptoms, no sign of infection. But essentially the race to contact trace those 40 individuals and anyone who may have come into contact with someone who has confirmed haunt virus is on. And well now we have a flight attendant from a KM flight who is hospitalized with possible symptoms. Now authorities are stressing that there is no threat to the general public. It remains extremely low and it's extremely difficult to transmit this human to human. So far, what we know is there are people in Singapore being tested and isolated. There are two people in the UK who have no symptoms but are selfisolating. And there are two people in Canada that are actively being monitored. And I want y'all to remember if you watched my first video that this virus has a long incubation period. It can it can sit in a person's system dormant where you can't tell they have it from zero days up to eight weeks. So, a person can contract it, walk around, maybe they just have the sniffles, maybe they just, but they can be spreading it.
And now it has officially been announced that residents in at least four US states were on that ship and are now being monitored. And they are from California, Arizona, Texas, and Georgia.
And Lord, I hope every single one of them are healthy and fine and feeling good and feel good for 16 weeks, not just eight. reportedly. Again, none of them are showing any symptoms. Now, this is not the first time that there has been an Andes virus outbreak, but more on that later because a lot of people are wondering why we haven't heard more from the people that are on the ship.
Have y'all thought about that? Like, you got all these people on a cruise ship.
If y'all look on Tik Tok and YouTube, there's all kind of videos of people on cruises, you guys, all the time, showing reviews, da da da da, but it's like nobody is communicating from inside the ship. Very weird. And if you remember from my last video, there was only one person that we heard from on the ship, and it was a person named Jake. I normally wouldn't make a video like this, but I feel like I need to say something, so I wrote a few things down.
I am currently on board the MVAS and what's happening right now is very real for all of us here.
We're not just a story. We're not just headlines. We're people. People with families with lives with people waiting for us at home.
There's a lot of uncertainty and that's the hardest part.
All we want right now is to feel safe, to have clarity, and to get home. So, if you're seeing coverage about this, just remember that there are real people behind it, and that this isn't something happening somewhere far away. It's happening to us right now. I'll share more when I can, but for now, I just ask for your kindness and understanding. Thank you.
And some people believe that Jake is reading off of a script in this video.
And I'm not going to lie, I thought that, but I have to stop myself sometimes because not everything is a conspiracy, okay? Not everything is.
Some things are just weird. Sometimes people just look different. Sometimes things are, you know what I'm saying?
Not everything is a conspiracy. But I did think like, man, the way he's sitting, it almost feels like he was acting. I mean, some people have even said that they believe that Jake could be a crisis actor that was asked to make this video to actually cause panic. It appears that CBS News may have posted Jake's video before Jake even posted it himself. It also appears that Jake is a travel vlogger and has traveled like with this cruise company before. Since then, someone else has spoken out from the ship. He also appears to be a travel vlogger.
>> And I'm sorry, how is it that there are 147 people on board with three people dead, seven confirmed cases of the Hanta virus, and the only video we've all seen from inside the ship is one guy named Jake crying in his cabin. No, I'm sorry.
I'm not buying it, okay? Because you're talking to somebody who watches a lot of cruise ship drama on Tik Tok. In fact, it is one of my favorite Tik Tok subg genres that exists, okay? I watch it all the time. And if there's one thing that I have learned from those Tik Tockers, it is that if someone so much as catches a stomach flu on a Carnival cruise, there are 19 Tik Toks, four Facebook lives, and some woman named Brenda locked in a closet filming herself saying, "Please help us." Like it's the freaking Blair Witch Project. So, I decided to investigate. Not a full rabbit hole because I have other investigations that require my attention right now. But what I did find was interesting. So, first I went looking for the original Jake video because like many of you, the first time I saw it was on the CBS Tik Tok account, which is a company owned by Larry Ellison now. But I digress. I couldn't find the original video anywhere, but luckily CBS did put in the tippy top corner of the video Jake's username on Tik Tok. So, I went to his page to see if I could find it there.
No. So, I started scrolling through Jake's page and I learned that he is a Boston travel content creator and he's been to like hundreds of countries.
