Wealth building requires understanding proper financial structures (such as trusts and business entities) that facilitate economic growth and tax efficiency, rather than simply hoarding money in personal accounts; successful wealth accumulation depends on execution and proper structuring rather than knowledge alone, as the financial system is designed to reward those who understand how to create structures that mimic economic growth and leverage assets for wealth creation.

and love, peace, and love.
And now rocking to the sounds and vibrations of your boy Don Kalam, also known as Malik Kalam.
As always, prosperity is your birthright.
We're in Las Vegas, Memorial Day weekend, and we're going to jump it off.
May 22nd.
May 22nd. It's going to be like right around there somewhere.
Hold on. Hold on. I'm I'm messaging uh messaging some people.
But how's everybody feeling? Let me know where you tapped in and tuned in from.
Peace and love.
He's going to be there. Let me show my face though. I just want y'all to show I'll be in Vegas. I'll be in Vegas.
Holistic uh Doc K said they in the building. Peace and love. Peace and love. Dr. Chris, what's up, >> Broady? What it do?
>> What's up, man? You in the building, right? You in the building?
>> Yeah. On the 22nd, you already know it.
>> That's what's up. That's what's up, man.
It's good to see you. I ain't heard from you in a minute, man.
>> Yeah. Listen. Been move moving and shaking, you know. Ain't nothing changed. I'm down here in Miami right now, though.
>> That's what's up. That's what's up.
That's where I need to be. That's where I need to be.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> How that how that Vegas Vegas treating you out there?
>> Vegas good. But I I'll be back and forth between um here and and Hollywood Hills.
>> Oh, okay. Okay.
>> So, I love Hollywood Hills, man.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I ain't mad at it.
>> Yeah. Yeah. I love it there, man. But I'm just I'm about to go back in a few days, but I'm just handling some business down here.
>> Okay. Okay.
>> Yeah, man. I appreciate you showing up, too, man.
>> Yeah. Already, man. I got to tap in, man. You came and rock with me, so you know.
>> No doubt. Atlanta was dope, too.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We gonna have to uh listen, 20 the 22nd gonna be dope, man.
But we gonna have to uh you know, put something else together. Keep putting it together for the people. You know what I mean?
>> No doubt. Um let let my people know what you actually do.
>> Yeah. So, listen, man. I've been uh trading, managing money uh in the futures options market for 18 years. I took a company public uh 2019. been educating since 2012, showing folks how to trade the markets like the institutions. Um, and now I'm head first in the AI, right? Um, but using and leveraging AI for the trading platforms, wealth building, wealth protection, all of the things.
>> That's lit. That's lit. Are you learning did are you So I I um assisted you with that trust, man. Did you are you grasping it?
>> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. For sure. For sure. Like Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's it's it's necessary, man. It's essential, you know. Um like the trusted insurance.
What is this? 2026 I I first got hip to.
Well, I first implemented my first three trust back in um 2020. Started, you know, going head first and learning about the private sector, all of the things um for the last six years. And then just getting hip to the game with you uh with the Spin Thrift Trust, the goat of the trust, you know what I'm saying? And then >> Yeah. And I'm still learning more about it, too. But when I learned how to uh uh do the 1041, I ain't gonna get deep on that, but just learning that I the the my businesses are the passive income.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
>> Yeah. So, it's not taxable. It's not taxable.
>> Yeah. Yeah. And you can you literally deferring your taxes into perpetuity.
You know what I'm saying? People be, you know, when when they hear like, oh, you can avoid t, you know, and they think some, you know, illegal or illegal, right? No, it's it's perpetuity, right?
And I literally I did a um hosted a boot camp like three days ago and I was explaining this concept to them, right?
I say, listen, um for one, understand that the IRS tax code was created um to produce and facilitate economic growth, right? So they like, well, why are all of all of the wealthy people tax less than the working class and the sheep and the people who don't know no better and they don't know anything about structure? I say because the intrinsic nature of money got to flow, right? And so when you're structured properly, um this allows the flow from a paper standpoint, right? Because everything is just a paper game at the end of the day, right? So proper structure equals uh proper facilitation of of growth. So you're we're literally structure equals us creating our own economic structure so the money can flow. You know what I'm saying? From one paper structure to the next paper structure. But when you just hoarding on everything in the checkers account, savings account, and your personal name, you're not facilitating any economic growth with how the system is structured. So, they going to tax you more. Period.
>> I look at it as you're if you're if you're on on in the public system in the matrix as a consumer, the the the the system and these codes are set up to protect and help investors and entrepreneurs.
>> Yes. Yes. Exactly. It 100%. Because they the one who they pushing the paper. You know what I'm saying? Y'all create, you know, the the sheep, they creating the energy and the forces. Well, where they harvesting the energy, right? Cuz the gold of the wealthy, they don't want nothing but our energy in the first place, right? So, they want to harvest our energy and move it forward that's going to facilitate them in a way that's more beneficial to them than it is us.
