Dunkin' Donuts to make its return to Canada

[00:00:00]An iconic American coffee shop is coming back to Canada. Duncan Donuts planning on opening several locations across the country.

[00:00:08]Canadian restaurant operator Foodtastic has signed a franchise agreement which would see hundreds of Duncan Duncan Donuts locations open in Canada.

[00:00:18]Minimal information has been released, but the first locations are expected to open later in the year or possibly early 2027.

[00:00:26]The menu is expected to be similar to the US market. You got your hot, your iced coffees, your tea, your donuts, sandwiches, snacks.

[00:00:35]Duncan Donuts previously left the Canadian market back in 2018 after Quebec franchisees successfully sued the company for not promoting the brand enough.
