Anonymous calls, false reports, and malicious accusations sent police cars flashing into quiet neighborhoods. She targeted Im Heraffort 74, a respected CR with eloquence and composure, dragging her into a nightmare of false alarms and reckless endangerment. One call nearly triggered a statewide Amber Alert. A stunt so reckless that prosecutors now allege she jeopardized the safety and resources of an entire community.

Nevertheless, the parties in a small claims bear the same burden of proof of as if they would appear in civil action with the same issues.

[00:09:51]While the method of proof may be informal, the uh the the relaxing of evidentiary rules is not equivalent to the relaxing of burden of proof. So basically this is just saying the burden of proof what she had to prove or 74 had to prove in the situation.

But Fifi was like her h her original henchman. You know what I'm saying? to fight a lot of people off of her. And then at one point Fifi and her they had a big falling out and that's how Fifi got that page for 16K.

But what we're going to but what I'm doing the expedition that I'm on is to go about getting those pages terminated as well as well as any current pages that you have. Once you do have uh the proper paperwork and 74's case, she has the proper paperwork. It's been properly drawn up. She has probable cause to make sure that uh probable she has the reason and a judgment backing her by a judge in Indiana that is stating that judge Fifi who y'all notice Judge Fifi has broke the law.

But in her case and a lot of these little internet trolls case, what they do, what they don't understand is there's laws like this. It says, "A person who attempts to harass, annoy, or alarm another person but with no intent of legitimate communication makes a phone call whether or not a conversation ensues. Communications with a person by telegraph, mail, or other forms of written communications. Transmit obscene messages. know how they like to send people nudes out or send nudes out to your family members and all that kind of stuff. So, these are laws that are there. These are laws that if even if there's no court case, if you've got proof that a person is transmitting some of your private uh say if you're a woman and somebody got your news according to YouTube and according to the law in the state that they're in, most of these uh laws are in almost every state. that that channel should be gone. All right. This is a way of actually getting rid of these channels.

Based on the evidence, pliff had met her burden of proof to demonstrate that the defendant intentionally and with malice falsely accuse the plaintiff of a crime with intent to send local law enforcement to plaintiff's residence and to physically and emotionally harm plaintiff. Plaintiff demonstrated that defendant unreasonable actions including false informing reasonably caused plaintiff emotionally distress. Plain f uh further demonstrated that the defendant actions have negatively impact her medical health based on the based on upon the facts and circumstances of case. The court finds reasonable damages from defendants in uh intentional inflictions of emotional distress are $1,000.

[00:22:07]The court having heard evidence await weighing the credibility of the parties finds judgment in favor of plaintiff uh 74 against defendant uh judge Fifi or y'all known as Felicia I'm going to give her last name in amount of $1,000 plus court cost. All right.

We already knew that Fifi wasn't going to show up to court and Fifi thought it was a joke. So, right now, hey, in that complaint that I sent, it even attacks her YouTube partnership program. So, if she even tried to even be a part of YouTube partnership, she going to have to do like she going to have to commit fraud.

But pretty much anytime we see Judge Fifi pop up or any derivatives on YouTube, it is our job to protect the community and to see about getting her out of here because there is now a legitimate judgment against her by a judge in the state of Indiana that where shows where she used in the evidence. So, right now, YouTube is asking me to upload send them uh some of the evidence that shows in that evidence there are multiple posts.

You know what I'm saying? And that's how she made her bank. That's how she uh made her rep here on YouTube, but was by doxing, cyberstalking, and harassing, and even false flagging at some points. If that's the case, that's just I'm just say allegedly. Everything's alleged, right?

[00:36:13]So, she violated the law with that. So, 74 has contacted the attorney general of that of her state. You know what I'm saying? I don't know if it was uh Denver or if it was in Detroit. You know, I don't know this. I think it was 2016 or maybe even earlier than that. And also that video in particular when she's talking about those kids and things like that and the issues that were going on in that home that's also uh against what's called corpora.

[00:36:59]So it prevents these type of situations where you have somebody like Majane basically that was child exploitation in that particular situation because what she was doing was she was talking about underage children or children that was in the care of their parent.

And now at the end of the day, at right after that situation, that's when I took action to strike the hell out of her page. And at some point, YouTube deter uh ter terminated that page. And I'm not going to lie, even when she privated that page, I was still striking it. I was still writing YouTube and saying, "How could y'all do this?" You know what I mean? I contacted law enforcement. I wrote IC3C.

[00:55:58]So like for a lot of docers out here, when people are doxing you and the way that they do that [ __ ] contact the [ __ ] FBI because they snitches they telling they're telling where you live and make a sport out of it. So call do the proper things. Call the FBI. put that put that web link. If you two don't want to do anything, if they broke federal law by posting your information, contact IC3C and let them know that somebody's squatting your home, violating your privacy. And you know, and also go to your local the police department and take that same information, take their YouTube link, whether they took it off or not, file a uh a cyber report at your local police station.