>> Right. Facts. And I don't want to lose people, but what I really like like no homo though, I got to throw that out there. But what I loved about you, bro, is you took your whole your whole people that was there for you, your whole group, and took them straight to the spiritual realm. Like, look, everything's spiritual. Everything's dealing with the universe. We're dealing with the stars. It's even beyond the zodiacs. Like, you need like that was major for me. That's something that stuck with me. Like, the the stuff you had me typing in froze up my whole phone. One of my phones. That was my cheap phone. had to go to the g phone. I had to go to the g phone and type it in.
>> Yeah. Yeah. No, man. You know, and that and that's that's real, man. Because um you know, material materialistic things and energy are the same are the same expressions of of the same real, they're different expressions of the same reality. You know what I'm saying? So, when you can tap in into understanding that everything is energetic, folks ain't got money.
Listen, again, going back to my boot camp, I say people don't have money problem. They don't have knowledge problems. They got pattern and execution problems.
>> You know what I'm saying? And the pattern and execution problems like that's rooted in the place in which you acting from or you thinking from or operating from energetically.
>> That's that's that's facts. And then like even the wealthy people that I have been around because I love being around y'all because I get to question y'all like uh normal people y'all got to book consults and stuff like that. Man, you got to get in the rooms. You just got to get in the room. That's what you got to get in the room.
>> Then you get to ask that free will and and sometimes they won't even look at you crazy, but they'll know what level you're on by the questions that you ask.
>> Yeah. Well, this is the thing like when you truly align, right? Because you can only operate from two places, right?
Scarcity or abundance. And when you really, you know, align um in in in abundance, like >> everything that that that come across my path, you know what I'm saying? It's a line because I'm intentional with what I do every day. I don't give my time and attention to everybody ain't got my phone number. I got three phones. None of them [ __ ] ring.
>> I just got it.
>> I don't get I don't get no notifications or nothing. So when I come when I come across somebody, you know what I'm saying? I I take heed to it because they done did their own work on their own journey to even cross my my realm. You know what I'm saying?
>> That's facts.
That's facts. And I was You had me in a room uh full of powerful people, man. It was amazing, man.
>> Yeah. I appreciate that. Then you know your homie came through. He gave me the shout out. Gave me the love. We not going to talk about that though. But that was what's up too, man. So like it's just like those situations happen to me all the time. So, like me personally, like I love y'all. Y'all y'all get a different side of me, but in the public, I'm an [ __ ] because I ain't got time just for for [ __ ] And everybody knows me. Like my my my name speaks for itself in these private communities.
>> Yeah. I'm glad I was able to cross paths with you, Dr. Chris.
>> No, no, for sure, man. The pleasure was all mine, man. And listen, my homie, you know, I didn't connect the dots until um we linked in Atlanta. And then I'm going back because, you know, like I told you, that's my dog. Like, we we when we meet up, dog, we swapping books with one another. That's the type of relationship me and him got, right?
>> So, I'm going back through the files and all of the things >> and [ __ ] bro, this like three, four years ago where he hadn't already sent me two of your books. So, he had already been on your game and he had never met you or any of that. You know what I'm saying? But the facts of the matter is he's so aligned with what it is that that he doing. He already been executing it before he even had the opportunity to be in your presence, you know? And and that's one of the things with these followers and people who look up to the [ __ ] that we do. is like they be want they be waiting for the perfect moment to execute. You know what I'm saying?
>> We we give them the knowledge. You know what I'm saying? Like >> it's always now. You need to execute now.
>> Yeah.
>> The first step to get ahead is to get started. Like don't like you going to mess up. That's how you learn.
>> Yeah. Exactly. Exactly.
>> Like like like we you look at our lives now it's great but they don't see all the losses that we took.
>> Yeah.
>> Like you still taking losses Chris. Come on, man. 100%. But but guess what?
>> Bigger losses now, though, >> right? And as And as we continue to as we continue to elevate, we going to take bigger losses, right? I say it all the time. I'm like, listen, >> you know, people get out here and they [ __ ] and complain about this, that, and the third. I say, man, most of these people be done killed themselves if they knew the type of losses that I took along the way. You know what I'm saying?
To be in a position that I'm in now, they can't even they can't even fathom it.
It >> It be like that with me sometimes, too.
like those little dark them with them big losses in you be like ah but you know you get it again though >> 100% again >> cuz you got you you got to learn you know what I'm saying >> right right >> we got equity we got Dr. J in the building it's loud where you at equity >> Dr. J with the fam >> what's going on Dr. Chris, how you doing, man?
>> Appreciate you, man. Look forward to seeing you in Vegas, man.
>> Likewise. This thing about to die, though. I got something to say.
>> But hey, we we got So, I met Dr. Chris through equity. I didn't even know we was part of the Harvard Christian University family. I didn't even know any of that, but equity connected the dots. And then I was just seeing the effect that Dr. Chris had on equity cuz like I'm talking about we in New York.
