[00:00:00]Studies have shown that patients with sarcoma which means SFT that are treated by sarcoma experts live longer.

[00:00:10]Have better outcomes.

[00:00:12]Especially there's data behind that. And there's data behind that they have better outcomes because they're being focused on they're going to a doctor that only treats that kind of cancer.

[00:00:25]So we welcome the patient advocacy groups. They have many patient advocacy groups that attend this ARC meeting at before ASCO and then of course at CTOS which is the connective tissue oncology society that's only a sarcoma meeting that's in November.

[00:00:41]So yeah, one of the speakers is actually Brandy Benson who is at Sarcoma Alliance which is a patient advocacy group that includes all sarcoma patients. It helps them get second opinions so that if they they can afford to go to a sarcoma expert, they can apply for a grant to pay for it to get to the sarcoma expert.

[00:01:04]Brandy is a sarcoma survivor so she's going to be talking at that at that meeting.
