And so for us, we wanted to in those attributes, wanted to say what our aspiration was. Not saying we'll get there, but you need an aspiration. But we did put in our investor day, here are the conditions precedent on if we do an inorganic type transaction, what does that transaction have to look like? It has to be accretive, it has to be logical, it doesn't It's in the asset class. All those things to make it a good check mark, right? And then also on we put in our materials the financing considerations that we would have. So, what are the types of financing that we would contemplate because we came out as a spin with not a lot of balance sheet capacity, right?