He He says, "I gotta get this computer.
Gotta get I gotta get a trading computer." I'm like, "Man, the mother computer I ain't never seen a computer cost that much money."
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
>> Well, I'm just seeing how he was just switching up, you know, changing his life for the better.
>> Yeah. Yeah. For sure. Get get align, man. That's what it's all about.
Alignment over everything.
>> Facts.
>> Absolutely.
>> What's good? You in the building? Equity going to be speaking with me? Yeah.
Okay.
>> Y'all need to tap in too. We got a podcast out called The Private Cast.
We got like 400 members in that group, but it's cutting in and out where you at.
>> Equity out and about.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's all good, man.
Just had to show face, man.
>> All right.
>> Yeah. Equity. You might as well just click off, man.
All right.
>> Just loaded everything. I appreciate you though, man.
>> Dr. Jay, you still there? I don't know.
My stuff is fuzzy, too.
>> No, we we still here, man. Good to good to be on, man.
>> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. So, you speaking, too? Uh May 22nd, Las Vegas, the space.
Click the link in the bio or just text uh 7220004900.
I'll get you the link. But what's up, Dr. Jay? what we got going on. Can you tell us everybody that's graduating, >> man? Listen, uh we we got more graduates rolling out as we speak. But we we're doing this. This is historic and I really appreciate you uh Dr. Don for allowing us to come to Vegas to do this probably in one of the biggest ways we've ever done commissions. We we've honored some amazing people. But this list, y'all, y'all are gonna be in for a treat. So, we have Mr. Eric Bellinger is going to be joining us. Uh, we got Mr. Cosign is going to be in the building with us. Uh, we're going to have a chance to honor the late Malcolm Jamal Warner. Rest in peace. Uh, one of the the keynote speaker is going to be none other than comedic legend Eddie Griffin is going to be rocking the stage giving his keynote. And so, he's going to shine some light. He's going to make us laugh.
But guess what? as much as you laugh, he's going to make you think twice as much. That's what I understood by him today from the day I from the time I met him. Uh so we're going to have uh Donna Campbell and Mo Rock. Those are the current uh executive vice president and president of the LA Tribune. So this whole weekend they're going to be writing the story on this commencement is how big this is going to be. Uh we have Mr. Wayne Bond uh who is from Earth and Wind and Fire is going to be joining us. So y'all going to be >> there's going to be something to talk about, man. And we're just going through the list. Uh we might have some special people come through there. I'm not gonna say who cuz I always leave it to surprise, but it's going to be some incredible people that's going to come through there that's going to show HCU a lot of love. So you don't want to miss out.
>> I gota like So the security company we have, they their CEO is flying out to see this [ __ ] Oh man. Yeah, they g they gonna be in for a treat.
>> They said they said the CEO is flying in of the security company, man. I said that's crazy.
>> Be in for a treat. Yeah, >> that is hard. I'm going to look I'm going to link them with the school cuz they got they uh um they little program that they already got for like bodyguard services and stuff.
>> Yes. Yes, sir. Yes.
>> Well, no, Equity does that stuff, too. I just want y'all to know. A lot of people don't know, but it's it's going public now, so I'm going to have to switch it up. But Equity is one of my private bodyguards and he'll get your ass. Don't play. But uh >> but literally so literally so from that to being a business partner is crazy cuz he be in those rooms with me. You know what I'm saying?
>> And that's just how it be, you know, and you know I'm about that private life. So my cameraman could have that thing. He might be my bodyguard. Like that's just how I move. But I don't know if that's how y'all teach in the bodyguard training but that's how Dala moves.
I'mma have I'm have three of them in the audience.
>> Hey, Don. Well, you met mine in the A.
And listen.
>> Oh, yeah. Yeah. It was a buff dude, wasn't it?
>> Yeah. Yeah. And me and him go way back, man. Like we grew up in the same hood, same high school, all of that, you know.
So, yeah. I mean, you got to move like that.
>> Yeah. Yeah. No doubt. You have to. You have to.
>> For sure.
>> Mine mine is in the room, but you don't know he's in the room like that. Right.
Right.
>> That's mine. Yeah.
>> Then you got to make in there.
>> But yeah, I always like like keep somebody close to me. But it's just amazing how you like you starting off as a student and then being able to elevate. And that's the thing um is like not being a hater. You know what I'm saying? Like some people don't want to see the students elevate.
>> Yeah. Listen, that that's the whole thing, man, with with what I just launched with the AI collective. is like, bro, I I sat back. I've been teaching since 2012 and I'm like, man, >> we've been the gurus, we've been eating by ourselves forever, and that's the business model, right? Right.
>> And on some real [ __ ] it clicked to me.
