Prolonged military conflict creates cascading economic and strategic vulnerabilities for the aggressor nation, as demonstrated by Russia's record budget deficit of 11 trillion rubles, record wage arrears of nearly 3 billion rubles in April, and forced reduction of oil production to 400 barrels per day due to drone attacks on refineries, while Ukraine's strategic targeting of Russian military infrastructure and supply routes disrupts the enemy's logistical capabilities and creates pressure on allied nations like Belarus to avoid direct military involvement.

💥NOW! MOSCOW ENSNARED BY MISSILE THREAT! RUSSIAN ALL KEY TARGETS SUFFERED UNPRECEDENTED CRUSH!追加:
A proven strategy. Russian air defense shoots down Ukrainian drones with houses. Sweden will deliver a batch of Gripen fighter jets to Ukraine. [music] Zelensky met with American congressmen in Kyiv.
The main topics for discussion are strengthening Ukrainian air defense and extending sanctions against Russia.
Balloons are attacking Russia. The Ukrainian armed forces are using aerostats that are unaffected by electronic warfare.
Twaps, Taganrog, Voronezh. What new targets have Ptakh and Modi destroyed?
Turkey has almost halved its purchases of Russian oil and due to problems with domestic production, Belarusian gasoline has started being traded on Russian exchanges.
The Kremlin has record wage arrears as well as a record budget deficit. State Duma deputies are openly stating this.
And the security forces have identified 500 military targets in Belarus in case Lukashenka decides to fight on Putin's side. Good afternoon.
It's noon, Thursday. Today's news. This is Bohdan Lozuka with you. Don't be lazy. Subscribe to our channel and be sure to like this video. But now let's begin. Last night Ukraine carried out another drone strike on Russian regions.
>> [music] >> The Russian Federation reported that they shot down more than 60 attack drones over the territories of Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Nizhny Novgorod, and Tambov regions, the annexed Crimea, and over the waters of the Sea of Azov.
This is exactly what those shoot downs looked like. Initially Novgorod electronic warfare redirected a Ukrainian drone straight into the regional court building damaging the structure.
More fighter jets for Ukraine.
>> [music] >> Sweden is ready to deliver a new batch of Gripen JAS 39 fighter jets.
This was reported by the Swedish publication Aftonbladet [music] citing its sources in the government.
Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson is expected to announce this today during his visit to the upland military base.
The exact number of Gripen fighter jets has not been [music] specified. Ukraine will pay for them using an EU loan.
American congressmen have arrived in Kyiv and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy immediately met with them. Against the backdrop of recent massive attacks, Richard [music] Blumenthal and Jim Himes arrived in the capital to discuss strengthening Ukraine's air defense.
The president stated that Ukraine needs both air-launched anti-ballistic missiles for the Patriot system and personally handed the congressman a letter to the White House and the US Congress requesting urgent assistance.
The congressmen and the president also discussed maintaining sanctions against Russia, the situation at the front, and a possible US agreement on joint drone projects.
In the special operations forces, military targets on Russian territory are being attacked using balloons. These so-called MVS are small balloons.
Ukrainian fighters attach Hornet strike drones [music] to them, and such aerostats can only be suppressed by electronic warfare systems.
Similar strike mechanisms have already been recorded in Krasnodar Krai, Rostov Oblast, North Ossetia, and the annexed Crimea.
Z-bloggers are already complaining en masse that this is a very effective weapon for which there is currently no countermeasure.
Tuapse, Taganrog, Voronezh, and the occupied Donetsk. Military targets in these cities have been attacked by Ukrainian drones. These kamikaze drones are literally destroying Russian enterprises that supply Putin's army.
>> It's heating up all across Russia, from Voronezh to Tuapse.
>> Right over here, in this exact spot.
Take a look.
>> For the fifth time this spring, the Tuapse oil refinery has been struck by the Ukrainian armed forces.
Explosions were also heard at night in Taganrog. A facility engaged in the repair and modernization of Russian military aviation was successfully attacked.
The morning did not go well on the peninsula in the annexed cities of Sevastopol and Simferopol.
Additionally, there have also been several reports coming in of targeted aerial strikes on the Baltimore military air base located in Voronezh.
>> Located within the central region of the Crimean peninsula, the city of Simferopol serves as a major administrative hub.
>> According to reports from propagandists, a missile hit the building of the Southern Directorate of the Central Bank.
>> In the area of Google Street, according to preliminary information, a missile also damaged an administrative building that had not been used for a long time.
>> Every voice matters. Join our community, support independent journalism, and help us bring you the truth from Ukraine.

>> But the actual target was the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet's Air Force.
Also on Google Street, but no photos or videos from there are being shown. Only local residents are sharing information online.
>> In Sevastopol, a strike hit the headquarters building of the Black Sea Fleet's Air Force. Part of Google Street in Sevastopol near the Air Force headquarters has been closed to traffic.
>> The occupied part of Donetsk region has also lost important facilities for the enemy.
>> What happened?
>> Locals saw a glow in the sky and heard explosions in Donetsk and Makiivka.