Although none of his videos have gotten like a super high amount of views, but yet he's got 5.6 million. I just know that that's weird. Anyways, he's got sponsorship links. He's got collaborations. He's got a Yahoo email.
And if you go over to Tik Tok shop, he's hawking a bunch of, you know, travel consumerism junk. And I'm scrolling through his posts and he's got this weird PR statement as one of them. Mind you, he didn't even post the video that he sent to CBS on his own account, remember? So, I don't know. That's it's weird. But then I hit this penguin video from the trip and it's a stunning video with a highresolution camera and I mean look the sky is insane. It's a clearly very beautiful. But just keep in mind what this sky looks like, okay? Because I'm going to it's going to come back later. I went to Google and searched for the name of the ship, the MV Hondias, filtered the dates to be before the outbreak became public, and went to videos to see if I had missed anything because this is the exact kind of trip where you would normally see people posting pictures of wildlife or videos of the sunset or rough seas with the yoho sound, cabin tours, meals, anything. The only videos are from Jake Rosemarian.
This is weird. And then I read about one other passenger who was quoted in BBC and AP coverage named Kasmato, also known online as Iben Hatuta. Sorry if I mispronounced that. This guy. And he sent over footage over WhatsApp to AP News and BBC. And he gave them quotes specifically saying, "Actually, morale is high. People are watching movies, reading, and drinking hot drinks. Three people are dead." And then it gets even weirder because he's posting stuff like this on his story. You can pause to read it, but the second paragraph says, "This whole situation has been blown out of proportion partly because of one person panicking on the ship whose video has been circulating on the media. While his reaction is valid, it doesn't represent the situation on board everyone else, 148 out of 149, has been calm. The situation is under control, and we just wish those who are sick a speedy recovery." Ah, I don't. And his videos also look cinematic, except if you'll notice, his sky is blue. His video clips around a lot, but from every which angle, it's the same blue sky. You mean to tell me that both of these content creators were there during sunset and Jake's the only one that got a video with the beautiful pink orange sky? M fools. They think we're fools. I mean, come on. You expect us to believe that after the outbreak happens and people are locked in their rooms, forced to quarantine, and the only two passengers from inside the ship we hear from are two travel influencers, >> which is interesting. It seems the conversation seems very controlled. Like I don't know. I don't I don't know. A lot of people are wondering again why we have not heard from more people that are on that ship. Some people believe that it's because they're older and they don't use social media. Okay, I'm seeing videos all about the haunt virus and the cruise ship. And I just have one thing to add to this conversation and that is all the comments that people are saying like, "Why is only that one guy vlogging? Why is only one passenger showing the ship and their journey and what's going on?" It's who do you think can afford a 35day cruise on a luxury ship?
Old people.
They don't have social media. They're not vlogging. This guy is probably one of the only younger people on the ship who vlogs, who even has Tik Tok downloaded to their phone. Guys, be so for real. I'm sorry. Sorry, I just had to say it because every time I'm like reading, watching these informational videos and then I go to the comments and it's people being like, "Something sketchy going on. Why is only one person filming?
Please, let's like use our little brain." Which, let me tell y'all right now, my 84year-old grandma is on social media, y'all.
Our 72year-old My 72-year-old father-in-law's actually grandma Lee.
Y'all know Grandma Lee? She's about to be 90 in June and she is on social media, honey. And some of the stuff she shares like guys without a shirt on and a little Santa hat at Christmas time.
I'm like, "Grandma, what are you posting?" She's like, "Well, I thought IT WAS A NICE PICTURE." You know what I'm saying? So, I don't really think that 150 people that is still left on the ship, all of them just they're going on these big expeditions, but they can't figure out how to use their phones. I don't think that's it at all. I think that either they have some sort of internet block over the ship or they're asking I just find it hard to believe that they could literally get every single person to fall in line and not say anything about what's going on.
Even if I don't know, something's weird about it, you guys. Something's very weird. Who knows? By the time they get off of the ship, they may be men and black.
