[00:09:33]The two Belarusian oil refineries, Mozyr and Novopolotsk, can only [music] partially cover Russia's needs due to the lost capacities of the Russian market.

[00:09:44]But the Belarusian refineries could also be forced to shut down if Putin ultimately compels Lukashenka to go to war.

[00:09:50]Ukrainian defenders have already identified 500 targets in Belarus for attack in the event that Lukashenka's army directly enters the war against Ukraine.

[00:11:30]>> It is absolutely fair to consider as legitimate targets the integral plants in the center of Minsk which produce microchips for all the missiles that are directly launched as well as the factories that manufacture and sell optics for sites including artillery sites which are installed on T-90 tanks and so on. And there are many more examples that could be listed here.

[00:11:51]>> Analysts believe that many targets were revealed during the recent exercises conducted by official Minsk under Moscow's auspices. The number of targets also increased after Russian nuclear weapons were transferred to Belarus.

[00:12:04]We >> We are observing certain military activity in Belarus.

[00:12:08]This is also confirmed by the recent exercises which included the use of potential nuclear weapons. What Moscow refers to as so-called nuclear deterrence.

Of course, they do not openly discuss the list of targets there, but it is likely that in the event of aggression from Minsk, a response would come not only from Ukraine, but also from our partners.

[00:12:46]>> It is important to understand that if strikes are launched from Belarusian territory or if such strikes are being prepared, there will be retaliatory drone attacks and counterstrikes including from the defense forces and possibly from NATO forces targeting military facilities specifically on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

[00:13:05]>> And it seems that no one wants to avoid Belarus's involvement in the war more than Lukashenko himself. And that's understandable. After all, as the military joke, if that happens, he will become the second legitimate target after Putin. [00:14:47]Compared to the same period in 2025, the increase is nearly 100%. In total, organizations owe wages to almost 20,000 employees.

[00:16:40]Since the time of the coronavirus, the Russian side itself cites the successful attacks by Ukrainian drones on the largest oil refineries in the Russian Federation as the reason for the decline in Russian oil production.