>> Ukraine has created real hell for the logistics of the Russian Federation's troops.
>> Positioned directly underneath the surface.
>> Key supply routes in the occupied areas of Ukraine came under fire.
Our defenders are paying special attention to the land corridor that connects Russia with Crimea through the occupied territories.
>> Another drone.
Burned another vehicle again.
>> We're talking about the Rostov-Mariupol-Melitopol-Dzhankoy route. This route plays an important role for the occupiers in transferring equipment, ammunition, fuel, and Russian army personnel. But as we can see, the Kremlin's plans have been disrupted.
>> Everything is going according to plan, according to plan, according to plan, according to plan, just according to plan, right on schedule.
>> Movement along certain sections of the highway is significantly complicated due to the constant threat of strikes.
Meanwhile, dissatisfaction among Russian military bloggers is growing.
They accuse collaborators of being unable to ensure the stable operation of logistical routes.
>> Hornet kamikaze drones are now flying more than 150 km from the front line, reaching the Veselovoznesenka checkpoint on the administrative border between the DPR and Rostov region.
>> All enemy equipment is under attack.
Cargo trucks, fuel tankers, fuel and lubricant depots, and transport hubs used to supply Russian units.
And there is already an effect. The Russian Federation is already preparing restrictions on fuel exports.
>> Deep within the historic walls of the Moscow Kremlin, where the heart of Russian power resides.
>> They are considering the possibility of banning the export of diesel and kerosene after a series of attacks.
>> Hooray.
>> The goal of our military is to complicate the delivery of resources to the line of contact and to increase the strain on the enemy's supply system.
If the strikes intensify further, which is clearly inevitable, the supply [music] of fuel, goods, and logistical support for Russian forces along the entire southern section of the front could be at risk.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian armed forces are confidently clearing Ukrainian land of the Russian world.
>> Turkey has started purchasing significantly less Russian oil, and imports have dropped to their lowest level in the past year and a half.
According to analysts, in May, Turkey purchased about 161,000 barrels per day, compared to more than 300,000 barrels a year ago.
The news agency Reuters reports that Turkey is reducing imports due to rising prices for Russian oil and a decrease in discounts that Turkish buyers had become accustomed to since the start of the full-scale invasion.
Recently, Russia has been increasingly redirecting its supplies to Asia and primarily to India.
Long-range Ukrainian sanctions against Russian oil refineries are making themselves felt. For example, Belarusian oil has appeared for sale on the St. [music] Petersburg Exchange. From May 1st to 22nd, sales increased to more than 17,000 tons.
>> [music] >> And just a year ago, this volume was about 0.3 thousand tons. Currently, [music] there is a huge shortage of supply on the Russian market due to Ukrainian attacks on oil refineries.
Against this backdrop, Russian buyers are increasingly turning to Belarusian fuel despite its higher price.
Supplies from Belarus only partially help to compensate for the fuel shortage.
The two Belarusian oil refineries, Mozyr and Novopolotsk, can only [music] partially cover Russia's needs due to the lost capacities of the Russian market.
But the Belarusian refineries could also be forced to shut down if Putin ultimately compels Lukashenka to go to war.
Ukrainian defenders have already identified 500 targets in Belarus for attack in the event that Lukashenka's army directly enters the war against Ukraine.
Details in our report.
>> [music] >> A new argument for Lukashenka not to get involved in the war against Ukraine. The first 500 military targets in Belarus are already known and identified. If the Ukrainian armed forces see that a new invasion from the north is inevitable, Kyiv will strike first, destroying the offensive potential of what would then be the enemy.
Such a resonant statement was made by the head of the unmanned systems forces, Robert Magyar Brody. At the same time, these remarks coincided with the visit of Belarusian opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya to Kyiv.
As it turned out, she's also aware of Lukashenka's plans and is ready to help.
On >> Within the territory of Belarus, they are actively constructing and developing, let's say, a comprehensive and permanent infrastructure network.
One that simply shouldn't exist if there isn't a significant and great military [music] escalation currently underway.
And we are consistently sharing and communicating all of this vital information with our international partners.
>> At the same time, the list of 500 targets was clearly not compiled just yesterday. According to analysts, they became legitimate targets from the moment they started working for Russia.
But so far, Ukraine has not responded.
However, if not only the Belarusian military-industrial complex, but also the army joins the Russians, a strike will be delivered immediately.
>> It is absolutely fair to consider as legitimate targets the integral plants in the center of Minsk which produce microchips for all the missiles that are directly launched as well as the factories that manufacture and sell optics for sites including artillery sites which are installed on T-90 tanks and so on. And there are many more examples that could be listed here.
>> Analysts believe that many targets were revealed during the recent exercises conducted by official Minsk under Moscow's auspices. The number of targets also increased after Russian nuclear weapons were transferred to Belarus.
We >> We are observing certain military activity in Belarus.
This is also confirmed by the recent exercises which included the use of potential nuclear weapons. What Moscow refers to as so-called nuclear deterrence.
