Medical reports can be misleading when interpreted without context, as repeated testing on familiar assessments may produce artificially inflated scores; for example, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) is designed to detect mild cognitive impairment and early dementia, but taking the same test multiple times allows individuals to memorize questions and achieve higher scores than they would on a first attempt, demonstrating the importance of considering test familiarity when evaluating cognitive assessment results.

The White House Released Trump's Medical Report Late on a Friday. That's Not an Accident.Añadido:
President Trump's medical results are in. The White House finally released this three-page document at 10:30 p.m.
Eastern on a Friday night. That's what we would call a Friday night news dump.
That's an industry term for news that people want to fly under the radar, so they release it late on a Friday night because everyone's already checked out for the weekend.
But I'm not. So, let's look at the president's results. The report said President Trump remains in excellent health, demonstrating strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and overall physical function. His demanding daily schedule, including multiple high-level meetings, public engagements, and regular physical activity continue to support his overall well-being.
Cognitive and physical performance are excellent. He is fully fit to carry out all duties of the commander-in-chief and head of state. So, let's go one by one.
According to this report, Trump is 75 in tall and weighs 238 lb. That is 14 lb up from his April 2025 weigh-in. The report says Trump underwent a comprehensive evaluation with all diagnostic studies and lab tests, and he consulted with 22 specialists while he was at Walter Reed for several hours on Tuesday. The report says his eyes were normal. It found scarring on his right ear consistent with the prior gunshot injury. An ultrasound of his carotid arteries was normal, and his lungs were clear. It said Trump is on two cholesterol medications and takes aspirin for cardiac health. The report said his teeth are in very good condition, which is interesting because we know that Trump went to a dentist in Florida twice in recent months for routine procedures.
The report says he had a CT of his arteries that found no blockages or narrowing. Just like his last report, this one says a computer analysis found his heart functions more like someone who is 14 years younger than his actual age. The report noted slight lower leg swelling, but says it has improved since last year. And then it talks about the bruising on his hands. It again claims that the bruising is coming from frequent hand shaking and says his hands are bruising easily because of his aspirin intake. The report says this bruising is no big deal, but my question is is how is he getting the bruising from handshakes on both hands? That doesn't really make sense. Lastly, it talks about Trump's neurological exam.
He did another one of those Montreal cognitive assessments. That is the one that Trump always talks about when he says, "Woman, man, camera, TV."
According to the actual website for the test, they say it is administered to patients to detect mild cognitive impairment and early stage dementia. We know by Trump's own admission, he has taken this test several times. The report released tonight says he scored 30 out of 30 on this most recent test, but that doesn't necessarily mean the person taking the test has no cognitive problems whatsoever. See, when somebody takes the same or similar test over and over, they become familiar with the questions, so they may perform better than they would than if they had never seen this test before. Now, it doesn't mean the person is gaming the system. It just means that because of their familiarity with the test, this person may get better scores. So, if you want to see this three-page report for yourself, I'm going to email it out to you in my Fact Squad email, which is free, so make sure you sign yourself up.
