Why Young People Are Getting Colon CancerAdded:
Why are younger people getting colon cancer? People are getting colon cancer younger younger ages now. And we know why. This isn't anything new. We have hundreds hundreds of thousands possibly of research on this. The human body, especially the gut, will not function properly unless you have 20 to 30 g of fiber per day, preferably 25 g and higher. Now, what's happening is younger people have these ultrarocessed food diets. They're getting very little fiber in from the time they're born. And so you do this over a decade and a half, two decades with very little fiber in the diet. You end up with a gut that is really not in good health. Okay, the gut has possibly trillions of things going on. Okay, we already know about the hundreds of thousands to millions of things, but there's trillions of things and the gut is so important for your whole body health. So when it becomes imbalanced, it just a whole cascade happens and it can lead to development of colon cancer. So what you need to do is you need to get that fiber every day in your diet. That is the general recommendation. It's always been the recommendation for good health. Now, you can always look at a PDF fiber chart online or just search fiber amounts in food, you know, or food sources of fiber, fiber richch food sources. You're going to find those foods that you should be eating. Generally, it's fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds, beans, legumes, lentils, all this good stuff for you, which has lots of great benefit. So, your option is to try to get that dietary fiber. And if you're not getting the dietary fiber into your diet every day, about that 25 gram, then you can use a high-fiber cereal. That'll help you get the difference. If you don't want to do the high fiber cereal or you need more than that, you can use a fiber supplement.
Forget pills. There's never enough fiber in fiber pills to make a difference. You have to take like two, three, four, five pills to get very little fiber, like two or three grams. That's nothing. That's not going to help you. You need a fiber supplement then, okay? You want to use a powder. There's a lot out there. You want to get at least 10, 12 g of a supplemental fiber in powder form.
higher if you're not eating any dietary fiber. Lots of different powders of fiber supplements on the market. We have a couple. They're organic, clean, really, really great. You can take a look at them at advanced fiberstore.com.
But it's always preferred that you get your fiber through dietary sources. So if you can't then you got to look at the supplements.
