[00:00:00]Right behind me is Palm Beach. Probably one of the most famous areas in all of South Florida. And truth be told, people used to actually never come across the Intracoastal to West Palm. That is until now. As West Palm transitions into becoming the Wall Street of the South, and as they build the Billionaire Corridor right here along the water with numerous new projects coming like that of the Ritz-Carlton Residences, which is a residence-only building. You also have Shorecrest, Olara, Alba Palm Beach, and even the Mandarin Oriental, which is actually the first stand-alone Mandarin Oriental in all of South Florida. Not to mention everything going on in the downtown core of West Palm with CityPlace, the Mr. C Residences, the brand new Cleveland Clinic coming, everything going on with the Good Samaritan Hospital, and even the Vanderbilt University campus. West Palm Beach might truly become the future of South Florida.
