Human beings are not fixed stories but unfinished chapters, and circumstances can change dramatically in a single moment through events like job loss, betrayal, or tragedy; since anyone could find themselves in another's position under different circumstances, we should practice humility and compassion rather than judgment, recognizing that we are all more alike than different.

The Truth About Judgment Nobody Wants to AdmitAdded:
Hey there.
Do not look down on people because of where they are today. [music] Human beings are not fixed stories.
We are unfinished chapters.
Circumstances change. Seasons [music] change. People change.
The person struggling today may become the person others look up to tomorrow.
That's fact. [music] Everything we believe about permanent stuff is an illusion. Status is fragile.
[music] Success is fragile. Comfort is fragile.
Life can rearrange itself in a single moment.
One unexpected phone call.
One lost [music] job. One failed business. One diagnosis.
One divorce. One betrayal. One addiction. One [music] mistake. One tragedy. The list goes on.
Sometimes [music] distance between us and them is far smaller than our pride allows us to admit.
We speak of those people as though they belong to a different world.
The poor. The addicted. The broken.
[music] The disgraced. The abandoned.
The depressed.
The ones whose lives became cautionary tales.
But the uncomfortable truth is [music] this.
We are those people.
Most of us are only a few difficult decisions, unfortunate circumstances, [music] or painful seasons away from standing exactly where they stand.
That realization should not fill us with [music] fear.
It should fill us with humility.
Because when you understand [music] how quickly life can change, judgement becomes harder and compassion becomes easier.
The person you pity today may [music] be carrying a burden you would not survive.
As in you won't even survive [music] it.
The person you mock may be fighting a battle you know nothing about.
The person you dismiss may simply be living through a chapter you have not yet encountered [music] yourself.
So, be careful with arrogance.
Show grace, offer kindness, [music] extend understanding.
Not because people always deserve it, but because one day you may need [music] the same mercy from someone else.
We are all far more alike than we [music] are different. And perhaps true wisdom begins the moment we stop asking how could someone become that [music] person.
As I realize that under the right circumstances, any of us could be that person.
>> [music] >> So, my dear, be kind.