It's like, bro, and you know, me and you went and had conversations outside of just what everybody see here, but it's like I went back to thinking about how a trap house was was ran, right? when you dog when you put everybody in position to eat you know what I'm saying it facil it literally facilitates growth and then to take it even deeper like this is why like you know what I'm saying my passion is is for people who've been through situations and circumstances that we've been through environments that we that we come from I say because you got to understand that the oppressor they criminalize this type of system and this type of thinking because it actually works Right. When you got when you got a boss and you got other people sitting in the trap house and you know they they getting the dope funding and they got a whole system and and structure going on.
They want to put it in in our mind. They criminalize it, right? So it deter us from thinking about what's actually going on from dynamics and the group e economic standpoint because guess what?
if they realize that if all of us understood that and practiced that we wouldn't need them at all.
>> You know what I'm saying? So I the my AI collective I'm literally setting it up.
It's literally set up in that manner where I'm literally giving my my mentees access to my assets things that I've used my blood, sweat, and tears to build, right? To go create them an income and to learn simultaneously. So now they ain't sitting back every month just paying me and I'm the only one sitting at top eating. You know what I'm saying? And they they struggling. They spending their last 150. They last $300 to try to get this knowledge. But they got real life pressure on they ass. You know what I'm saying?
>> Right. That's >> you know but but now it's like listen I can give you the game. I can give you the knowledge. I can give you the blueprint. But and now I'm also giving you the tools so you can go do for yourself.
>> That's facts. is setting setting in in your classes and your lectures like like he doesn't gatekeep anything. He's going to give you the game like and that's see single term life insurance. I hope you talk about it with my group or whatever because I've been priming them for that.
This Dr. Chris this is who you get that single term life insurance through.
>> Yeah, that's a wealth hack. You know where else can you go build wealth with zero risk? you know, >> the credit I've yet to found a good credit guru yet that able to understand vision and I'm I'm starting to understand that you know these credit repair people most of them not all of them right like operate from a different mindset but I'm like listen think about all the people you done got funded for 50,000 100,000 if you can just take them and educate them on this right and show them say hey I'm going to show you how to build a seven figure net worth with zero risk and then go [ __ ] up the 50,000,000 that you going to do anyway because you don't know what to do with the money. You know what I'm saying? But at least your baby's going to be straight. At least you done been through this process one time that you put yourself and your family in a position that when you leave here, y'all straight.
>> And then another thing what I liked about your class too, cuz you go in all these groups, a lot of people talk about how to borrow from the insurance, but in your class there was actually people that borrowed from the insurance.
>> Yeah.
>> Right.
>> Yep. Yep. You know, and then and then what do we do next? We took what? Let's take this and and put the trust structure on top of it and now do what?
Exponentially grow our wealth. Combining the the trust structure with this, >> right? I I haven't I haven't really brought it to the public yet, but it's called portfolio funding. And that's what everybody needs to start tapping into. Like, so once you create your portfolios, instead of going to get loans and credit, you can get funding.
It's called portfolio funding just based on the assets that's in your trust.
>> Yep. And and listen and again it's about getting in the rooms. I'm down here in Miami, right? Because I'm also a partner in venture c uh a venture fund and I was at a art show last night. It's a solo exhibition. People, you know, they they see me posting the pictures on Instagram or whatever, but not knowledgeable of like what's really going on in the room.
You know what I'm saying? These people selling artwork for 50,000, 60,000, 100,000, whatever. and you sit back and like, man, why would somebody buy a piece of art that costs that much, you know what I'm saying? But you don't really understand what's really going on from a wealth building aspect, from a lever aspect. You know what I'm saying?
And the people in that room, like, they get it and they know everybody else don't get it and understand what's going on. You know what I mean?
>> Right?
>> [ __ ] if you like the painting or not.
You know what I'm saying?
>> Right. Look like like what I had learned and see people do like I've seen people get small spaces say it's an art gallery and just have their kids create a bunch of art and they insure them and now they can use those as collateral to get loans.
>> Yeah, bro. It again it's all about creating structures that stimulate or mimic economic growth. Right. This is this is how you can listen this is how you can uh you can push your your tax liability in perpetuity. You know what I'm saying? Even when you pass it to the kids, the kids they can uh push thatility liability in perpetuity just by understanding how to be structured properly.
>> Correct. That's correct. That's what we show and that's what we teaching, man.
>> Yeah.
>> Y'all make sure y'all tap in. Y'all make sure y'all tap in.
>> Yeah. I'm excited, bro. I I appreciate you for extending the invite, man. So, >> oh, man. I can't wait. And then and then I want you to know this is really not for the fans, but like the live stream, it is live stream, but we're going to get a copy. You'll get a copy of it.
It's five camera angles and everything.
So >> Oh, that's dope. Okay.
>> Okay. Listen, added two more cuz remember last time we was lit, you like, "Listen, we shooting our [ __ ] with three angles." Now we got five. This >> Yeah, we got five. But I like Yeah. I like three angles, but I've been doing the one. If it's just me, it's just y All you need is one angle. If it's just you, >> you don't need all them angles. But yeah, but yeah, I went through five angles cuz you know that's what it comes with the space and they got their own security team, but I'm still bringing my own. So >> yeah. Yeah.
