[00:00:20]So, I've added content. We're going to keep it short and concise in this video, but I've added additional content to this one from the original. Now, the XRPL Foundation yesterday, they put out a post where they're talking about the XRP Ledger Foundation exists to support, of course, the XRP Ledger and everyone shaping it. Well, uh, Mr. man who is going to come on the show within the next few weeks. He's been on the show in the past with a collaboration with Smoke Dog and Maximus Crypto. He put out here today, have you ever seen who actually works on the XRPL Foundation or have you seen here recently who is working there? Previous members of the Bank of International Settlements. So, the central bank of central banks. He writes game set match.

[00:01:06]As you can see here, Renee Hansen, director of operations. Guys, Renee keeps the foundation running. They write. He handles financial coordination across the entity and is the operational backbone that lets the rest of the team focus on building. Now, check this out.

[00:01:26]Renee worked for many years at Ripple as director of payment operations and was part of the bank of international settlements. The bank of international settlements. Of course, we know Ripple has worked with the bank of international settlements for a long time uh with crossber payments interoperability and extension task force working closely with payment infrastructure leaders and regulators around the globe. That's who we have working at the XRPL Foundation. Now, and looking at uh the XRP ledger and what's going on with the Clarity Act. Now, I know that uh Sen Senator Cynthia Lumis has said that the US will lead the way on crypto innovation. I want to talk about that in just a moment. But first, in looking at the XRPPL specifically and some of the things that are being said out there, I just want to try to clear up just a few things in this video.

[00:02:20]Let's first kick it off with this new Ripple video featuring Ono Financ's tokenization illustration showing the XRP ledger connected to Black Rockck's fund, Franklin Templeton's fund, Goldman Sachs, City, and JP Morgan right here products like OSG. At we started out by building tokenized treasuries. In order to build institutional grade products like OSG, we really need to work with partners that have a focus on institutional grade standards and 247 instant convertability.

[00:02:54]So, we're really excited to finally be able to bring OSG to XRP ledger, the decentralized public blockchain to continue to build institutional grade cash products alongside Ripple.

[00:03:06]That's something that a lot of our institutional clients have been really drawn to. It's about routing capital and assets to make a financial system that is ultimately faster, fairer, and more accessible to everyone.

[00:03:21]Tokenization is not just a pilot or a stepping stone, but actually has real commercial utility today. And we've seen that in the numbers, 200 billion plus in stable coins, 5 billion plus in tokenized treasuries. And our offerings now between OSG and RLUSD are used every day constantly in production.

[00:03:42]We have real investors instantly minting and redeeming in many cases tens of millions of dollars at a single point in time. This is that watershed inflection point moment.

[00:03:57]Now recently I heard some interesting FUD regarding the XRP ledger and how JP Morgan, Mastercard, Ono and Ripple are yes working together on the XRPPL but some out there saying well that's great for Ripple and the XRPPL but not XRP.

[00:04:14]One thing that is absolutely crucial critical to understand is XRP is the native asset on the XRPPL and in the XRP the ledger itself is not fully functional without XRP. XRP is essential and I know many of you out there understand that know that many of you are advanced and been in XRP for a long time but we also have to realize that there are people that come in new every day that may not understand that. And smoke dog I saw here recently he put on top of I posted that on X and he put on top of that documented the terms of trade. This was documentation he put out between money cultures and between active forms got influenced by two elements XRP's price and Ripple's pivot towards financial institutions. Now highlighted was first XRP is not just an asset but a switch that modulates the XRP ledger. And so again, XRP is part of the entire structure here, the function and is critical for the XRPPL to actually function. Now, let's talk about the Clarity Act because we did get confirmation. Senate SK has scheduled the Clarity Act markup for May 14th, which is next Thursday, to move the crypto market structure forward. Now, in giving you a kind of a quick idea as we Yes, we got this confirmed. Clarity Act markup is officially scheduled on May 14th. So, what we're looking at now is full Senate floor debate and vote, and it needs 60 votes. So, yes, it's a tight calendar. Um, and we're hoping to not get any delays, but they're still targeting that July 4th date to actually get this signed into law. Now, what is going on with XRP? phenomenal things.

[00:06:01]Ever ever the XRP treasury company right the largest in the world has recently just put out just last night the most under discussed story in XRP is the plumbing two quarters five protocol upgrades in parallel seven spa ETFs have gone live CME futures crossed one billion in open interest a wall street firm issued Moody's rated PTAC120 2024 to debt on XRP. And so while we see all these great things happening, is it sometimes frustrating to not see the price budge? Is we know, right, that there are great things happening.

[00:06:42]Absolutely. But that is part of being early in on any asset, right? We are in the stage where there's actually opportunity before we see the mass massive growth and price. And that is part of the difficulty of being early.

[00:06:56]But 99% of the world has literally no idea what is going on with XRP. But I believe a 100% of the world will actually be utilizing XRP whether they know it or not. I really like this post on a comment below uh one of my posts that I put out yesterday. The world's retail will buy XRP because everything supermarkets, Amazon, AliExpress, Walmart, and all the businesses in the world will end up accepting crypto. Now I will add to that that the banks will clearly be utilizing XRP. Obviously Ripple uh focus is on institutional adoption first and enterprise connection and we know that these banks are going to want to hold XRP utilize XRP as collateral. We know that is kind of a se going to be a secret weapon with Ripple prime to utilize uh XRP as collateral.

[00:07:49]And even Brad Garlinghouse, the CEO of Ripple, has recently said that we have clarity, right? And and Brad recently put out if we want the largest economy in the world to lean in, if we want the US to be as competitive as some of the other countries around the world in these technologies, we need the Clarity Act to pass. And so that is true. But regardless, XRP has clarity. Regardless, we know exactly what is happening because all the facts are publicly available to us. And so, as we take a look at everything and continue to stay locked in again, is it sometimes difficult being in early? Absolutely.

[00:08:29]The waiting game is tough, but the prize will be worth it. And as we discussed in this video, most people have no idea what is going on. Even in crypto, many do not know the role that XRP will serve in the new financial system. But we do.

[00:08:42]We see the fundamental strengthening. We know what is coming. We can see it. We can feel it. And that is going to make that victory lap that much sweeter.
