The bull's-eye rash is is a hallmark of Lyme disease. If you see the bull's-eye rash and it's the true what we call erythema migrans, which is an expanding ring around the Well, it doesn't have to be around the epicenter of the tick bite, but often it's around the epicenter of the tick bite.