What is happening with the ship right now? Well, let's talk about the current plan. Currently, the ship is on its way to Spain where it plans to dock in the Canary Islands on Sunday, Mother's Day.
From there, reportedly the plan is to allow all healthy non- Spanish citizens to travel back home. 14 Spanish passengers will be quarantined in a military hospital in Madrid. And I think that that is a fabulous idea. I mean, I would think if they knew the severity of it, they would probably want that. And again y'all, this is not CV19 with a 1% fatality rate. This is not good at all. But according to the CDC, as of May 6th, the risk to the American public is extremely low. And I hope that they're right. Oh my gosh, I hope that they're right. But is it really low? Because something like this has actually happened before.
There was a significant Andes antivirus outbreak in Argentina back in 2018.
There were 34 confirmed cases and 11 passings. That is a lot. That is 34 people in a room and 11 people are on the floor no longer breathing. That is a lot when you think about it. It was referred to as a super spreader event. A scientific study was conducted and the conclusion of that study says that the Andes virus does not only spread through close contact. According to a CNN article about this back in 2018, an expert on that case says that the window for transmission of the Andes virus appears to be pretty short. Okay? And that people are at their peak of infection on the day that they actually develop a fever. But I'm I'm telling y'all, they told us that with CO, too.
They told us that with CO, but I hope that they're right this time. But the study also found that the virus could be passed relatively easy during this window after periods of only brief close proximity to someone. It also says that the researchers were able to show that the first patient who was a 68-year-old man attended a birthday party with about a hundred other people, infected someone else after being in contact with them for only a few moments on his way to the restroom. So, he passed them on to the way to the restroom and spread this Andes Hunter virus. And I'm telling y'all, they keep saying, y'all, I watched the WH this morning talk and listen, they're the experts. Y'all don't listen to me, y'all. Uh, please, please, for the love of God, don't listen to me.
But my thought goes, y'all keep saying it's very rare that it spreads, but guess what? It's been spreading. It has spread. There are multiple people that have passed. There are multiple people that are very sick. So, how rare is it really? Truly, you're saying now that these people just picked it up while they were bird watching on a tour and then started spreading it and passed away. One lady falls out in the dagum airport and you're saying, "Don't worry, it's rare." I'm like, "Okay, here's what the WHO had to say about the case >> and all the things going on social media." I just wanted to address the situation. What makes unique here is similarity crowded in a confined space.
We had a similar situation in Argentina in 2018 to 2019 when a symptotomatic individual attended a social gathering.
So that led to a lot of people getting infected. So we are in a similar situation right now. A cluster in a confined space with close contact. Does that mean the rest of the world this disease will spread? We had that outbreak in 2018 and it led only 34 cases. We may had similar cases from there. So I just want to show that if we follow public health measures and the lessons we learned from Argentina now is shared across all countries what needs to happen in contact tracing isolation we can break this chain of transmission and this doesn't need to be a large epidemic. It's an specific confined setting where people are interacting in a prolonged close contact. So we feel it's very quite familiar to the 2000 outbreak in Argentina and we don't anticipate a large epidemic.
>> And I don't know you guys, I really appreciate his optimism and they are the experts. But my little unprofessional mind goes, "Yeah, but that incident that they're talking about in 2018 was one man that went to a birthday party and out of 38 people that ended up getting infected from that little cluster, 11 of them lost their lives. This was an infected ship and people have gotten off of this ship and spread to all different places of the world." That's makes me go, "Okay, what's going on here?" And I don't know if y'all remember, but when CV19 hit and the professionals were saying there's nothing to worry about, they were saying don't buy a mask. You don't need to wear a mask. And then later they said the reason why they told people not to buy masks is because they did not want us to buy masks and take all the masks away from the health professionals. But then later they mandated masks in a lot of places and said you had to wear them. But for a while they told us no, no, don't wear a mask. And then later they're like, "Yeah, you need to wear a mask. Matter of fact, you have to wear a mask." I mean, are we going through that again?
