[00:00:05]What keeps you optimistic and what could you tell everyone to stay optimistic about the future?

[00:00:10]>> Well, I think the ability uh to improve health, um you know, even Alzheimer's which has been tough. All the diseases that are still in the developing countries like malaria, HIV, uh polio, we're very close.

[00:00:30]>> a lot of time on that.

[00:00:31]>> Uh with luck in the next three or four years that'll become the second disease that's completely gone.
