[00:00:10]There's a large Hispanic group in this apartment complex and not communicating with them is is a very, very poor choice at best.

[00:00:34]I looked up signs in Amazon for pool rules and it's not expensive. That's a that's a wrong excuse. Um the instructions inside the laundry room, once again, only English.

[00:00:48]Exclusionary behavior is racist behavior. This begs the question, is GRE racist?
