So, I want to make this very clear. You can literally be doing everything right in terms of trying to control your migraines, like eating the best diet possible, getting the best sleep possible, having no stress in your life, exercising daily, and you might still be getting super, super severe migraines.
But, at the end of the day, migraine is a neurologic problem, and everybody's different in terms of how severe their migraines are. So, just cuz something works like wonders for some person doesn't necessarily mean it's going to work really well for another person.
