[00:00:16]Hi, I'm Tracy Dickinson. I have been with our community credit union for 25 years. I do the home equity line of credits and the land loans here at the credit union and then consumer loans when needed. And I have actually been in the financial world for about 43 years.

[00:00:32]That tells my age, of course. So, sorry.

[00:00:35]But, um, I've always usually been in the loan department. I started out actually at another credit union and actually did accounting for quite a few years. So, I enjoy that. Still to this day, I balance GL's if I need to. And I enjoy just numbers. That's just my thing. But, I just help people and that's the best thing that I could ever do. Just over three years ago, Tracy helped Crystal and John adopt two beautiful girls from Bulgaria. Crystal got to ask Tracy about that experience. And here was her answer.

[00:01:05]>> In your experience with you, it's like there's nothing that could have been more beneficial for me to find out what the outcome was and and get it fixed for you guys. That was just absolutely a blessing for both of us, I think, cuz I think I felt it just as much as you did.

[00:01:22]I think I teared up as much as you did.

[00:01:24]You know, it was just a wonderful experience. I have other members that totally different things where it's they're in debt and they have equity in their home and I get to completely consolidate their debt and actually put all their eggs in one basket and it just takes that pressure off them and they just feel every day, you know, better.

[00:01:46]I'll get a thank you just like Tracy, you just did something for me that I had no idea I could have, you know, done.

[00:01:54]And it's just that's just a wonderful feeling to just know that you're just doing something whether it's even remodeling a kitchen, you know, or they're sending their kids to college and they didn't think they could afford it and they use the equity in their home. So, you know, there's just such a win-win situation in most cases. So yeah, I just love my job cuz usually I make people really happy, you know, so that's what I do.
