[00:00:01]- A lot. - So, do you want to give us a little history of you? - Yeah. I was born without a right ear. When I was 5 years old, I was seen with the doctors  at Children's Hospital and that's when they started their ear reconstructive surgery process.  They took skin grafts, so all down my legs I have scars from all the skin grafts that they've  done. They took a piece of my scalp. So, if I- my hair wasn't the way it is today,  you'll see a large scar in the middle of my scalp where my hair- it doesn't grow as it does  the other side just because they took some of that out. My ear today, it still grows hair on  it. So, it's a little weird. I have to shave it, you know, like every couple weeks, like. - We were a little puzzled when we saw the pictures as to why when you have such a good  early stage auricular reconstruction like that, they didn't take it to the next level. - They just stopped. I was getting so sick because I was literally going through  surgery every 6 to 8 weeks. I had to undergo open heart surgery because my heart got so weak  from all the surgeries I was just going through all the time. At that point, they just was like,  "We're not going to do anything. We're just going to stop." And that was it. - And then when did the implant come in play? - When I was 27. That was the first time I was able to hear  out of my right side in my entire life.