>> I just want to tap in so people know it's real.
>> Yep. Already, bro. Listen, uh I'm excited. Anything you need from me, [ __ ] just just give me a shout out.
>> That's why I just got your number. I just checked it out, man. I just got the So I gave you my my million-dollar line, you know. Okay. Everybody can't get a hold on me on the bat line. I give you the bat line.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
>> I got three phones. You got to work your way up to those numbers. You didn't have to go through the other two numbers cuz you already there.
>> Yeah.
>> I I have to catch you up. I'm trying to catch up to you.
>> And FYI, you got the direct number, too.
>> That's what's up.
>> That's what's up. And I've already met Dr. Chris in Las Vegas. Real talk. We've already linked in Las Vegas.
>> Yep. Yep. Yep.
Yeah, it's going to be awesome.
>> Someone ask about the VIP laners. I've already sent them out. Now, everybody that's just doing V cuz I got a few VIP tickets left. Um y'all might just have to get y'alls when I see y'all in Vegas cuz I ain't going to try to mail them out and have them get it in time.
>> Hey, bro. The other thing I was going to hit you about, I seen it uh a couple days ago. Um that's cold with the money.
>> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, look. So, look. I don't know if I should be saying this online. So, look, I'm looking at one of the agreements, right?
>> Yeah.
>> And they're like, "Uh, you can't get a loan from nowhere else." I'm like, "Ah, I did it on the same account."
>> Uhhuh. Yeah. Yeah.
>> But yeah, but they ain't said nothing.
They haven't said nothing. But yeah, so look, I I I set up the account cuz I I want my people to follow me in real time.
>> So, I set one up in February cuz people try to say this shit's illegal and it's not. Your businesses can work. Don't you have multiple businesses that work together?
>> Yeah, 100%.
So, so I took one of my businesses. I went and dropped nine grand in there.
>> Yeah.
>> And I only used the nine grand. So, I'm going use this nine grand in and out between all these businesses. This is we're just going to use the same money back and forth.
>> Yeah.
>> Just like Peter Pay and Paul. You know what I'm saying?
>> So, that's what I did. So, the first month was 9,000. Second month was 56,000 and then the uh third month was like 76,000 or something. 78,000.
>> Yeah. No.
>> So, all off the same 9,000. And all it is is a circulating cash flow manufacturer statement. I had agreements. I set them up. I had Google Gemini actually do it all for me. Tell me which days I'm supposed to send >> AI. AI is is next level. And think about it, bro. It's the same thing that we talked about with the insurance, >> right? Facts.
>> We taking the same $100,000 and creating seven figure net worth >> and creating millionaires. Yeah. Create millionaires with the same money >> with the same money. And not even $100,000. is $100,000 worth of credit.
>> You know what I'm saying?
>> Like anybody can do anybody can do it in the next six months. Even if you got [ __ ] up credit, you spend the next 120 days getting your credit where it need to be and get your business structured.
>> You know what I'm saying? This time, this time next year, everybody who's listening to us in the sound of our voice, they can be se um seven figure people. You understand?
>> Easily. Because I'm going get you to I can get you to six figures in three to six months. I can I can guarantee that.
>> Right. And the only reason that you not and you in the sound of our voices now is because what? You got a pattern and an execution problem. That's it.
>> Dang. That's deep.
>> And that's what life is. It's pattern problem. It ain't no money problems >> because cuz look, when it comes to business, business is always future money. You don't even need money to start a business. It's future money.
They going to take your future proceeds.
They don't care what you got now.
>> Yeah. See everybody when y'all coming into the personal credit, you need to have something. You need have good credit. You need to have collateral in business. You don't need nothing.
>> You don't need anything. Listen, >> future proceeds, future money is what they're after.
>> Future money. Because guess what? That's that's what they use. That's how they leverage us, right? Our our future income, our future net, >> our future labor.
>> Yeah.
>> Our future labor, right? And but this is why we can't get out and this is why we can't get out of debt, >> right?
>> But but you're absolutely correct. So in his in Dr. Chris's um um one of his lectures, we all got together and and like I do the manufacturer spending with the business, we did it with single term life insurance and turned everybody in there if they was part of the plan was going to be six to seven figures in a matter of a year or less.
>> Yep.
>> With the same same money. So the same money >> with the same money and listen bro and nothing about it and again nothing about it is is illegal like I'm licensed right so the [ __ ] that I talk about like I got my license on the line with what I do dayto day to take care of my family >> it's series six right or series seven >> yeah seven license so if you tapped in y'all know about securities and bonds and all of that you already know what it is certified >> bro like like listen bro listen The difference between uh you you know wealthy people or people that that's in align with being wealthy is they going to execute. Broke you know broke folks like to debate. You know what I'm saying? That's why I don't go listen I don't go back and forth with nobody because somebody who want to sit up there and debate about something that they don't have no knowledge or experience in they operate from a broke energetic place in the first place and I ain't got time for that.
