William’s choice reveals a cold truth: in high society, tribal loyalty to old friends often trumps the respect owed to a spouse. It is a disappointing display of prioritizing social continuity over personal integrity.

William watched football and celebrated with old friends who famously ridiculed his wife years agoAñadido:
I say this all the time that sometimes these reporters in their quest to to do a gotcha on Harry and Meghan, they actually reveal they reveal their own um what's the word I'm looking for?
Their own forgetfulness or their own lack of research or their own lack of >> [snorts] >> I don't know, their own lies. Yeah, their own lies. Let's put it that way.
Because this week they tried to do a gotcha on Harry, but unfortunately it's ended up with egg on your face. So, what do I mean?
So, the first narrative um that I want to bring you is the fact that the other brother has been reported to be spending time with his old friends this week, and that's a good thing. We all need friends. We all have friends, and that's a great thing. And the coverage frames this really warmly. This you know, batch of friends, they are his loyal circle. They are his surrogate brothers now that Harry is gone. And these are the men that have stood by him.
Also, they said that Peter Phillips is not inviting Harry to his wedding.
So, again, because of him, because of the other brother, Peter Phillips has decided that he is also on the side of the other brother, and that's good. And Mike Tindall also said, "Oh, I knew Harry when he was fun." I'm going to do a separate video on that. So, at the end of the day, there's the other brother in Istanbul surrounded by people who have known him since childhood. So, essentially, um the reporting is that him and Harry, they have a set of friends, and those friends have decided to be on the other brother's side. And to be honest with you, with the kind of friendship that the other brother and that family have, it's very transactional. And many people, I would say 99% of people, will literally side with the crown. That is why there are more deranger videos than there are videos supporting Harry and Meghan. That is why there are more trolls than those who support Harry and Meghan, because at the end of the day, people will side with a crowd, with a uh with a crown, and with a crowd.
And people go for the easiest option.
Plus, with the crown, you've got possibilities of titles, you've got possibilities of events, etc. So, why not? I mean, if I get to ride with someone on their private jet and sit in the royal box to watch a match, well, it's either that or be slated by the press for standing by Harry and Meghan.
And some people's integrity is up for sale. I'm not saying that that is what the other brother's friends, you know, do, but at the end of the day, these are decisions that people make.
And also, you've also got Megonomics. Um people will make money from the hate.
So, again. But anyway, I say all that because you see, when these people write things, it triggered something. And I remembered that this is the same circle in the years before the other girl became the wife and princess princess of Wales and Duchess of whatever, this is the same circle that actually did some not very nice things to the other girl. Now, these same paper, as in literally the same paper, told us that the other brother's friends called the other girl doors to manual, that when she enters a room, they will say doors to manual.
This is a reference to her mother having worked as a flight attendant. Well, to be fair, at least her mother worked.
So, these are the same sets of friends, and they thought it was a joke, and they would repeat it in front of people, and in front of the other brother.
They also gave the other girl a terrible nickname, the mattress.
And again, they would say that in front of the other brother. So, when people talk about the other brother not fighting for her, you see, when they'd say when they write these things about band of brothers, and this is what Harry's missing, I'm thinking, these same people that the press actually wrote that Meghan actually called them out for their sexist, homophobic, and racist jokes?
No, Harry is not missing anything. So, basically, these same people called the other girl a limpet because she held onto the other brother through the on-again, off-again years of their friendship or relationship, and she didn't take the hint when he said he needed space.
They mocked her middle-class background.
They described her as cold, boring, and personality-free, and they questioned what she brought to the relationship beyond her willingness to wait. Yes, the same newspapers wrote this.
You can you can research it. You can literally Google it. It will it'll it's all there.
And these are the same friends that they're telling me that Harry is missing out on.
But also, these papers wrote that the other brother did not defend her throughout everything they did to her.
Now, at the end of the day, this for me is the most significant detail is the fact that the other brother was in those rooms.
He heard these things being said about the woman he was dating, the woman who would eventually marry, the woman he's now describing on Heart Radio as amazing and absolutely stunning. He heard the doors to manual, he heard the limpet, and he heard the sneering about her mother. And you know why I think the what they said what his friends said could be true, you know why I think so?
Because even the other girl's own uncle, when he used to run his mouth, he actually said that the other brother would say not not very nice things about her around the dinner table, and everyone would laugh and make fun of her.
So, imagine being the butt of everybody's joke, >> [snorts] >> and your significant other or your boyfriend not standing up for you. In fact, he may even be leading some of those jokes.
Interesting. You see, because now he's come out and said, "Oh my god, she's amazing. Blah blah blah blah blah." And I'm thinking, "Really?" We remember way back when.
We remember, the north remembers. So, at the end of the day, yes, I know that with the way the other brother is, and looking at patterns, and looking at body language, again, I'm not an expert, so don't come for me.
But, he seems more at ease with his band of brothers.
I have never seen him this passionate as he was about, you know, Aston Villa.
Um I've never seen him passionate about his work.
Um about his charities, about his duties, about even his wife, even his children. I don't know. Again, we don't see them, you know, I don't see him that much in public with the kids to be able to judge. But, I'm like heavens above.
These same people that the press thought, "Yeah, let's do a gotcha on Harry."
And now, yeah.
These are the same people that, yeah, horrible. But, anyway, um it just goes to show that he's more loyal to his friends than he is to his own wife. And I think that's a shame, and I think it's yeah.
But, anyway, let me know what you think um in the comments, please. My name's Elizabeth. I'm the author of The Luxe Preneur. And for more insights like these, please like, share, comment, and don't forget to hit the subscribe button.

And I'm putting it out into the universe that one day, when I do my end-of-video things, I will be holding up my new book coming this year. I don't know exactly when, but I know it's definitely this year. I've set a date in my head and in my mind, but the one thing people need to know is our books take time.
You've got to write the book.
That's your first draft. Then you might revise your draft at least 10 times.
When you've revised your draft, then you've got to give it to an editor.
And you need to find the right editor because trust me, when you're self-publishing or when you're doing stuff yourself, finding good people is hard. Then you find the right editor, the one that is rigorous, that challenges, um you go back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. And then you get a version. Then you've got to proofread.
Then it's got to be set. Then it's got to be done. Then you've got to think of, okay, when it's going to be released, I need to do the marketing because I feel you do the hard work and write the book, but there's also harder work of marketing and make sure you set making sure you sell enough copies because that's the struggle.
Because unlike um people who get big publishing deals, where everything is done in the publishing house, when you're doing it by yourself, you become everything. You are put down as the publisher, the writer, the editor, the this, the that, the promoter, the marketer. So yeah, it's a lot. It's a lot. And I'm not even I don't even think I'm a third of the way there yet, but um yeah, all I know is it's going to happen and I'm so glad I've got you guys with me to keep on encouraging me. Thank you so much for the comments. I appreciate it.
And this is why I keep talking about the book because I want it to happen. And I know if I talk about it publicly, I will have to do it. But anyway, thank you guys for your support. I truly appreciate you. And yeah, I'll see you in the next video.
