Where is the problem?

So whatever is heard in this world from anybody and if we learn from that and apply in our life then that external guru has entered in our heart and therefore our ability to learn from every single experience is invocation of our guru in our heart.
Nothing can be taught and nobody can stop us if we are able, ready, willing to learn.
See one example I'll tell you. You all know that from Mahabharat two characters.
One is Arjun.
His guru was Dhonachara.
And Dhonachara wanted Arjuna to be his best archer in the whole world.
So putting all effort, sincerity, giving him all small little things.
Then one boy came a Colombia and he wanted to learn. Sir please teach me also. No, I don't accept you as my disciple. Go away.
Now, if you and me were there, we would have cried. Okay, I'll go to someone.
No, no, he didn't do that. He said, never mind. And he learned on his own to such an extent that he outwitted Arjun.
The story we heard, isn't it? But what we have learned was wrong. That is not the moral of the story. The moral of the story is if you are bent upon learning, even God cannot stop you.
And if you refuse to learn, even Brahma with his four mouths will not be able to tell you.

So when we say mammals or amphibians or a weaming somebody are we glorifying somebody just a classification says karma if you are satic you'll be naturally knowledge oriented If you are raisoriented but if those actions are supported by the satwa nonselfish then you arehatria the first is second ishatria third dynamic rajoga but selfishness is what will I get and the last one No trace of satur So human beings are classified in this form.
The way this is said is anywhere any sting to tell that brains are superior or sudras are bad? Nowhere. This is the description.
And is it not we see in our own families one child is very smart intelligent dumb he get lost in this nonsense under the disguise of spirituality.
See friends, therefore what is upasana? Upasana is we are effortlessly in tune with the divine.

So she's then she doesn't talk for sometime one week then she will talk sometime she doesn't talk for one month then she talks and now we are accustomed we understand everything.

One day when she brought food, she started talking and it was a non-stop about old world. See and then she says now you tell me this is what I'm doing now further sad I should do tell me.

Ice cubes can be many.

They have got individuality.
Water is formless without individuality.
Ice cubes have got their own personality.

One source we ourselves.
Second the outer source.
So first we work on ourself.
Then second one when you listen to silence means what? Silence cannot be heard. Ears can hear only sounds.
When it is said listen to silence means what?
Means do not get disturbed by any sound.
This is upasana.
You have to do it. Do it. But basic we should be clear.

See that to understand take a simple example imagine this is a point one point here and there are two lines coming out of that point. So two lines coming out of the same point cannot be parallel. There will be some angle there is it not from the same point two lines it cannot be parallel angle. Now be attentive as we go away from the point of origin the distance between these two lines will start increasing or decreasing?
Increasing.
The more distance we go away from the center, the distance between these two lines will be wider and wider. If this example is clear, then one is one line is knowledge.
Second is kashaki action knowledge. Early to bed and early to rise is the way to be healthy. Wealthy and wise action late to bed and late to rise is a guarantee to be unhealthy and otherwise.
And then we say my mind is very distro.
What should I do? Darupio.
Those who complain about the mind they are good for nothing.

So mind itself is the paravani. Paravani become grassified is the pashanti.
Pashandi becomes still glossified is myama and mama become still manifest it is this is how the GPS we should be clear then all unwanted non-essentials will automatically drop and for that the Great Mahatmas have given many techniques.
One technique we'll try now see first understand breathing we don't do are we doing breathing or breathing is happening can we say don't disturb I'm breathing no so breathing is happening now with that breathing synchronize a Small name of God.
Whatever you like. Krishna, hurry. Whatever you like. So breathe in.

Spiritual practice is not done by the body. by the paraphernelia.
It is done by the mind in such a manner that the mind dissolves in the truth.
What is the mind?
Show me. What is the mind? Where it is?
Show where it is. I'm so disturbed.
Okay, what can I do? My mind is disturbed. Show where you disturb.

What is mind?

Man is God's creation.
Husband is his creation.
In God's creation, there are no problems.
In our creation, nothing but problems.
So, what is the spiritual practice?
Get out of your creation and enter God's creation.