>> You know what I'm saying? Keep dropping game, man.
>> Everything dropping game. This is why y'all need to be in Vegas. Get these rubes. Like, it's important.
>> Absolutely. Very essential.
>> When you start bumping into millionaires, Dr. Jay.
>> Wow. Uh I've actually been around millionaires pretty much most of my life. My father, shout outs to Dr. Carl.
>> Found ACU. Yeah. uh as a kid, he pretty much kept me around those circles. He made sure of it. Uh and I got to understand the politics, how they think, uh what how what what they do with their money. Like I I I understood it real early on. And eventually when I got to Southern Methodist University, I saw another level of it, which I saw the kids of th those parents that, you know, were were sent to school during the time that I was gone. And all of a sudden, I'm seeing kids who are 21, 22, you know, driving those BMWs and the Mercedes and the Maybbacks. And I saw all all of this stuff around me. And I just sat and I just said, "Man, what am I not doing?
What am I not doing?"
And I and this guy said, "Like, what do you what do you want to do when you when you graduate?" Said, "I honestly don't know. I have no idea. I know I'm going I know I'm supposed to be here, but I have no idea what I want to do." He said, "You like to talk." You say, "Your problem is you're talking in here when you should be talking out there."
>> Okay, done. So, I got out and instead of using specifically my intent to just be vocal in the classroom, I took that into psychology because I knew that somehow I was going to be tapped into people or I was going to be connected to helping people. So that's what I did. Went and got to psych. When I got out, that's when I started meeting another tier. And these are millionaires. They got marriage problems, uh, alcohol issues, domestic violence, you name it. I'm talking to those people every single day, four days a week, helping them with their issues.
That's how I got to be in that position.
And then from working from there and going into tapping back into because everything always comes back full circle is when my father got ready to start ACU. He said like I school as we know it is no longer going to be of any interest if we don't change the model. So he said I'm going to start a school myself.
That's what he did. He started it himself. uh he looked at what it took to start one, what it took to do all of the mechanisms of what it took to run a school. He started it and the blessing part of it is while I was at SMU, I was involved in just about every everything you could think of. I was in student admissions. I was in the black student organization. Anything I can get my hands on that would keep me busy while I was there. I was soaking in all of this information about how uh how an admissions office work, how student loan office work. I I'm just soaking up everything that I possibly can to take advantage of this. The blessing part of it was when he got ready to get out and actually start it on the ground. Hey, I got I got this other side that you need to get it up off the ground. And so we just start putting our heads together.
And so most people didn't even know for a long time while he was building it and I'm right there alongside. Most people didn't know I was his son helping him build it. And that's that's the beauty of >> I didn't even know at first.
>> No. No. Cuz nobody nobody asked. They just what I've been learning since since being successful in business though is like >> like with people I can get them to do things for me for for cash, but if it's business to business, they want you to have that credit on deck >> or or credit card or something like you can't just get you can't just walk in the building and give them cash, >> right?
>> Like so that that's that's another thing that I've just learned with business and that's why y'all got to tap in with the right people and learn how to create your corporate structures.
>> Yeah. Yeah. I mean because everything that everything that they do is on on on credit, right? Like cash, you know, I had this uh t-shirt made, this slogan some years back where I was like cash is trash, right? And yes, there's still some value in it. But when you talk about facilitating uh you know growth and in and you know movement and different things of that nature, you got to understand the credit side of things, right? You got to understand internet. You got to understand commerce, >> right? Because everything is commerce, right? And this what I was pulling up >> so they know know it's real.
Uh this this the United Nations Unatrol right Commission on International Trade Law. This my certification from tool.
>> That's lit.
>> Like it's deep though.
>> Like and when you really and again it structure understanding the structure at the at the highest level when you start talking about global commerce and trade law like you know all this [ __ ] people be stressed out about and killing each other about like that [ __ ] peanuts, >> right? Facts. Facts.
>> Peanuts with no power.
>> Everything is is based off your essence and your labor. So that's the main thing that I hope everybody got from this lesson today and to be in those rooms cuz you never know the the gems that you might catch. Sometimes it might even makes might not make sense to you right then and there. You'll catch it later on. Like with equity, he didn't even know your homeboy came in and was like, "Hey, I got rid of the mortgage with your info."
>> You didn't even hear him say that. You know, I'm like, "Yeah, that's what he said."
>> Listen, not listen. Not only not only the mortgage, but them whip the American Express ass in court and everything. You know what I'm saying? To to the to the point where American Express done cut him a check and them brought him back into the fold. Gave him new credit cards and everything.
>> That's lit. That's lit. He's on a whole different level with it. He came in looking like some money, man. Had two one girl on each side.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
>> I'm like, WHO IS HIM?