Are what they is what they're telling us the actual truth or is this what they're saying to keep everybody calm for now?
Now, health officials and experts are still saying that a largecale transmission is still unlikely because it can only be spread through close contact, which again is so hard to understand because anyways, they're saying you have to actually share bed or food >> given the incubation period of the Andes virus which can be up to 6 weeks. It's possible that more cases may be reported.
While this is a serious incident, WHO assesses the public health risk as low.
>> So, let's talk about some of the concerns because there are medical doctors from all over the world that are saying that this is not CV19 and we should not worry about another pandemic.
Thank God.
>> For the people on the cruise ship, I'm worried. Of course, we've got to make sure that they get uh care for the broader public. This is not a huge concern. This virus just doesn't spread that easily from person to person. It can happen. Obviously, we think it has happened here, but this is not like COVID or flu. This is not going to become a major global outbreak. However, a lot of people are really concerned, especially because there is this article floating around that says that the company Madna is collaborating with the Korea University vaccine innovation center to develop an mRNA based that targets hunter virus. This article appears to be from back in 2024. I mean, just look at this post from X that the WHO posted about CV19 on January 14th, 2020. It says, "Preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of humanto human transmission of the novel CV19 identified in Wuhan, China. People are also concerned because now there is this clip of Bill Gates resurfacing." Uh, and it won't be the last pandemic. Uh, the next one could be far more severe. I mean, this one, it killed millions. It was awful. Uh, we got the So, um, you know, we should be more prepared both for a pandemic. I'd say that's still number one. There are also people that are saying, "Listen, Argentina just detached themselves from the WH just like a month or two ago, this year, 2026, and how convenient for this type of virus to come out of their country."
Like, it's just very odd timing. I mean, I don't think anything of that, but I mean, oh my gosh, every single time I go, "Oh, everything's not a conspiracy, Christina." It ends up being a conspiracy, y'all. But I'm not saying that. I'm just throwing it out there because that is something. Here's the date right here where Argentina detached themselves or left the WHO and then now this virus comes out of there.
Allegedly, people are also worried because of the FIFA World Cup that is supposed to be happening in 16 different cities, 11 of them in the US, three in Mexico, and two in Canada. And mind you, the United States allegedly has just detached themselves from the WHO, and so is Argentina. So, how convenient for this virus to come out of Argentina and then go I mean, so and as I got up this morning on Friday morning, May the 8th, to look for updates, it looks like that flight attendant did test negative for the Hunter virus, which is super encouraging. However, there is another person already as of now on record that is suspected to be a new case. So, I'll be keeping my eyes on that as well.
Again, I don't I don't think this is going to spread. I don't I do not in the name of Jesus. It's not because this is not something to play with. This is not no sniffle. This ain't no cold or no cough. This is very very serious. So this is not going to spread. But we do got to talk about the ideas and things that are people ideas people have out there because people are quite concerned that this virus may spread even more and more and more especially with all these people coming from other countries to the World Cup here. What do y'all think?
I think this is what I think. I think we're not getting the whole truth. We're never getting the whole truth. It doesn't matter what it is. Doesn't matter if it is Nancy Guthrie Idaho 4 or what. We're never we're never ever ever getting the whole truth. Um I think that even if there really was something to worry about right now, they're not going to tell us this early because they don't want people panicking and they don't want y'all going out and buying up all the toilet paper. You guys, you know what I'm saying? Some of us still want to be able to go and buy toilet paper in peace. I think it would be something like with CV19. They're not going to announce anything until they absolutely have to. Until they cannot hide things anymore, which is concerning, but also I don't think this type of thing is happening. I just don't it's it's way too bad. It can't happen and I just don't think it's going to happen. So, that's all I got for you.
What do y'all think? Let me know what y'all think in the comments section down below. Other than that, y'all have a wonderful weekend. Again, happy Mother's Day to all of y'all out there. I love you guys. Hugs. Hugs. Hugs, hugs, hugs, hugs, hugs, hugs. Y'all have a great weekend and I'll see y'all next week for the next video. Love you guys. Bye.
