Repeat offenders face significantly harsher legal consequences than first-time offenders, as demonstrated by Mystikal's 20-year prison sentence for third-degree rape after having previously served 6 years for a similar charge in 2004, illustrating how prior criminal history and recidivism lead to maximum sentencing and permanent life-altering outcomes.

UPDATE Mystikal 20 Year PRISON I Was TRICKED!
Added:[music] >> Yeah, we on Boss Talk TV. Shout out to E Heat the reason you see >> Percy Miller, better known as his stage name Mystikal, was just sentenced to 20 years in prison. That's a maximum sentence for a third-degree rape charge.
Mystikal pled guilty to the charge back in May after he was accused of choking and raping a woman in his home in Prairieville. He was arrested and held without bond in 2022. Mystikal faces similar charges back in 2004 for sexually assaulting his hair stylist. He spent 6 years behind bars on that charge and then became a registered sex offender.
>> Wow, wow, wow, guys. Guys, um we talked about this yesterday. More stuff comes out about Mystikal um and what happened with him, man. And it's just it's it's sad because um this is from what I'm hearing, this is a family oriented deal um allegedly. So, I I really um I'm definitely like, "Dang, I I I hate this guy had to go through this."
Um but at the end of the day, this is this is family stuff and it is crazy what I'm hearing. Uh my boy Dre from Around the Way New York, New Jersey, New Jersey, New York, stand up. What up, Dre?
>> You know, I am um let me just say this. This is crazy, number one. But, number two, he has had a history of this type of activity. But, I want the listener to understand, sometimes the closest thing to a genius is a madman. And I remember one time meeting Mystikal on when he went when he first left uh No Limit and he was in Brooklyn and he was promoting the Danger record. And when I seen that that man had the George Jefferson on the top and the dreads on the side, I said, "This [ __ ] crazy."
And guess what? He is crazy. This man is out of control. Go ahead, E.
>> Wow, when it come down to it, um I wouldn't say that he's crazy. I say that uh he's he's in a situation, man.
And I I he he been caught with his hand in the cookie jar on this one. You already have a a history for this type of stuff, and then for them to, you know, catch you with your hand in the cookie jar again is crazy, man. You can't even catch lightning in a bottle twice, what they say. You know, it doesn't strike twice in the same spot, but for this to be going on, for his name to be getting, you know, put in this category again, it blew my mind in the first place. And secondly, you know, they didn't play with him on this. The the total charge took up uh it was 25 years you he could be up to. They gave him 20. Two decades, man. And it's just it's Bro, listen, man. Once you start getting in the mix with those people, man, you can't keep going back down those same roads when it come down to even get caught up, even your name spoken of in that way. So, I just don't understand, you know, uh why it kept happening to him, but this right here could end his whole life. He could end up being in there the rest his life. He's already a older guy.
Um his life is pretty much uh over when you have to do uh 20 years on a on a on a charge that's like a charge you already have been dealing with. It's crazy, and it's going to be something that I don't know if he'll make it out. I really don't. I hope he does, but he's looking at 20 years, man, and 20 years is is on on the type of charge he's got and being in one that did it twice, I don't see how parole anybody is going to let him come up and be like, "Oh, we're going to give you a way out." You know, they they're looking at victims and trying to figure out what we can do to save our people outside if from running into him. And it's it's tough, man, because he got kids, he got family.
Uh but she I mean, like I said, it allegedly, and you go back and watch the video from yesterday, he already, you know, his family is saying that it was family that just that did this to him.
His own son testified against him, according to the the what what I was told by Mike Fresh yesterday. It's crazy to me and it's like your own son then there's another guy allegedly to be his son and he's basically in the mix and I didn't really I talked to him on the phone once but I didn't even realize man that this guy was was was claiming to be his son.
Don't know if he's son or not but this all came out of the blue man but if a guy comes up and says he's he's his son and and he's getting more attention than me and I didn't even ever meet him it might be a problem. So I just don't know how this backfired on him. Well, I do know but I hate it but I also know that if these victims are telling the truth we definitely don't want to we don't promote no raping nobody. So this is a horrible situation for all parties man and it's crazy the way it ended for Mystikal and and and I wish and hope and pray that he you know cuz you are you pleaded guilty and then said you didn't know you pleaded guilty. Like you had counsel that misled you but it's like bro you played guilty.
And with you pleading guilty they going to throw you up against the wall on this because you already had a charge like this. What are you thinking? I I don't know what type of lawyer he's got. That lawyer hadn't spoke out we hadn't heard from that lawyer we hadn't seen that lawyer. Where is his lawyer at? Is this the lawyer that I just showed on the screen? Where the hell is this lawyer at? Where is Mystikal's lawyer?
Can he explain what happened to Mystikal? Man, this is crazy. Get in the comments if y'all know who what lawyer we got his name but if he spoke out or anything Dre this is ridiculous.
>> Well well I'm reading I'm reading something while you were talking that really showed that he's in trouble well he he's in trouble because nothing happens in a vacuum.
And where there's smoke, there's fire.
So, listen to this.
It said in 2004, Tyler was sentenced to 6 years in prison after being found guilty of sexual assault. Now, most people who are in the hip-hop community will know what that was. That was the accountant that allegedly him and his boys had, you know, basically took some vagina from when they say she was messing with his money, but I didn't know about this.
They said in 2012, he was jailed for 3 months after being arrested for a misdemeanor domestic abuse, a condition to a 5-year probation from a previous imprisonment in 2017 when he was charged with rape and kidnapping and spent 18 months in jail before the case was dropped. Now, here's the thing.