>> YEAH.
HE WAS LIKE I WAS LIKE I WANT TO GET to know him. He's here to see you, dog.
>> Wow.
>> He just wanted to thank me, man. Real [ __ ] That that meant a lot. You know what I mean? But he did tell me he said, "Man, you got to quit trying to explain this to poor people. The poor minds are not going to be able to grasp this information correctly."
>> That's real.
>> And they gonna [ __ ] up the process.
>> Yeah. You know, listen, I I literally just had a heartto-he heart with my community the other day because, bro, like what we do, people don't realize.
You know, I be seeing you online snapping and [ __ ] like that and I'm like, "Bro, over there exhausted." You know what I'm saying? And we get to the point that, you know, people don't really appreciate, you know, our blood, sweat, and tears that we didn't even in experiences that we didn't to even attain the knowledge and they always want something for nothing, right? And they never satiated, right? And more importantly, they never even execute on the [ __ ] that you give them, >> right? And then they gonna come back and ask you for some more [ __ ] or whatever.
But bro, this in and the byproduct of that is us getting burnt out, impatient, all of the things, right? But again, what I'm starting to learn and realize is, >> bro, our gifts, we we got to spit them and teach them. And the folks that's done the work and that's aligned to receive them, >> that's who it's going to be for. You know what I'm saying?
man certain place and certain experience. We got pe we got um hearts and passion for people who ain't ready to receive the [ __ ] that that we you know that we got to give to them. You know what I mean?
>> That's right.
>> Extend ourselves.
>> Yes, sir.
>> That's some game right there. That's some game.
>> Yes, sir. Absolutely. And I've been following uh Dr. Chris. See, most people don't know what my job is. My job is to be able to to to find out people's pathology in terms of what they've been able to do with their lives. And one of the things that I love about when Dr. Chris first started out, most people don't know, y'all just look don't y'all letting the don't don't let the information just get y'all. I want y'all to understand his position to be listed at in the directory for the New York Stock Ex. That is not something you underestimate. To be the only black person listed >> in the New York Stock Exchange directory that says something that's historic.
That's not something to to to take for granted because the value of what he brings. Let you know his position and his stances. If I can be the first, I certainly can show people the path and the avenue to get there.
But the question is, are you willing to do the work that I did to get where I am? That's why I have so much respect for what Dr. Cole has done.
>> Yeah, man. And then I like to say, you said the execution. That's why why I'm connected to equity to this day. It was years ago, you know, he turned he learned it from me. He was just watching my videos, the free information that was out there. Um, and it changed his life.
he ended up um just believing in himself, manifesting a new car, um beat some traffic tickets while making his name a business.
>> So, it's just, you know, so I hope you um he he shares some of that. Um but it's in the in the private cast that I have out too.
>> But I appreciate you, Dr. Jay. I got a call coming up, so I'm gonna hop up off here. I just want them to know it's real. We are in Las Vegas. Dr. J been working hard, working his ass off.
Excuse my language, y'all. Bobby C. But he been working his ass off. He been working. He been working to help me put this event together, man. And I'm looking forward to it. So May 22nd um at the Space Las Vegas.
>> The links in the bio or just look up the Space Las Vegas. It's called Off the Record. And then May 23rd graduation. I can't wait for that as well.
>> Oh man, it's going to be it's going to be historic. Again, y'all don't want to miss out because y'all never know who's gonna be in that.
>> Right. And that's facts. That's facts.
>> You just never know who's going to come through there, man. So, we we expected to make history that day.
>> And you said Earth, Wind, and Fire.
>> Yeah. M Mr. Wayne Vine. Yes, sir.
>> Mr. Wayne Vine. That's lit. That's lit.
I can't wait to meet him. That's >> He got He's got stories for days. We got Mr. Is going to be there.
>> Yes, sir. He will be.
>> That's what's up. Siron is from uh Cooling the Gang.
>> Cooling the Gang. Yes, sir. He going to be there. does see him at every graduation. So, I was hoping to see him there, too.
>> No, man. He going to be here, man. He going to come. He going to come rock the stage with us. And, you know, he going to do what he does, man. He going to make sure we come and celebrate. That's what it's going to be about.
>> That's what's up. But, shout out to Maverick. They didn't they weren't able to hop on live, but shout out to Maverick, >> Devon, uh 607, and big homie CC as well.
>> Yeah. Shout outs to >> And then Fresco Kane. Fresco Kane gonna be there too >> from St. Louis, man. Winky, right? Yeah.
>> Yeah. Winky, right? You talked to Winky, so everything's good.
>> Uh, I sent the deal to him. He He It's funny. So, I sent it to him. He said, "Um, that's crazy how you put that together."
>> That's what's up. Shout out to my homie Winky. He been rocking with me since day one since I came out to the public. So, shout out to Winky. He's a Hall of Fame um boxer.