And it is clear that the nuclear component in particular, especially the possibility of launching long-range strikes and the potential deployment of more Iskander missiles on Belarusian territory pose threats not only to Ukraine >> At the same time, the European military community is also aware of the threat from Belarus. Of course, they do not openly discuss the list of targets there, but it is likely that in the event of aggression from Minsk, a response would come not only from Ukraine, but also from our partners.
>> It is important to understand that if strikes are launched from Belarusian territory or if such strikes are being prepared, there will be retaliatory drone attacks and counterstrikes including from the defense forces and possibly from NATO forces targeting military facilities specifically on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
And this can be avoided.
>> And it seems that no one wants to avoid Belarus's involvement in the war more than Lukashenko himself. And that's understandable. After all, as the military joke, if that happens, he will become the second legitimate target after Putin. I >> think he is well aware that he doesn't have a bunker deep enough to guarantee that as they say, something won't reach him, especially considering that by 2026, the means will be much more effective than they were in 2022.
>> The Belarusian military leadership is also wary of a possible Ukrainian response. Not only is the local command basically not inclined to fight against the Ukrainian armed forces as they have demonstrated repeatedly.
And being knowledgeable in military affairs, they clearly understand how it would end for them.
>> I think that in Belarus the entire military leadership, including the political leadership, clearly sees and knows, looking at examples of how we act towards military facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation, what could happen in Belarus.
There is an understanding. This has been illustrated and demonstrated more than once.
And >> Therefore, even if Putin does manage to pressure Lukashenko, sabotage among the military cannot be ruled out.
Cannons and tanks could simply be turned toward Minsk and finish what couldn't be accomplished during the protest in 2020.
>> Record wage arrears in the Russian Federation. Debts in Russian organizations have risen to the highest level since the end of 2019. This is official information provided by Rosstat.
According to this data, in April alone, overdue wage arrears of Russian organizations amounted to almost 3 billion rubles.
The overdue amount is 35% higher than in March.
Compared to the same period in 2025, the increase is nearly 100%. In total, organizations owe wages to almost 20,000 employees.
>> Russia has fought [music] itself into an 11 trillion deficit. A State Duma deputy swore while talking about the budget deficit. Valery Gartung, chairman of the State Duma Committee on Competition Protection, couldn't hold back and used profanity while discussing the growing hole in the federal treasury. Quite telling, isn't it?
Details about the Russian budget deficit are in our report.
>> Yes, they managed it. State Duma deputies are describing the situation with the Russian budget using profanity.
We're talking about Valery Gartung, chairman of the State Duma Committee on Competition Protection, who was describing the growing hole in the federal budget.
>> Let's see what we're going to do about the federal budget deficit.
Last year we had over 5 trillion, and now it's almost another 5 trillion.
So, in total it's already about 11 trillion.
What are we going to do about this?
Are we going to print money or what?
Like in 1992, when prices rose by 30% every week?
>> Gartung asked his colleagues what should be done in the current situation. And he puts forward his own proposal.
Collect money where it actually exists.
In natural monopolies, in the raw materials and financial sectors.
>> The expenditure side of the Russian budget has currently increased by 16%.
These are record figures.
This is evidence that the Russian economy has effectively overheated. The only source of replenishing the Russian treasury was the sale of oil and petroleum products to end consumers. At the moment, the Russian Federation has been forced to reduce production, not refining, but specifically oil extraction, to 400 barrels per day.
These are record-breaking figures for the decline in oil production.
Since the time of the coronavirus, the Russian side itself cites the successful attacks by Ukrainian drones on the largest oil refineries in the Russian Federation as the reason for the decline in Russian oil production.
>> Sometime later, Valery Gartung commented on his expressive speech and assured that there was no foul language in it.
>> Valery Gartung, deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
There was absolutely no foul language at all. Why would there be? What kind of foul language could there be? No, that's impossible. That's out of the question.
I don't have such words in my vocabulary. Maybe someone else might slip up if they have those words in their vocabulary, but I don't.
>> As of April, Russia's budget deficit had increased to a record 5.9 trillion rubles or 2.5% of GDP.
And even revenues from oil due to the war in the Middle East couldn't save the situation.
>> I remind you the Russian budget depends on foreign currency revenues for 40% specifically from the sale of oil, gas, and other fossil minerals.
The Russian Federation has in fact remained a raw materials appendage.
And against the backdrop of China officially refusing the Russian Federation's strategic proposal to build the second line of the power of Siberia 2 gas pipeline, Russia's opportunities to diversify its gas and oil sales either to China or to other global consumers have essentially dropped to zero. This leaves the Kremlin with very few alternatives for its energy exports.
>> Even though Russia manipulates real economic figures to convince Ukraine's Western allies that the Russian economy has withstood military expenses and Western sanctions, the situation for Russians is far from ideal. To cover the budget deficit, the Bank of Russia has sold almost 22 tons of gold since the beginning of 2026.
And 2026 itself is being called the point of no return for the Russian economy.
>> Well, that's all I have time to tell you for now. But in the next episode, I'll share even more of the most relevant news with you. In the meantime, be sure to like this video if you haven't already, and subscribe to our channel to learn even more.
