[00:00:00]What actually happened when a company paused cold email for 6 months and what did the numbers look like when it came back? So, we had a client that paused cold email for 6 months and they wanted to rebuild their product and it was really interesting because kind of the hypothesis was that we'd already ran through this client's TAM probably four or five times and the hypothesis was that after they took the break and they came back, we kind of expected that maybe results would be a little bit less. Maybe we'd already signed up everybody that could be signed up with cold email or maybe it was less interesting. Maybe people are going to be tired of the message or tired of the offer and what happened came back around was they actually did the same if not a little better and I think that what we had allowed to happen was the TAM to get warmed up to the solution that our customer was providing and that made them a lot easier to convert the second time around.