>> Yeah, we we gonna give this brother his flowers, man. We going we going to do it in a in a big way, man. So, >> and he's introduced me to a lot of people. Like I I've linked through a lot of people because of Winky Wright, man.
>> Man. Yeah. Like he's he just been stand up all all the way since you introduced me to him. He just been stand up since that.
>> Yeah, man. He knows that private life.
But I don't know if I'm supposed to say that, but he knows it.
>> You know what I'm saying? Just like people don't know Teddy Ryder. He knows the private life. You know what I'm saying? But you know, some people don't want you knowing that they know the private life. That's why y'all have to get in these rooms and tap in and tune in with the right people. Make these connections and you're going to be connected to the whole world. I'm talking about political too, politics, too. We do connect with them. Like, we don't go against the government. We work with the government. Like, we do work with uh politicians. We do work with police officers, you know. I was um uh uh Interpol.
>> Yeah.
>> So, so I seen it. So, the next training though is in is in Dallas.
>> Yes, sir. for Dallas June 26 20 26 27 uh that weekend you might want to be here for this cuz Chico is going to be at the improv >> I'mma come I'm coming I'm coming to anything y'all got going I'mma be especially with the interpol I'll be there >> and then but y'all let me know if y have graduation so I can be dressed right I I didn't know >> man we going >> but yeah I just make sure that I'm I'm dressed to impress always next time >> yeah I just wasn't ready for with Vegas. We going to let this one marinate for a little bit. So, we going once got this this one's going to marinate for a while. Got you.
>> So, we going uh >> get the what's it called? The uh graduation guard. What's that called?
>> Uh that's the uh regalia.
>> Yeah, I'll have that, too. I'll have that too this time.
>> Yeah, man. We It's going to be exciting, man. We We got We got We got a lot of big people that's going to be recognized again. Being in that room that day is going to be very very important. So it's going to be two things I will be sharing about. I will be sharing a little bit about the university.
>> But we are going to talk about the community policing piece and my father is going to special guest this segment with me. So y'all y'all might want to make sure y'all in on this because we going to give y'all some very important information about what's going to happen in the public safety space. How do we capitalize on it? What can we do to make sure that our communities are safe? What can we do to regulate the relationship between community and law enforcement?
And tell you about all of the things that we're doing futuristically and what we're doing now in terms of how we can aid uh in this mission and make sure that our families are safe, our communities are safe, and to make sure that we we keep the public and the private in harmony. That's what we want to do. We want to keep >> powerful.
>> Yeah. We want to keep them coexisting.
Yes. That that right there, y'all, that that's >> I got the chaplain badge, too. I got the chap.
>> Yeah. Yeah. So, we we come with that. We we we got chaplain training that's happening right now. So, those who want to become chaplain, there's a lot of administering that you will be doing that that goes beyond just what you do inside of the four walls. Then once you tap into this, you'll you'll understand what your role as a chaplain is. So, we have that piece and that's going to continue to make some waves. And we're also going to be talking about uh the university in and of itself. People ask about the doctorates a lot and what they mean and why why do we award them? So, we going we're going to get into all of that. But, you actually have a chance to sit down with uh with the progenitor and the one that's just going to continue to stand behind the founder. That's what my role is. And whatever he builds, I just enlarge it and expand it in the in the biggest way possible.
>> And I'm working I'm working on having a class with Harvard Christian University as well. So y'all >> absolutely teaching he's going to be teaching uh the law and commerce program. So I'mma tell y'all something.
Let me drop this on y'all. The state of Texas was one of the first states that basically told us that we cannot we cannot determine where it is that you go to get your law degree from in order for you to go and take the bar. Now, the bar is optional. If you choose to do that, great. But if you got the degree, you can still administer in the courtroom.
We're Dr. Don is going to teach you how to administer in the courtroom without the bar card. So, those of y'all that are that are barf fright, you won't you won't have to use that. He'll show you how to do that uh by using just your degree cuz that degree in and of itself has got more than enough power to do anything that you wanted to do. And as as time that you spend to learn the law, you'll be able to go in there and if the judge says that you are above qualified to be able to administer or to testify, that's all you need.
>> That's it. Those are all the key words.
Administer, you know, and he said license, you know, we there's no such thing as a license to practice law, but we not getting deep on that today. They have bars.
>> Yes, >> bar cards.
They know they know the game, especially in Texas. But I gotta get ready for this next call. Appreciate you, Dr. Jay.
Appreciate Dr. Chris for hopping on.
Appreciate Equity for hopping on.
>> Shout out to Rodery, too, cuz Roder is a big part of this, too. He helped me put this together, too, man. So, shout out to Rodery. He's getting his doctorate, too. So, Dr. Rodery Versario, >> I appreciate you, Dr. J. Send my love to Dr. Carl as well. I'll see y'all in Vegas.
>> All right. See you in Vegas, man.
>> Love you, too. face.