You know, a week prior to him getting his 20 years, he tried to withdraw his plea, and his excuse he's saying he felt under significant emotional distress, felt substantial pressure to make an immediate decision. The motion was dismissed by the court. Listen, man.
This is This is a shame.
This is a shame.
And I'm reading this from The Guardian, but it says the victim was unnamed, and you said that you heard it was his peoples, but it said the victim was unnamed, told the court that Tyler punched and choked and tore out her braids and raped her while detaining her at his home in Louisiana. She said she he took away her phone, car keys so he could she could not leave and sent herself money from his phone, allowing her to go.
That's a shame.
>> Wow, it it's crazy to me that that would even be a thing with this guy, man.
Like, after going after through everything he's been through, to still be, you know, dealing with these type of charges and these type of situations after all these years is mad crazy to me. How y'all say it in in the in the New York?
It's mad crazy. B, you know what I'm saying?
Y'all say B in a minute, but >> Yo, B, son.
>> Yo, B, son, that's mad crazy. You know, I'm I'm tripping off the fact, bro. Like like nah, man. And and and he's one of the ones who people many consider to be legendary. And and and and to throw it all away and and and and jammed in these situations is just horrible. And I hate it for him, man. And I'm I'm real tuned in with the camp. And it's like bro, I mean with Mystikal, it was so many a lot of people in the comments, you know, jerking at him, telling him watch yourself, shake your ass. It's It's all kind of stuff being said in the comments, man. It's thrown off. Like I read them yesterday and they all going in on Mystikal because they really and truly say a lot of people saying you you know, he keeps getting in the same situation. And I'm telling you right now the harsh reality is people not going back you when that happens, bro. It It just not. How did you get it? It don't matter who it was. They're going to do that. And they're making a joke out of it and he's a laughing stock right now when it come down to the you know, the people in the comment.
They not trying to hear it, bro. And and and I just know that you know, family, man, you got to look out for your family, bro. You got You can't play with them.
I'm going to go in deep on this once more information comes out um because I do have interviews and stuff where people talk about these things and we try to get to the bottom of it with the people that I know that are connected to him.
And man, we've been rooting for him. And we I know people that's been down there every court day. I know people that's been rocking with him every time trying to, you know, have hope and faith and it's just a bad situation for all parties involved, I keep saying. It's just not a good It's not a good look, Dre. Um when you start coming up against these type of battles and you on the battlefield, it's tough, man, because at the end of the day, you know, the devil playing games and want to get your head off off you get you off your swivel, get you off your square. And he's got him right where he want him, man. 20 years is unheard of when it come down to, you know, a rapper goes in, you know, of course we've seen C-Murder, we've seen Mac, all of these guys that's uh um from these camps in New Orleans, man. The New Orleans uh judicial system is crazy. We've seen Susan Hutson and uh Kirk Miss Kirk Patrick the way they they rolling them in these jail houses, too. This is a crazy the 10 that got out and ran. This is crazy, bro. So, at the end of the day, the day has to end, you know. Um I got to say, man, keep y'all head up down there in New Orleans. I will be coming down there in a minute for for that tour that Cash Money Birdman them doing. I talked about that, also.
But, Mystikal more stuff develops coming out on that Mystikal deal and it's crazy. And so, what I'm going to do on this one, Dre, I'm going to link this one to the first one where I spoke to his close family member and you'll be able to see right there what really happened and how he ended up in this predicament according to his relative.
It's crazy, crazy work, guys. Make sure you like, subscribe to the channel, and download Boss Talk 101. What's up? What you got, Dre? Did you have something else?
>> I would I yeah, I just wanted to say, you know, once again, when they first did the perp walk in the early 2000s when about the accountant situation.
And I cuz you know, Mystikal always wore a bandana.
>> Yes, he did.
>> And when I saw that man without that bandana, I said, "Oh, he going to jail."
And he looked crazy. And so, listen, my father always said, "A woman's body is to be given, never to be taken."
>> Okay.
>> Listen, under no circumstances should you violate a child's innocence or a woman's a woman's innocence. As men, we have the responsibility of being the stronger vessel.
You don't take And and think about this.
He's a He was Think about it. He was at the height of his career when he first got in trouble with the account over the grape situation. Then he was You know, he was at the height of his career. So you can't tell me he couldn't get a beautiful woman. Like that's just It comes with the territory of being a celebrity, a star, and a rapper.
And I I wish he would have understood he was at the pinnacle, you know, of his career. And just imagine if he would have kept doing music from 2002 to 2005 all the way up until now and not have been in trouble. He would have been a legend.
>> Definitely.
>> have been a legend.
>> Definitely.
>> So, you know, we have to learn from these situations, man. And and we have to be men amongst men. We have to respect the female vessel as we want them to respect us, man. That That thing don't get you nowhere, man. It's a form of violation. I'll land on that.
>> Wow, man. Guys, uh Mystikal gets 20 years in prison. Um 20 years, sentenced to 20 years after after pleading guilty.
Um this is uh This is a tough one. Um say it's it's a crazy work. Again, uh just want to say thank you guys for tuning in to the show. Um Mike Fresh, who was his cousin, spoke yesterday and uh gave details on kind of how this how he learned and how this unfolded, man, and gave details on some stuff you will not see or understand until you see his cousin speak on it. It's crazy, but he he spoke on it and he told details of how this thing transpired right here, and nobody else has this. So if you watch this video, which should be on the screen right here right now, you should see Mike Fresh dropping jewels on what really really happened with Mystikal.
It's crazy. You got to hear it. You got to see it yourself, man. Boss Talk 101 reviews.
